Been always ordering the same food from them since forever, i am a very understanding person , if they are busy i get it, if they short of personal i get it too. But every single time i order my usual it is wrong. Telling them specifically what i do want and what i dont want. They keep doing it the way they want. Spoke with the manager after few times this happened and he did not care because i was ordering not the way they wanted. Oh well if they dont care for they customers ill give my money to others who really care. We came in what was their wing night, maybe not the best day to come in. The host let us know the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. He was hustling and trying to make sure people got seated as quickly as possible at available tables. After about 20 minutes we were able to get seated. The table next to us was a six top getting ready to leave and asking for the check. The two tables in front of us are a four top and the other is six top. They are finishing with the six top asking for containers to take home. The six top to the right of us pays their check and leaves. The six top in front of us has received their containers are continuing to pack up. The waitress comes over picks up the check at the six top that has just left and turns away from us so she does not have to acknowledge us and walks away. Now the six top in front of us gets up and leaves. The table to the right has now been bussed and is cleared, ready for new customers. The four top in front of us as well as the six are getting up ready to leave. The only reason why I say this is to show how long it took to NOT get service. No hello, be with you in a minute , NOTHING! How good are their wings? We will never know! We got up and left. The host asked why ? I said you know how long we've been here. you are 0 for 2. And walked out. 2 visits and 2 bad experiences. I really wanted them to succeed because I had to try and convince my wife to go here that night. She did not want to go after our last visit that was so poor but was quite a bit of time ago. So I was able to convince her to try again. It is their loss because so many people compete for those consumer dollars every day. Keep this up and there will be plenty of tables available all the time. So this is one of those places which has large crowds on their specialty days like burger Monday and wing Wednesday. Burger Monday is the absolute best! Burgers are huge on the plate but small on the check. It's well worth the trip. Wings, on the other hand, aren't that great. The flavors are not that tasty and just seem to miss the mark. Service is fantastic! Our waitress was very attentive and that's always a great thing. We happened to be here when they had "entertainment." By definition, it was a chick with a karaoke machine. Pass. She spun herself between the tables of patrons and often crossed the line from humorous to annoying. I think she served as a distraction for the wait time until our room temperature wings were presented to the table. So instead of the $12.99 all you can eat wings here, I suggest you go to Winghouse for their $10.49 all you can eat wings on the same night--better price for way better chicken, located right down the road. read more

Two weeks prior to the Super Bowl some friends and I stop in to find out if this might be the venue for our annual Super Bowl get together. It's a Saturday night and not to busy, we place an order for wings and then come out in a reasonable amount of time. The service is decent and they have remodeled the place which gives it a better feel than under the old ownership. We ask to speak with a manager in hopes of securing some tables to bring our group of 30+ in for a Super Bowl party. Mike was more than happy to set a section of tables aside to accommodate our party. Move up to Super Bowl Sunday and our group begins to file in at 5:30. Folks order drinks, wings, burgers and so forth. So one might think that a group of 30+ people coming to your establishment would present a fairly decent revenue opportunity, especially for such a new business. You might also think that they just might want to accommodate such a large party. Nope, in fact the owners philosophy was to take care of the online and phone orders first, the folks in the restaurant can wait and wait and wait and wait. After and hour and a half the first food starts to arrive at our table, fried mushrooms that are still frozen inside. Here comes another order, a quesadilla so burnt that it's beyond my comprehension how you could even serve it. But wait it doesn't end, another order arrives a burger, burnt to a crisp! Still no wings! Once again we inquire to our server as half of our group is waiting on wings, she states "the manager just moved all of your tickets up to the front of the line, its going to be just a bit longer". At the 2 hour mark and still no food for over half of group we are completely fed up and frustrated. Someone in our group seeks out the owner to voice our dissatisfaction only to be asked "what do you want me to do about it? Normally we only have 2 cooks back there but I have 7 in there today and we have a lot of to go orders". WOW, seriously! Well our group is leaving now so you can give all of our wings to your to-go customers. You know the to-go customers that aren't buying your BEER, your LIQUOR, playing your VIDEO GAMES or TIPPING your waitresses. One of the couples was told they might want to walk over to POPEYES!! Needless to say we left and hungry as well. 12 of our group went down the street to a well known, well established sports bar chain where we were sat immediately, served promptly and treated with respect as patrons. Service isn't great, waitresses seem more interested in their phones or each other than the customers. Atmosphere isn't great unless you are looking for a UFC (not to be confused with UCF) bar. That being said we are talking about the Hudson and Port Richey area so the expectations should be lowered. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars though is because the wings really are that good. I moved from Port Richey to Tampa last year, and still make the hour drive to go back and grab a bunch every now and then. You can order them ahead of time online and then just go pick them up to avoid the issues in the first paragraph. Just to warn you. The hottest they have is really really ridiculously hot. I went on Wednesday 10/11/18. Party of 6. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The waitress quoted a price but because her service was so bad the manager came to take over. Used to come once in a while for tacos. But last two times we went for fish and chips on Friday. My brother and hubby ordered fish and chips. I didn't feel well so I just got fries. They hawked us, I'm guessing they thought I was going to eat some of their fish because I only ordered fries. It was creapy. They really took a long time in between fish. But to top it all off, my brother (little skinny guy-83years old) couldn't eat the fish from his original plate. So I asked for a to go box, and they told me I couldn't take his fish from the first serving. I explained that he didn't have a second run at fish and I was taking the fish as well. I wasn't paying ten bucks for one piece of fish. They said I couldn't put it in the box. I wrapped it in a couple of napkins and took it anyway.The service is lousy. The place smells funny, like old oil, or stale garbage. The bar is always filthy. Try Skinny's for fish and chips and a menu that makes theirs absolutely skimpy. And the food is great. I think we've had most items on the menu and you always get good food that is delicious. Service is normal. And it's right around the corner. After an hour of waiting we recieved 2 small trays of about 4 wings a piece if that is what you want to call it. McDonald's chicken nuggets are bigger and taste better. After about another 30 mins 3 more small trays arrive at the table for 5 of us to split. At about 730 the server came and asked if we got our recorders yet. At this time I was fed up and asked to speak with a manager and the check. The manager arrived and her customer service was horrible. She didnt give us the time of day to even hear what the issue was. To top it all off the server overcharged me 30 dollars and then proceed to argue with me about the bill. Thinking that maybe the owner would care. Nope not one bit. Kept arguing with me that the server put in all these reorders on wings. I dont care how many reorders the server put in. 5 people had auce wings at 12.99 a piece and we recieved maybe 20 pieces of small chicken nuggets. First impression was horrible. Went I front door and the bald guy behind the counter was texting on his phone. When I walked in he didn't even look up. Had to clear my throat a few times to get his attention. Told him I was there for a pick up and he kind of pointed to the back and said down the hallway to the right. That was the bathroom. On the left there was a counter with no one there. Found a server and they told me pick ups are at the widow. Waited a few minutes and finally a guy came out punched something in on the computer and went back into the other room with no acknowledgement. Finally a woman came out pleasant but confused on my order. They had my sauces mixed up (not labeled) and made it confusing because we had 3 different kinds. She brought out the order of 80 wings (8 different kinds of flavors) and counted everything to check. Got home and that was when we realized nothing was labeled and we really couldn't tell what most of them were. Got a side of sweet potato fries and they were just thrown into a brown bag with paper on top and the top crinkled all the way down so the fries were soggy on the out side and raw on the inside since they use steak fry cut sweet fries. Once we figured out what wings were what (at least we think we did) they were ok. If we ever go back will definitely go over the order before I leave and make sure they label all the items and cook the food correctly. read more

It had been 3 or so years since we've been in the area (before Kickin' Wingz was remodeled) so we haven't visited this location in a long time. We decided to try it out as we were both craving wings. We opted for take out. Helen took our order and couldn't be more pleasant. She even pointed out a coupon that we had no knowledge of, which was "top shelf" in my book. We were told that everything would be ready in about 20 minutes. We got there in about 15 and our order was waiting for us. As mentioned, since we ordered take out, I can't comment on the table service, but I can say the place was packed and everyone seemed happy. As far as the food goes, we ordered (30) wings (hey, what can I say, I'm fat) - Teriyaki, Hot Garlic and Honey Mustard. Folks, the hot garlic is indeed hot, so watch yourselves! We also ordered fries & cheese curds. Neither the fries nor the curds were greasy. We definitely plan to stop by and watch a game sometime soon. I have been ordering to go food from here every Sunday during football season. For the most part the food is great. We love the Asian man sauce but they don't sell it so we have to order wings. I have had a few issues like not receiving my entire order. They are usually accommodating, and make it right. However, yesterday I had a 57.00 order and they said it would be here in 45 minutes. Well close to 2 hours later our food arrived. It was ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING. All of our 50 wings were cold and soggy. We got about 10 french fries total. They gave us only blue cheese,not ranch like we asked. I called and spoke to a manager who could have given 2 craps about it. She said, well...I'll send the driver back to get the food. I'm not going to do anything else. I can give you a discount on your next order. Blah blah blah.. I don't want a discount, I wanted hot food like I ordered. As a chef and restaurant owner myself I believe customer service is paramount. This place falls just short of average. It was just after 1:00 on Saturday. I sat at the bar and was asked what I wanted to drink. The bartender didn't know what if any beers were made locally or in Fl. I waited 30+ minutes before she asked me what I wanted to order. I wanted a to go order of 20 wings. She didn't ask if I had been there before. I asked if how the wings were served breaded or not and the response was: We Don't bread our wings. She complained about other employees and seemed overwhelmed even though there was never more than 5 customers at the Bar. Maybe not the right position for her skill set and attitude. The other patrons were also making comments about how inattentive and visibly flustered she was. The saving grace is that the wings were quite good. I would even say excellent. I had the Wild sauce which is their second hottest and it was great. Very spicy, enough to make me sweat and begin to tear up, but not painful in any way. My wife had Garlic Parmesan and they were very good as well. We Dali had Cajun and it was great as well. So the conclusion is excellent food, but not good enough to offset the not so great service.
