I had an event for a special client and I had ordered a design of balloons with Tassels and glitter inside the balloons. What I received was a complete mess... the balloons did not look like what I had ordered and what they promised ... they looked cheap and none of the xtras on the ballon's were added. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, in fact they arrived late for the set up. The event was at 12pm and they came at 12pm to setup. Guests were already there and they were just arriving to install!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And my nightmare doesn't end there!! I tried contacting them after the event to talk to someone about the issues with the balloons and installation. I left several voicemails, emails and no one has called me back or emailed me back.! It's been 10 days and no contact. This to me seems like a SCAM!
