She stated that Anthony would come out the very next morning and see all options available. The very next morning, Anthony had completed a thorough and detailed estimate with pictures attached. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. All 100+ very positive reviews and not a single negative review. As we all know, that's essentially nonexistent when dealing with the public in any capacity, particularly when it comes to the HVAC service industry. I gave them a call to schedule an estimate. Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. Removed my old stuff, installed the new equipment and made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving that same day. The enter process was seamless.
