I've spent this summer (2018) with him 3x a week. I had work and went to class 4x a week and still made time to go to the sessions. He is flexible with scheduling which is a huge plus. My weight loss results were more than I could have hoped for. Went from really obese to just about normal I think. I even surpassed my initial goal by a good amount. I put in the work. Numbers, you can ask him. My favorite part about going to Cesar is the privacy of working out in his garage. The gym can be intimidating. I also didn't know what to do except cardio.
