$60 almond shape gel full set

I thought they did pretty good. I saw Helen and got sat down fairly quickly on a Saturday. She was very gentile and I appreciated that. I did think some of the pricing was odd and could see how getting a full set here could get expensive pretty easily so I just opted for no designs or add ons. I really do like my nails though, my thumbs may be a tad big but overall I'd come back and try them again.

Pretty much a standard nail salon. There was no wait on a Monday afternoon; I picked out a color and sat right down. They offered me coffee, tea or water, which isn't standard, so I appreciated that. They offered to do my mani and pedi at the same time, which might be nice for someone who wants to get in and out. However I came to relax so didn't want to rush the experience and politely declined. The price is a little higher than average for a pedi, by maybe $5 dollars, because they automatically include all those things that are optional elsewhere such as the foot scrub, leg exfoliation, and hot stones. The massage part was great, lengthy and firm. The mani was as was expected. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth a trip back.

Just walked in to this place as my usual nail salon was closed today and I would definitely return here! Service was beyond wonderful, I was greeted by a guy there who was busily cleaning windows and everything else, and the place was very clean, nicely decorated. And soon as I sat down I was offered fresh brewed tea and a hot bean bag for my shoulders! and hand massage included! Great job on nails by Hanna!

Always greeted with a smile and a complimentary hand, arm, and back massage with every manicure. They even bent over backwards to expand their powder dip inventory. However, fast forward 2 years, and the customer service has significantly declined. Every time I come out of there I am less than thrilled with the shape of my nails. When I finally spoke up I was told that the nail shape (that I already had) I requested (I found out it's called skinny coffin) is a $5 upcharge. That's on top of the already $5-10 (depending on service) increase in their prices over the last two months. The nail tech did a poor job with this nail shape. They no longer give the complimentary back massage and give a maybe 2 second hand massage. Finally after I paid and I gave a less than amazing tip, the girl questioned why so little. I'm rating 3 stars because not every employee is this rude and inept at their job. It is a very clean environment. However, it is upsetting how much their customer service has gone downhill in the past year.

Usually I get a pedicure with Elizabeth and now I come for facials with Courtney. This might seem like an indulgence but after the summer I had I needed this. The facial she gives are fabulous, but the arm, shoulder and upper back massage it's a welcome treat and I usually sleep better after having this done. Staff who work here a so lovely and so are the owners. Make appointments kids

After several years of coming here, I still wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes, I could order online or…read morego to Sephora, but Waterlily and Sepora are worlds apart--and why not when we can support local--AND it's actually better?! First of all, the vibe is completely different. Waterlily is an old house that feels cozy and warm. All of their employees are so elegant and classy and have the utmost customer service at heart. They offer spa services, skin products from certain lines (can't say much about them as I haven't explored them really), and only Trish McEvoy and Laura Mercier make up. However, I love Laura Mercier, and a few Trish McEvoy items (on their suggestion) have become staples for me. I won't use this forum to talk about Laura Mercier, but it really is an excellent make up line. For me, I always like to try on new products or just test out some make up for fun when I go in to stock up on something I have run out of, and they are always happy to put something on me. Plus, every time I go, I learn a new technique of some sort. These ladies really know their stuff. It isn't like at Sephora where you get some high school girl who has only been using make up herself for like 2 years and may have managed to memorize a few key facts about the entire store since she's overwhelmed by the surplus of product lines and hasn't been around long enough to try 1/100 of them. The ladies that work at Waterlily are skilled make up artists and fans of make up. They have a strong knowledge of what works given your face structure, strengths and weaknesses, and how to apply the lines they sell. And they often have national make up artists come in. Oh, and also they keep a file on which products you ordered so if you wonder if this new shade will go with anything you have, they can just look it up and say "Yes, this will go perfectly with that cream shadow in x shade you bought" or if you come in for more concealer, but can't remember what color you are, they know. Very helpful! And some of them even remember my name! What store does that?? Recently, I've had a few issues with a certain product line and they are always good about returning or exchanging. However, know that they only offer store credit, not full returns, which is the only drawback of this store.
