We asked if we were able to place an order for a barrel lock to fit a 6mm chains. She then proceeded to say that she needed to call their vendor as he makes the barrel locks. To our surprise, the vendor told the lady that there's no way to make a 6mm barrel lock, only 8mm and above! We both knew that it was full of crap because we had a 5mm barrel lock! Then the lady proceeded to ask us if we wanted to upgrade to an 8mm chain since they had those locks in stock. Hah! Talk about feeling offended, so we decided to leave as we know it was a bunch of bull. If you want trustworthy business, don't waste your time here.

She would also recommend me other sets i might like and offered various tiered priced options without being pushy, nor made me feel like a broke ass just because I preferred smaller diamonds. She was very good at telling sizes and we enjoyed our purchased transaction. She let us choose what we wanted as a gift from this shelf behind the counter and we chose a nice glass set. Sure, they probably bought them from Ross or something, but it's cool to get a gift even without spending an exorbitant amount of money. I went a few months later for a cleaning so the ring looked nice for the ceremony. The woman there (Filipina aunty, the slender one w excessive make up) was a bit rude. Asked me if I bought it there, did a half assed clean my ring and was quite aggressive w it (tossed it in like she's playing corn hole) and was being pushy w asking if I wanted another ring. We went back a few weeks ago and asked for a clean the day before our anniversary photos. This time a different Filipina aunty helped me but the other one was there too. She did let me know she'll clean it for free this time but next time there will be a $20 fee. I appreciated it and she was pretty kind, and I asked her questions about how often I should come and get the ring prongs adjusted etc. Id say our conversation was nice, she was gentle and respectful when handling my ring and didnt make our convo feel rushed. Meanwhile my husband was being helped by the other lady, and u can tell she just looked SOO annoyed, literally tapping her fingers on the glass and I just told my husband let's go. Her attitude is so disgusting and I could literally see her rolling her eyes as my husband was looking at me w the biggest smile, asking how the ring looked on him. I was so disgusted and wouldn't want to buy him a work ring for him right there at that moment just because I refuse to give her any sort of commission if so!! The nicer aunty was asking us what did we buy (we came in w a new TMobile purchase) and was trying to make convo and I tried to answer w o being rude but the other lady's overall demeanor was just too much and I thanked her and I ushered my husband out of there. This was the first time in a while where a I was turned away from business by speaking with an immature and unprofessional person via phone.

I was interested in getting a necklace with my initial on it and they had a lot of options, with different chain styles, sizes both mm and length. I decided to do the 20in. box chain as it's dainty and very pretty. Thank you for the awesome experience and it didn't break the bank so thank goodness lol. He walked me through the customization process if I also wanted to do a custom ring in the future and also wrote down the ring size I looked at and other size chain I was considering so I have something to refer to. They told me that they would figure it out and let me know why the appraisal didn't come back, but no one ever got back to me so then I called and reminded them and now it's months later and still, nobody got back to me, I'm super disappointed because that's not the way you treat a good customer.
