The sandwich tasted fresh. I enjoyed it. Then, I wondered if I might have liked it even better if I hadn't asked them to reduce the bacon and mayo. Duh. So that's on me! My sandwich was all set to go fairly quick. The sandwich was layered with soft pulled pork, pork belly, slices of beef brisket and a sweet BBQ sauce on a toasted bun. The macaroni salad had firm elbow macaroni, mayo, celery & egg. The portion of food was modest. Overall, the food I had for my takeout lunch was pretty good.
