This raising canes is huge. The drive thru has two lanes and they are relatively fast at taking your order and delivery the food to your car. I got the box meal and I asked for the tenders to be extra crispy which was delicious. Tonight was my 3rd time trying this place. Everytime I was patient not rude. Ask politely for my chicken to be extra crispy. Kept getting rushed off when I was explaining if they got what I asked. Pulled up to the window was almost instantly handed my food. Pulled to the side and the chicken was like it was barely even fried. Spent my last 15$ i had on it too for the next week. I didnt even get to enjoy it because it wasnt how I wanted it. I dont mind waiting a lil longer or going inside to order. But this establishment and its workers show no care for the customer and how hard it is for this day and age to just get a decent meal. Want to be positive about this review however, after multiple trips to this location, their drive thru, they only get the order correct 20% of the time. My grandson has a specific order and the order taker repeats it back correctly so something happens in the fulfillment of the order. Why can't people read the order and process it properly? I mean 80% of the time it's incorrect!!! What gives with this location. Do not go through this drive thru and expect any special order to be correct. Maybe they should hire people who at least can read. Or are there robots working there programmed only one way. Does anyone think anymore. If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. My family and I went to this raising canes after a long day. The chicken smelled rotten. The chicken was clearly molded. The bread was molded. And the fries had a brown substance on them. I am gravely disappointed in the customer service. The girl behind the counter was rude and was overjoyed to give me inedible food. I had a terrible experience. Do not eat here if it is the last place on earth! The ambiance is a facade, it looks nice on the outside but the people that work here are horrible and the food is disgusting! My family and I will never step foot in another raising canes. I Had a very bad experience at this location tonight I ordered a box combo with an Arnold Palmer. I drove home expecting my meal to be fresh so I can relax before heading to work again for the night my meal was cold my fries were stale the food looked like it sat for a long time I called and this location they have such bad customer service I asked if I could have my food remade I was told to bring my food in. When I got to the location the manager on shift ignored me when I got to the window and didn't listen to my explanation of my experience she proceeded to tell me that she can't throw my food away but then took it trashed it and didn't even look at the food to see what was wrong with it. Second time around the food wasn't good quality I will not be going here anymore I wasted gas having to drive back from home just to be treated poorly with an attitude really ruined my night. :( I would recommend this canes have their managers re trained and to care about customers the food is already highly expensive and to get paid $20+ and hour food temp and customer service should never be an issue. read more
