The way I'd rate this specific KFC would change each time I get food from them. My first experience was horrible, bc I didn't know that there is an employee that likes to mess up ppls orders.. I got the $5 box, and my mashed potatoes side.. it was just gravy... and I ordered the extra side for $1 too.. also just gravy. I was so pissed off, bc I know it was done on purpose something like that doesn't happen accidentally. Then the other times they got my order correct and gave me extra chicken strips. Last night, I ordered my usually $5 meal, and decided to get 3 cookies as well. Instead they give me 2 extra biscuits. I paid for the cookies too. Such incompetent people work there, it's like they only do they job correctly when someone whose probably their manager working when my order is put together correctly. The person working at the window needs to pay more attention when they look in the bag handed to them before they give it to the customer, since they took the order, they should be able to tell if it was put together correctly. Unfortunately they are the closest KFC to me. I notice that every person in the drive thru stops in the parking lot before they drive away, something I now do to make sure my order is correct. I don't understand how management or corporate allows such horrible service, most done intentionally, that almost every customer has to double check they got everything they paid for is completely ridiculous. The horrible thing is, I wouldn't be surprised if these young kids spit in the food for ppl who complain about all their F*** UPS. If they were older, I wouldn't feel like they'd retaliate bc they can screw up things constantly and I see them every time I visit the place. It looks like this isn't the only KFC with employees who do things like this without consequences, since I see the same ppl there and my orders are continuously wrong, and I pay for stuff that I don't get, which pisses me off even more. Why do we have to pay more fore a fill up box here ?? Supposed to be $ 5.00 had to pay $ 5.99 ? Wouldn't have minded so much if the service had been better, been here a few times, disappointed everytime. They don't even carry the Buffalo Sauce for the strips. Oh my, not a happy camper!! You have to ask for any condiments that they offer, very stingy with portions and condiments. They have cheaped out. Not going to see my family at this location again !! The KFC along the 215 that has a Taco Bell attached is the place to go !! much better all the way around !! Always greeted with a great attitude, sevice great !! No cooler going. Employees work in a very hot kitchen and dining room was just as hot. Was much cooler to go eat outside in the parking lot.

This latest trip to this particular KFC was a chance for redemption. We had noticed the remodeling and the under new management/ownership sign and figured it has got to be better, right.? WRONG! Although, the drive-thru experience was pleasant and speedy, once at home and eating our meal we knew why it was so speedy...everything tasted as though it had been sitting for days on end. With one exception, our biscuits were fresh and hot. Boneless chicken and potato wedges however were rubbery almost like plastic. Worst service , cleanliness and food. Undercooked chicken. The girl at register refused to give me name of manager after hassling me when asked for a refund. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was the manager. I asked for a contact for the store manager and she told me her name was Diana and claimed she was the general manager which I knew was a lie. We come here all the time. Decided to dine in this time. Yuck. Looked like the floor has not been swept in forever and nobody was bothering to clean up anything. A handful of tables were still dirty and the drink area was a mess. On another note I have noticed that they are always out of something either chicken or something else. Its good when you really want KFC but its not the best KFC. Price are usually $1 more then other KFC for some reason. But I still come here since i don't want to drive to another part of town just for KFC. And if i really want better fried chicken Popeyes win for the longer trip. read more

Unfortunately today I had the worst experience with a girl named Diana who claimed she was in charge of the KFC. I drove through and got $27 worth of food for my family and really don't have an issue with the taste or the quality of the food. It is what it is it's KFC. But I did have some coupons and I'm just recovering from a surgery so it was just an easy quickfix to drive through and get something for everyone. On the way home, I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that they overcharged me so when I got home and gave everybody their food I came upstairs and called to talk to a manager. I was told that there is no manager or district manager for that particular KFC and that it was a franchise owned by someone named Noz I asked the name of the girl I was talking to and she said her name is Diana. Needless to say, I couldn't get a word in edgewise over her hostile loud voice. Diana was on a rant so I kept saying Diana can you listen she would say don't call me by my first name. I said that's ridiculous, you just gave me your first name. Then she said, You can't call me by my first name because you don't know me so don't call me by my first name. Ridiculous!!!!!!So she said that I ordered something extra and I really didn't ordered extra, I just asked what kind of chicken can go in the box of my moms box that she ordered and she said whatever I said OK then just put a breast . She should've told me that it was going to be extra you have an extra breakfast on the three-piece. I already asked for a breast and a chicken leg for my mother and when she told me was the third piece and I asked her what kind of chicken can it be, she said any. So I said OK throw breast in there. Then they charge me extra for something I didn't even order on my receipt. My issue was just the overcharge and I called to say that next time I'll come by And bring my receipt if you can adjust it. In the middle of trying to get a word in edgewise, that Diana girl was ranting and ranting and ranting. She was the rudest customer service person I think I've ever had and I'm 57 years old. I've been going to that particular Kentucky fried chicken for over 20 years. I asked to talk to the manager she said there wasn't one. I asked to get the general managers or district managers phone number she said there wasn't one. She said it was a franchise and I'm wasting my time if I want to do a survey or if I want to complain. I said can I leave a message then for Naz who she told me his name the owner, so he can call me back but she said no. She said that he doesn't respond to messages or complaints. I asked her to stop screaming because I had to yell over her voice to get her to listen. I was going to do that because he doesn't return messages so I was out of luck. Then she started laughing and raising her voice again so I had to raise my boys over and I kept telling her Diana you need to calm down a lower your voice I'm the customer yeah you're the customer giggle giggle giggle and I'm not doing anything and you can just bring back all the food and so on and so forth. My vice to anybody who goes there. Do not order from that cashier or customer service person named Diana. The beginning of the conversation about a minute and a half in and she was ranting, she dropped the F bomb. Unacceptable from any employee at any company even if you're an owner. I find that offensive, I find that I was treated with such disrespect, and usually, the guys in the young girls who work there are very very nice. They are around the corner from our kids high school and we spent six years going there all the time. In addition I was the team captain mom about the football, cross country ,girls softball,team track ,water polo with a combination of two kids it was nine years total. Usually the food Doesn't have an issue but who wants to eat from a place that treats their customers this way?? I did call customer service and a very wonderful rep named Crystal took my complaint. I am waiting for the owner who is going to give me a call, or the district manager, yes surprise there is a district manager, to give me a call. Please think twice before you do you head over that way. There is another Kentucky fried chicken by Tyler Mall or the Galleria, there's another one in Moreno Valley off the freeway I think it's the 60 freeway and heacock and then there's one in Canyon crest. They are fast and every employee there is always nice. It's unfortunate that Diana can't keep her temper in check and her mouth clean when she's dealing with customers. I am asking everybody who follows me to please think about it before you go to that Kentucky fried chicken. Today on 12/23 I went to the kfc in Woodcrest. I paid for my order at 5:40pm. The guy at the drive thru asked if I could pull foward that it would take 10 minutes for my order, so I did. I waited until 6:00 pm which was 20 min not 10. I called them from my cell phone to ask what was taking so long. A girl answered and told me to hold so she could get her Mgr but instead hung up on me. I called back 3 more times each time they answered the hang up. Then on my last call they kept the phone off the hook. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know about the terrible service. I wish I could give them a negative star. read more

Was such a easy place to order. The service was amazing. Employees are extremely nice and helped with my order and informed me of all the deals and specials i could add to my order. The worst KFC, we ate here and the prices is not the same as the other kfc, the kids meal is $6.29, and my husband ordered the togo cup and the price is different fr. the poster outside, so my husband complained and then they gave him a 10% senior discount. Don't eat here! We usually head to Popeye's for our fried Chicken fix but KFC was closer and we were tired. We wanted extra crispy but they were out and they don't make any chicken 1 1/2 hours before closing (on a Friday night). The chicken we received was dried out and flavorless. Went inside to eat and walked out it was so hot I don't know how the employees can even work in those conditions. I went through the drive through felt it was much cooler in my car. Just went to our local KFC at 18585 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA - paid a small fortune for 12 pieces of original fried chicken - the bucket (chicken container) felt light when I got it home - looked inside - it only filled up barely half-way - I counted the pieces - all there - BUT - THEY WERE EXTREMELY TINY PIECES - ALL 12 OF THEM - NOTHING TO THEM - I would NOT recommend this place to anyone - we will not be going back - for the price they charge people - they are making their chicken half of what it used to be - and charging extreme prices for the 'same' menu. New owners and it definitely shows! We have lived in this area for 6 years and went maybe 5 times because the service was so poor, but since the new owners came in we go about once a month. The food is always fresh, they will make what ever you want so long as you will wait for it to cook and they ALWAYS have great attitudes!
