The staff was kind enough to remake it, which we appreciated, but the replacement came out after everyone else's food. It was also very hot inside, and the strong potpourri scent in the restroom was overwhelming enough to give me a headache. Overall, the staff handled the remake politely and there were some good parts to the meal, so we will probably give it another try. But based on this first visit, I'd call it average.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and let us bunker down in the store for a few hours in the hopes that the windstorm would die down. The storm did not let up and we ended up spending the night with about 350 people at the high school which was set up as an emergency shelter. Really appreciate the team's hospitality and support during a very stressful time. We live in Chicago and are relocating out to Bailey and would come back again to show our support!

They even asked the next day if we were going to be driving back through Fairplay so we could stop in at Subway again. That added one star to what I would have offered. Still, I also took off one star off for the overall condition and cleanliness of the gas station - convenience store - Subway combo.
