Normally, I would understand if it was understaffed or busy- yet the two parties next to us had waitstaff come over numerous times. We were literally ignored. The place is order at the counter and there is table seating. I stopped by Smokin Pig for takeout very recently. I ordered the Smokin Pig Sandwich with a side of macaroni salad. My sandwich was all set to go fairly quick. The sandwich was layered with soft pulled pork, pork belly, slices of beef brisket and a sweet BBQ sauce on a toasted bun. The macaroni salad had firm elbow macaroni, mayo, celery & egg. The portion of food was modest. Overall, the food I had for my takeout lunch was pretty good. I will have to try one of their burgers on the next stop here.
