One of the reviews mentioned the man who worked in there being terrible. I thought that to be completely opposite. I think he did a great job and was so sweet with my 2 year old daughter. Okay, fine, I get that they're trying to book other people to keep the business afloat but the lack of professionalism and sensitivity was off putting. The thing is, people are highly sensitive about their hair, both men and women and finding just the right person to make you look good is a gruelling process. Finding out my person was gone without notice, without given a choice to follow her or choose another person still at the Oasis, lacked integrity. I feel like cattle, like a number. I hope the owner reads this and opts to change policy and hire someone a wee bit more professional to answer the phone.
