Very friendly and personable and helpful when I was lost because I didn't see the sign but the building looks like a church or Spanish style mission...beautiful and the "construction" site cue word let me know I was in the right place. Quick and painless procedure! Plus, the military discount was a very nice surprise! Definitely worth the drive from the West side for me. My daughter needed a…read morehaircut today, but my regular hair stylist was out of town, so we took a chance, made an appointment, and ventured in. Well, needless to say, we loved the cut and style! The receptionist was welcoming, and we waited all but about five minutes. Adan took care of us! He greeted us. Introduced himself, and was very friendly and attentive. They do wear facial masks, and follow safety protocols. We most definitely will be returning! Highly recommended.

I came here to get lash extensions for the first time ever and although I didn't know what to expect, I was very much in tune with the customs of service, especially from a safety and hygiene stand point. I was greeted when I first walked in by who I assumed was an employee and I looked over to where I heard her voice. I was confused at first because I saw a girl on the waiting chair, wearing one of the store's blankets around her shoulders, very casually laying on the bench with her legs curled up as well. She continued to inquire if I had an appointment which confirmed her employment. I confirmed I had one with Sikiu for eyelashes at 1:30 and she stated that she was still on her way. I arrived 5 mins early but ended up waiting past 1:30, even after my appointment was moved by Sikiu from 12 to 1:30 that same day around 11:00 that morning. When she finally came in, she admitted she was having her lunch which explained why she was late. Interesting. We proceeded with my appointment and tried to discuss the kind of eyelash look I wanted. I said something like a classic but another level up. I also said I wasn't sure what look would fit well with my asian eyes. She confirmed she knew exactly what and would give me an open-eye look. Sounds good i said. You lie flat on a cushioned bed with a leg pillow to put under your knees and a blanket. The first girl at the door ended up assisting me with my blanket and seated herself on a wheeled short stool next to me. I thought she was in training possibly and wanted to watch Sikiu. It turned out she wanted to sit there and talk to her for almost the entire time of my eyelash application with Sikiu also speaking back and laughing loudly right over me. It was just very uncomfortable. There's a set of eye patches that are added over your lower eye lids and over top eyelids to have full access to your lashes. My right eye was set perfectly as I had no irritation from them but my left eye turned out red after about 1.5 hours of them on. Sikiu said it was normal which doesn't explain how my right eye didnt have the safe results. Although the redness disappeared after about 15 mins, about 2 days later, my left eye is still sore which really worries me. Ultimately, I think the services provided here are absolutely fabulous, but the execution needs more polish with professionalism for a better experience and customer service.
