He took the time on the phone that day and taught me the name of the game. The property that I was interested in for my parents ended up having issues with their application, where it was looking like it might fall through and that we may have a chance on renting it after all, so Mohammed reached out to me. With the knowledge that I had from what Mohammed taught me before, I was able to get my parents's application in first for this house, even though we had competition, and we ended up renting it! That sounds simple, but really it was about a month long of ups and downs of will the other application really fall through and we have a chance or not? It was an incredibly stressful month! What I really appreciated was that through this time, Mohammed was always updating me on the situation. He was very timely in his responses, never making me wait long. He basically held my father's and my hand through this very stressful time. I also appreciate that Mohammed is an educated communicator. I think offering community members multiple ways to pay their HOA dues is great. What I find egregious is the discriminatory practice of singling out one of those methods with a processing fee. I've told one of your employees I'm simply not comfortable with any of those other methods and wish to continue to pay as I always have. It's the same way I pay all my bills and none of my other creditors see fit to charge me. CAM is the extraordinary exception. Anyway, I've made my case and I can only hope there are others who feel the same as me and will offer some pushback against, what I believe to be, a superfluous and unjust fee.

(Took over a month and multiple calls to get them to order the correct replacement parts) Then upon move out, they charged us because they said the entrance to the attic had fingerprints on the ceiling and said that they don't normally paint the ceiling when a tenant moves out however, when the property was relisted, they had painted the whole property white. They charged me for a professional cleaning and carpet cleaning however they replaced all the carpets with hardwood floors and remodeled the unit. Out of the $3600 deposit, they kept $1890 stating the front door needed to be painted and so did the rooms. We lived there for 3 years and each time something needed to be fixed. We had to reach out to the office multiple times before getting anything fixed. It took them 22 days to return our deposit because they had to wait for the final water bill which they said would be taken out of our deposit. Only to find out that the water company also charged us that final bill, now we have waited over 2 1/2 months and the Property Management still hasn't refunded us the final water bill. The list goes on and on I would be aware before renting from this company because they will increase your rent every year at the maximum amount without any changes to the unit.

He seemed nice and respectful during it. However, right after, he said he had to turn us down because he's too busy and he just signed up some new clients. If he had let us know earlier that he was too busy to take us, that would have been completely understandable. However, he did it in such unprofessional way where it just wasted my agent's time.
