So this was my first time here, as I usually go to the mall and get mine done while my husband and daughter shop. I have seen this place on my way to Hobby Lobby so many times and something just compelled me to try here rather than the place in the mall. I walk in and I am greeted by Divya, who is an absolute gem! She was just finishing with a client and once she was done, she got me in a chair promptly. Now, I don't really know much about eyebrows but I explained to her that one is thinner than the other. She looked at my eyebrows and told me this was indeed true and that she could fix it. I have been coming here for about four years now and I love it! My eyebrows always look great, pricing is fair (it is a bit more if you pay with a card but still fair), the people who work here are always nice and professional. The only complaint I have and the only reason I didn't give them five stars is due to the fact that their hours say they open at 9:30 but every time I show up at 9:30, no one is there. One time is showed up at 10:30 and they still weren't open. I waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot and the employee finally pulled up and opened. There were about five of us waiting. I'm actually currently writing this as I sit in the parking lot at 9:53 and no one is here. :( I would suggest either updating your hours or opening on time, other than that, this place is great! read more

Sushmu (I hope I spelt that right...) did an amazing job on my brows! I have been growing them out for a few weeks to give them a thicker shape and I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted. I just told her to clean them up and she did a fantastic job! Super quick and very painless. I have old microblading and she ignored it and brought out my natural shape. I'm so happy! Horrible, horrible technique! She left multiple cuts on my lip and chin and didn't even get all the hair. Even after pointing out the hair left behind she still didn't get it all and proceeded to cut me even more. Now I have scabs all over my chin. I could have saved my money and threaded myself for the job she did. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never come here again. read more

I really liked this site, I am giving them 1 stars because they keep changing employees, at first got used to Astha then she left, then I got used to Divya and she also left to another site, or at least that's what the current person said. I want consistency and not have to explain every time what I want done. Also, a day after I did my eyebrows there were scratch marks because the lady who threaded me was too hard. Another thing that bothered me is that I had to ask her to sanitize her hands before threading me and she did not just automatically do it. read more

Came here twice before and had a pretty decent experience but this will be the last time I'm coming here. She threaded one eyebrow significantly shorter than the other and I left the place with super uneven brows - with one brow more arched than the other on top of one being shorter than the other. She even shaved a bald spot on one of my brows and blamed me for having a bald spot. I did not have a bald spot before I went there. I came here based on the good reviews of others but am greatly disappointed with what I have now. read more

The ladies here are so sweet and they are so consistent. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. In between the theater and Dollar Tree. Their front window advertises Eye Brow for $6.99. I come here for their skill and reasonable prices. Both eyebrow and lip thread for $10. Once you walk in, they have a kiosk on the corner of the counter. You want to enter in what service you need done and it prints a receipt for you to hand over to your specialist :) Make sure to get a stamp card from them too! read more

This place is TERRIBLE. I've gone twice, and both experiences were such a disappointment. The first time I had just wanted a clean up on my eyebrows & the lady (I don't remember her name... she's the only one I've ever seen there, though) completely messed up the shape on my eyebrow. The left was now flat while the right had an arch. The second time I went (after growing them out for about a month) the same thing happened. I also have scratches under my left eyebrow from the way she threads. It's so painful and slow when she's threading, and now that I have these scratches I'm still dealing with it. I used to go to the Brow Shop, but after a bad experience I needed to find a new place. I'm glad I found this place. It's only about $7. The cheapest place I've ever been to but also one do the best. Goes to show that more expensive doesn't always mean the best. The girl that did my brows spent time to check my eyebrows and really listened to my concern about how my eyebrows are uneven (my eyebrows became more and more uneven because I got them threaded by others that didn't take the time to really work on my brows). It was also very painless and she goes also trims eyebrows. Few places I've been to actually trim eyebrows as well. She gave me pointers to grow out an area of my eyebrow and told me to come back when it's grown out so she can thread it. Definitely coming back! Found my new go to! read more
