My grandson has a specific order and the order taker repeats it back correctly so something happens in the fulfillment of the order. Why can't people read the order and process it properly? If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. My family and I went to this raising canes after a long day. The chicken smelled rotten. The chicken was clearly molded. The bread was molded. And the fries had a brown substance on them. I am gravely disappointed in the customer service. The girl behind the counter was rude and was overjoyed to give me inedible food. I had a terrible experience. Do not eat here if it is the last place on earth! The ambiance is a facade, it looks nice on the outside but the people that work here are horrible and the food is disgusting! My family and I will never step foot in another raising canes.
