I was, to be honest, skeptical, but because of severe lumbar stenosis among other muscular/nerve pain thought "it wouldn't hurt" to try to get some relief using her approach. Lisa is so smart, so caring, and so focused on pinpointing the treatment that you can hardly guess why it's working to lessen and many times, eliminate, the pain. The best example we can give is during Covid shutdown we both stopped seeing her and didn't know how bad and how painful we were feeling until we decided to go back after a year, and, lo and behold, after only a few sessions realized what we had missed and how much better we were feeling. Everyone at KIPT is so sweet - particularly Sharell at the front desk who greets everyone with a smile. I associate myself with all the previous reviewers who calls Lisa a miracle worker. If you want major manipulation and/or significant machines for your PT - this is NOT the place to go - but if you want results and your pain to, at the very least, subside, experience the hands of integrative therapy.

My emails have been left unanswered, texts have been left unresponded to, and the mailbox for every number for the office I have tried is full and hasn't been cleared for months. To start, I had a great experience until January of 2022, but afterwards, my experience with Got Your Back has been an absolute nightmare. While I paid up front for a 12-session treatment plan, I only received 8 treatment sessions before the office closed with the promise that Dr Klein would be in touch. Months have passed and I received no call from him. To add insult to injury, the office has sent repeated invoices for the treatment I already paid for despite me speaking with the billing office two months ago and them telling me to not worry and that it was simply a clerical error that they would be sorting out. Fast forward to this week, when they sent me a letter saying that I was delinquent on payments and they would transfer my (already paid) balance to a debt collection agency. They have been consistently unresponsive and unprofessional through this whole ordeal. I have received no offer of refund or completion of treatment plan, and instead been hounded for payment which was already processed months ago. Overall, it is a shame that GYBTH has come to this because the care was truly great beforehand. I only hope that this finally gets the attention of the office and catalyzes action. If not, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Good amount of space; it's always abuzz but I've never felt crowded here. The receptionists have also been very helpful. I've worked with Beth Anne and Kevin. Beth Anne is very thorough and is great to talk to. Kevin is also very nice and is easy going. Both know their stuff and both have helped me a great deal. Heard from someone else that Amy is great too. My favorite part is that they'll fit you with a therapist that will help you with your type of injury. For example once I'm able to swing a golf club again I'll switch to a therapist who'll help me with the mechanics of the golf swing. Looking forward to it!

I was in such bad shape that I couldn't even move without my neck going into spasms. When I was finally able to get to therapy the next day, he was able to "fix" my neck in just one session!! The last time I had a similar flare-up, I went to PT 3 x/ week for 10 weeks before I was able to move pain-free. With Marwan, I was pain-free within 3 days of a single treatment!! It was a cold Saturday morning in February and I was cutting it close to get to spin class. I…read moreparked and sprinted the two blocks to the studio and the frigid air hit my exposed calves below my 3/4 length workout pants like a brick. Didn't think anything about it until I felt a tug in my right calf within the first two minutes of spin class. I let it heal for several weeks but it never quite felt right. For months, I had a nagging tightness. Not pain, but lingering soreness. Stay with me here. I re-tore my ACL on my left knee a few years ago and opted not to have surgery again. For the most part, It's fine because I "retired" from the sport that caused the injury, but it's occasionally wobbly and my knee randomly pops out of place. So I decided to do what I should have done years ago and go to physical therapy to work on strengthening the muscles around the knee. Hope you're still with me, just trying to set the stage for why Rose Physical Therapy is amazing. I'd met the husband of the owner at a Yelp event and he mentioned that his wife has a physical therapy business. Looked up the business later and saw that it had solid positive reviews. Also saw their business cards at Pacers Running and the employee also had good feedback. I made an appointment at Rose and was assigned to Laura based on my symptoms and her specialties. The DuPont office is bright, clean and modern. It sounds weird to comment about the aesthetics, but it really contributes to the experience and my comfort level. Laura is amazing--she takes the time to listen to where I'm having issues, especially during our initial session. Highly recommend! While I thought only my knee needed work, I mentioned where I continued to have calf tightness and she took a look. She explained where the muscles around an injury can lock up and if not loosened up, stay tight even when the original strain heals. During sessions, she works on those tightened muscles with some kind of sculpting tool, does dry needling to release some of the knotted, triggered areas, and then we do a series of exercises to build up strength and stability. I need to be better about doing the exercises at home to help speed along my recovery, but from the office visits alone, my problem areas are improving and I'm so glad I finally made that first appointment to get started. If you've got a nagging issue that you've been putting off addressing, go to Rose and get yourself right!

I'm not just doing my homework in front of them and/or their tech--they are asking lots of questions and thinking creatively and having me try new things and doing pain-relieving pressure and dry needling and evaluating ten pairs of my shoes for me and on and on.
