What was discussed upfront did not match the work that was actually done. The quality of the repairs was questionable at best -- it looked rushed and pieced together rather than properly fixed. The timeline was another major issue. I was repeatedly told the work would be finished "by the end of the day," and that turned into days of delays with a different excuse each time. It felt like I was being strung along instead of given honest updates. The overall conduct was also concerning. Communication was unprofessional, and at times inappropriate, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of taking responsibility when problems came up, there was a tendency to deflect and shift blame. Within a very short time after getting the vehicle back, it was clear the work did not hold up, which only added to the frustration and cost. Between the poor workmanship, lack of reliability, and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend this place. There are far better and more trustworthy options out there.

I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla. It was leaking coolant. I brought it to another shop and they…read morecouldn't find the leak. I brought it to Advanced auto service and they found the leak. It was the thermostat housing. Jon was very nice. I was told to bring it in on Wednesday. It was repaired by noon Thursday at a reasonable price. They used antifreeze I had already bought and was in in my car to top off radiator as I requested. Which saved me a few bucks. I trust this place and was very happy to get my car fixed properly in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back for future repairs.
