Monday morning shortly after 7:00 a.m. I called Wildt and asked if they would repair my tire. In a very courteous manner the gentleman who answered my call stated that if I brought in in then it would be repaired and ready for me to return between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Upon arrival, the tire was taken -- my information given and that was it. At 10:45 I returned to the station. I was shown what was removed from the tire and presented with the cost of the service. The repaired tire was installed on my vehicle, the spare and all components carefully placed in required positions. The gentlemen treated me with dignity and respect along with what I considered to be a fair charge for such a valuable service. All of this also took place in over 90 degree heat. So based on this one service I will not hesitate to return when my vehicle needs future service.

Wildt is near where I work and I took it in and they found that several bolts were not tightened and one was missing! They checked the other side and found loose bolts there too and tightened those. They got to my car quickly and did not charge an arm and leg. They were courteous and friendly, and I will be going back and recommend them.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Oxmoor Auto Group…read more My son purchased his first vehicle, a 2016 Chevy Camaro, from them, and within just 20 days the engine threw a rod. After taking it to a mechanic, we were informed that an additive had likely been used to temporarily mask rod knock, which is extremely concerning. When we reached out to the dealership, they refused to assist in any way, hiding behind an "as-is" sale, even though the vehicle came with a 3-month, 3,000-mile limited warranty. He was only about 600 miles over the limit due to normal commuting between home and work, yet they showed zero willingness to work with us or even meet us halfway. The response we received was essentially a professional version of "you're on your own." This situation is made even worse by the financing process, which was already a frustrating experience. At the end of the day, this dealership made it very clear that once they have your money, they are no longer interested in you as a customer. No accountability, no integrity, and no concern for doing the right thing. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

On 11/21/25 I visited the new Hyundai location on Blankenbaker Parkway where I had purchased 5 cars previously, I was hoping to trade my 2015 BMW which I had purchased in 7/8/25 from the Oxmoor Dodge Chrysler store. Now I admit to being a compulsive byer a dealership dream customer, with that said I have purchased no less than 50 new and used cars and have owned 3 5 classic cars. I know the car business better than most. I found a car I liked and I knew I was upside down on my trade with that said I preceded try to negotiate a trade. My trade a 2015 BMW x1 I purchased from the same auto group for $13,000 was now after 5 months a $5500 dollar vehicle, with 86k mi and in very good shape. I was told to do the deal I would have to put $12,000 down payment. So I sat there for just a few minutes kind of stunned and insulted at what I was just told, I slowly got up and walked out without saying anything knowing I would never step foot on any Oxmoor Dealership again. I am a great customer who does well financially with a 780 credit score again dealerships dream, repeat customer never to visit a Farmer group owned dealership again. Just thought I would share this experience, if they will treat me this way how will they treat you! I thought I had actually made friends and shown loyal ship but in the end I was just another dumb unknowing customer.
