This place is Amazing , a foodie lover heaven! Gourmet finds from all over ! I wanted everything!…read morebut settled for just a select few items *since I plan to go back! So many different kinds of pastas (imported) , olives , pickles , tinned fish, etc. way too much to list here, prices seemed reasonable on most items and some items were out of my budget, I just went over the weekend for the first time so haven't tried too much of what I got yet* but can't wait to try it all! There is such a selection of very unique items , some with such amazing packaging/ art , so this place would be a great place if anyone is looking for a gift/gifts!

Upon entering there are shopping carts and baskets. Take a rolling one (trust me) and get ready for a wonderful store filled with food stuffs that will make you swoon. The neatly stacked shelves are filled with things like chocolate, jam, pasta, tinned seafood, chips, and pasta are all neatly organized. Tags indicating country of origin (largely from Europe) are helpful. There are refrigerators full of charcuterie, cheese, and French butter. Freezers have ready to bake breads and pastries from a bakery in Canada. It's actually quite overwhelming (in a very good way), if you don't know what you need. You'll definitely see lots of things you want. The people that work here seem happy and are very helpful. When we were looking at chips, one of the employees shared his favorites. The best part of the visit was meeting the owner. He was enthusiastic and extremely informative! He told us that everything in the store was sampled and scrutinized for taste and quality. He knew everything about the products and why they were sourced. He helped me find a delicious arbequina olive oil from Italy and tins of sardines packed it butter. Swoon. By the end of our visit my basket was full! While the items here are pricey I truly think that the quality is worth it. Parking is plentiful and conveniently located just outside. The store is clean and well organized. Bring your own reusable shopping bags because you'll need it for all the wonderful goodies. Definitely returning! Located in the bustling main street of Alhambra, I've unfortunately missed the chance to go here…read moresince until recently, so I'm glad I was able to catch them when they were open. I could have sworn that they used to have more limited hours, but either way, it's a solid European market. Aside from being a market, I think they also do shipping services to Europe too if you have friends or family there. Sizeable market with lots of snacks, sweets, dried goods, some ice cream, frozen food, drinks, alcohol, cooking and baking goods, and much more. You can easily spend a good amount of time perusing the wide variety of food that they have here. Great place to get tinned fish, chocolates, or crackers and cookies or candies if you're trying to find a quick gift. My boyfriend got some alcohol and some canned goods here. I got some caramel vanilla ice cream. Reminded me of the drumstick ice cream, but creamier and less "heavy" tasting if that makes sense. A juxtaposition, I'm sure. Shop had customers come in and out the entire time, but it was never super busy. Worker was on the phone I think with other customers, but was friendly either way. Ambiance was casual, a bit aged, not super fancy, but does the job.

What a wonderful find on Main Street! The variety of products available is delightfully surprising…read more Truffle sauces, cheeses, sausages of all sorts, and sweet treats. They are priced competitively - many of the items are actually more expensive on Amazon. You'll lose yourself in the aisles inspecting everything. The temptation to buy everything will be unbearable. The proprietor is super nice too.

This is the Asian restaurant Costco. You can find a lot of Asian grocery items such as rice,…read morespices, condiments, seafood, meats, vegetables, cooking equipment, dishes and even restaurant supplies such as menu covers, receipts, pens, etc. For example, if you love boba and you want to make it at home yourself, you can get all the fixings here. If you meal prep and you need meal prep containers and are spending more than $1/container, get it here. If you have a big family and you want to buy your items in bulk, come here. It's more like a warehouse so don't expect a Crate & Barrel environment. Some might judge but trust me, it's the same stuff you'll find at other stores but will cost you 2-10x more. Anyway, bottom line is if you don't mind a little dust and want to save money, make a trip here and make sure you have space in your trunk so you can make your trip worthwhile. Don't come here just for a bag of straws. You might as well go to Pavillions. But yes, I'll come back when I need a refill on supplies.

(Did it for my daughter's birthday - all her friends loved it.) Prices are decent, especially for what you get. Such a fun place to explore if you've never been - and love stocking up with Asian condiments and seasonings- like I did! 9 out of 10 for me, enjoy!

The discovery of this place was because of dining at Sanamluang next door years ago. Mom went in…read moreand found a a specific meat product not available at our local supermarket. And she made something amazingly delicious out of it! Fast forward a few years later, we were blocks away when I reminded her about this place. She asked if we can make a stop so she can make that same dish again. (She mentioned Hubbers might have made a request for it.) I was curious enough to go in this time. I expected it to be crowded because Sanamluang is incredibly popular. We were lucky to find the only open parking spot which happened to be right up front. This place is deceiving! Looks like a no nonsense place looking from the outside but it's pretty big once you get inside! They even have a seafood and meat section at the back. They'll also clean and fry in-store purchase fish. I did notice that most of their products are pricier compared to other Asian markets. I didn't have the need for any, so I came out empty handed. But Mom got the cut of meat she needed to make us dinner this week! Okay first stop (for me.) Being far from home, not sure when I'd come back... if the need comes up and I happen to be around, maybe...?
