They had advanced notice that our floors were refinished so there would be a lot of dust. When they arrived I explained the walls would need a good cleaning, as well as baseboards, and I felt confident the job would be done. I came home about 3.5 hours later and was shocked to find dust all over the walls, they had clearly not cleaned any of them. Secondly, there was a stuck on type of dust on the baseboards and fireplace that they said they tried to get off and couldn't. I then checked a couple frames on the wall and dust was on them as well. My patio door had dust all over it and had clearly not been touched. At the time brought this up to the owner/head cleaner who seemed somewhat aware that the job was not well done. I paid over $500 + tip and they went on their way. I then proceeded to use a magic eraser and was able to get all of the residue off the baseboard and fireplace cover, which they said they couldn't. Prior to cleaning anything I took photos and sent an email to the owner, Fred Cullen. He was very responsive and offered to send someone out that week to fix it. As I had already spent over an hour cleaning I requested a free follow up clean at another time and he obliged. I was satisfied with this and said I would be in touch. Fast forward three months and I emailed Fred. After 3 emails, he did get back to me saying he had a family emergency and would be in touch later that week, which is 100% understood. Now over 3 months later and I have never heard back from them. (Please note I always give the benefit of the doubt and hope all is okay with their family) Unfortunately, I wanted to support a small, eco-friendly business and did not get what I paid for. I have since had another company clean who was much less and did a far superior job. I would not recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Being a mom of twin toddlers, getting out of the house 2 hours ahead of schedule is nearly impossible, especially considering they were in the middle of nap time. I quickly got us all out of the house and they told me to expect the cleaning to last 3 hours. About an hour and a half later I got a call from the owner saying they could only clean half my house because one of the cleaners had to go pick up her son from daycare and she hadn't known about it. They asked if they could come finish the second part of my house the following week. I'm sorry, but when I am paying to have my house cleaned, I would like to come home to the ENTIRE house clean at one time. Fast forward to the next cleaning and again they arrived an hour ahead of their scheduled time, despite me specifically telling them that I could not get out of the house for that time due to my kids' naps. They cleaned the entire house but you could tell some of the vacuuming was a rush job, and they seemed to clean around things instead of moving them to the side, etc. The third time they were scheduled to come at 9am on a Monday, I got my kids up and in the car, but the cleaners didn't arrive. At 11:30 I got a call saying they were ready to come to my house, but my kids were in the middle of their nap. The scheduler on the phone was not really apologetic, but was full of excuses like "oh, I have had so many text messages and voicemails from clients that it is hard to keep it straight". Not really my problem. They weren't able to fit me in until the following week after missing that appointment. The next (and final time) I had a cleaning scheduled, they did show up on time. When I arrived back home I was appalled at what I saw. To start off, there was an open bag of trash in the middle of my driveway that I had to move just to get in. Then, when I walked into the house I was totally taken aback with the job that they didn't do. The floors still had drops of yogurt on them from my kids' breakfast, and they were sticky to walk on. The kitchen countertops were not cleaned, the sink had pieces of food stuck in it, and there were little piles of dirt all around my house. Most surfaces I touched were dusty, and the vacuuming job they did was laughable. In my shower there were visible rings where the shampoo bottles were, showing that they never cared to move them when they did a quick wipe job of the shower. Also, on the feedback form they leave I had requested that they vacuum under the beds and that was not done. As this made me so angry, I called the owner of the company and left a voicemail telling him how upset I was and that I wanted to discuss my "cleaning" with him. After never hearing back from him all that day, I sent an email with photos to the company email. Two days later I had still not heard back from anyone. Finally I called the scheduler (the only other contact I had from the company) and she texted me back saying she was planning on calling me that day because she heard I had had issues. It was shocking to me that nobody had called me now 72 hours after my cleaning, yet my check had been cashed already! Mind you, I would never have left that check on the counter if I knew what kind of job they were going to do! The owner finally called me back and was full of excuses. She said things had been stressful because they were switching offices and changing up crews and she wanted to sit with the crew that cleaned my house and get their side of the story! What side was that?!! I asked if she had seen the photos I set her via email, and she said yes she had and she wasn't sure what happened. She offered another cleaning, which I declined, and said I wanted a refund. After a lot of back and forth she said she would only give me a 50% refund because she needs to pay her employees and also the cost of cleaning supplies. What?! She said she was going to leave the refund in my mailbox by the Friday of that week. Well, I never got my refund and haven't heard from them. I feel my time is better spent writing a review to warn others of this company so they hopefully don't end up in the same situation I did. Beware! Get a true cleaning company with honesty and integrity to do the job right!

I had to request a cleaning service because I had a pest infestation, and after my work I really don't have any energy to clean it well. And Agel and his employee came in and took it so seriously. He did everything and beyond my expectations. I felt like it's almost like a very loving, gentle service that he put into my apartment. He came in and put all his heart into every single detail. My kitchen is cleaned, my bathroom is cleaned, my carpet, couch is cleaned and he even made my bed for me. I really cannot thank him and his team enough. She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided.
