    Please note: I did not buy this Kia from this dealership, it was purchased in 2018 from a dealership that's no longer operating. This is not a bad review for this dealership but the only way that I could caution consumers to please reconsider buying Kia vehicles... cautionary: I literally was driving a 2017 Kia Rio (purchased preowned in 2018 with 38,000 miles on it at that time and currently it had 113k before combusting for unknown reasons) . It burst into flames within 2 minutes... barely time to get out of the car...wow!!!! Present day: we have had this car garaged for 2 years and I just took it out of the garage for the first time yesterday since January 2023. I had hopes of fixing this vehicle in order to gift it to a college student since we were no longer interested in keeping it and thinking it required minor maintenance since the engine light was on and the car started stalling when driven. But it's a 2017 new looking vehicle so i had no idea putting this car back on the road would almost cost me my life! we presumed this car just required an oil change, possibly a tune up and and I put a new battery in the car yesterday (11/20) and the car worked just fine for 15-20 minutes of driving yesterday just to try to get a car wash on the car. The engine light was on and the car was having a hard time picking up speed but we figured spark plugs and again this all happened yesterday. after about 30 min of driving the car stopped completely working but I knew the battery terminal handle was loose and that piece had to be replaced too... still not thinking my life would be at risk. I get in the car it starts right up so I'm happy thinking good at least we can get it home and we'll take it to the mechanic in the morning...I was so confident in the performance of the car that I told my daughter that she could head back home that I'd be ok and I'm so thankful she didn't heed my direction this time. I'm thinking she's just young and too worried over nothing (ironically it was her quick wit that saved my naive life!) After proceeding down the road in bumper to bumper traffic (we were at a standstill due to an accident when the car shut off. I jump out fix the terminal as tightly as I can and the car starts right back up, I am now relieved my daughter stayed with me because it calmed my anxiety that she was there with me on the bridge when the car just completely stopped, no sound of any kind but after tightening the terminal it came back to life immediately so relieved and still convinced it's just a loose battery terminal, we proceed down the road at 5-10mph and for the first time in grateful to be in standstill traffic because this car was having a hard time moving anyway. We are still in bumper to bumper then as soon as the traffic broke just a bit the car had a hard time getting up to 40-50 mph and then I hear a loud pop and my daughter calls my phone panicking and screaming for me to pull over and get out of the car that it is on fire, ppl on the highway yell at me to get out the car... we hadn't even driven the car further than 2.5 miles in bumper to bumper traffic, we never even made it to the exit! I could not tell this car was on fire and within less than 2 minutes this is the 2017 kia Rio I was driving at 7:45 for less than 15 minutes! It was completely engulfed in flames by 8:03pm. I am just thankful to my Lord and Savior for keeping me totally safe!! I managed to grab my phone and wallet just in a nick of time along with my life completely unaware of just how much danger my life was in... wow THANK YOU JESUS! Please be safe and I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A KIA EVER IN LIFE THIS IS TOO DANGEROUS!!!!

I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

Despite providing clear instructions that I would be out of town and that my 93-year-old mother would be available for the 10:00 AM pickup and end-of-day drop-off, the process was handled poorly. Your team failed to return the vehicle as scheduled on Friday, leaving my elderly parents without transportation for three days. As a result, they missed dinner plans, an urgent care visit, and essential doctor's appointments. The communication throughout this period was unacceptable. I was unable to reach a person on Saturday, and my request for a callback from Frank went ignored. When I finally spoke with Frank on Monday morning to emphasize that we needed the car by 9:00 AM for a critical specialist appointment, the vehicle did not arrive until nearly 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, rather than offering an apology, Frank was dismissive and attempted to blame me for the delay. This experience has been incredibly stressful for my family, especially given my parents' age and medical needs. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment.

At the beginning, the service was excellent and the process went smoothly. Everything seemed fine until I went to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the hood was peeling. The salesperson told me they knew a place that could repair it at a low cost because they do work for them. I asked for the contact information three different times and never received it. One of the seats does not go up, and although I was told the seat motor would be replaced, the replacement part turned out to be used and was already installed on another seat. Also, while most dealerships wash vehicles before delivery, this one was not cleaned. That was not a major issue for me, but it added to the overall experience. The most frustrating part was the temporary tag situation. I called one week before it expired and was told it was not ready yet. I reminded them that it was just a tag transfer and that the expiration date was approaching. I was told they would call me. I called the day before it expired and was told I had to pay a fee. I have purchased several vehicles before and have never been charged an additional fee after the sale for something like this. Then I was told there was a "hold" in the system -- which is not my responsibility, especially with a temporary tag about to expire. I felt this was handled irresponsibly. I asked them to have my tag and seat repair ready and told them I would pay the fee, but then I was told installation had already been paid for (the shop is owned by them). I requested that the amount they planned to charge for installation be credited toward the tag fee they created. I was told they would speak with the manager, but I never received a proper resolution and was charged anyway. Shortly after the sale, I was asked to leave a review. Based on previous experiences purchasing vehicles, I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before writing a review. I wanted to make sure everything was handled properly first. Unfortunately, this has been my experience. At the beginning, the salesperson said this was the easiest sale he had ever had. Unfortunately, I can now say this has been one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I do not believe this is solely the salesperson's fault, which is why I am not mentioning his name. However, management and leadership need to improve. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very concerning. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!
