Horrible experience. I came to this clinic 7 times as it's close to me. Other reviews will say…read more(other sources) that wait time is slow - it can be. But I usually come in when they open up at 9 or around 2-3pm which seems to have the least amount of people. Dr. Ages, Deena Elka (CPSO#: 624428) is the WORST, file a complaint on her if you also had a bad experience. Search: CPSO: complaints. If you receive unprofessional treatment. I have seen her 3 times for a blocked ear and my hearing became muffled. She gave me antibiotics, 2nd visit OTC nasal spray, 3rd visit she made some noises with her hands to see if I could hear (lol?) and said there is nothing she can do but give it time and maybe allergy pills will work - it's been a year already. I asked her for an ENT referral and she said come back in a few months to see if it has cleared up. (I went to a different clinic and received an ENT referral my first visit with a 6 week wait period) Dr. Ages, Deena Elka also complained on my 3rd visit that I do not have a family doctor and my visits are becoming a nuisance to her practise and time. I have filed a complain on her practise Today I went to the clinic, and have strep that I needed antibiotics and a sick note (I'm subcontracted). I need a note for 3 days and the filipino nurse whom calls patients in, told me Dr. Ages is NOT taking me as a patient due her "policy" of only writing 1 sick note per day. I insisted it's ridiculous for me to come back for the next 2 days and wait an hour. I'm not on salary nor wage pay, I lose money being sick. I asked to speak to the Dr, but the nurse said no. In the end Dr. Ages, Deena Elka needs to reevaluate her mannerism and explain the policy. I waited for another doctor that took 30 mins, (I was there for 1hr 30m) as the nurse said he will give you a note for 3 days. Doctor came in, 5 min talk of my symptoms, to the point and quickly received my meds. Dr. Weltman - saw him twice prior which were both bacterial infections of the throat (strep), was given antibiotics and a note which cost $15. He accessed my physical symptoms quick, something I already had prior and know how to treat. Checked my breathing and gave some holistic advice among the antibiotics. Weltman was quick, to the point, he looks at file or note pad a lot while you talk but he grabs the points of your symptoms and analyzes. If you go to the clinic see Weltman and I'm not sure if Dr. Gross is still there but I saw him around and he seemed nice while talking to patients. (Walls are super thin you can hear everything). Front desk: barely answers the phone, nurses do not much, look lost half of the time, or can't comprehend on what you are saying for a basic Illness along their English is not the best. Front desk can be rude, stand your ground with them and they usually back off, they usually stop taking patients 45 mins prior to close (although it says 30 mins best to call and see)

This is by far the worst doctor and walk in. If I could give no stars, I would. I don't know where…read moreDr. Rofail got her licenses to practice, but it's a joke. My sister was diagnosed with three (!!!) herniated discs in 2021. MRI was done to confirm how bad it was.. and still, Rofail did nothing about it. She prescribed her pain meds and sent my sister on her way. Basically kept charging her the $20 for a doctors note (weekly) so my sister could give it to her employer. My sister couldn't walk. She was bed bound for nine months!!! Rofail didn't consider sending her to a neurosurgeon or anything. When my sister asked for a referral, she was immediately shut down and was made to feel crazy. There is zero empathy coming from her. What she says goes. Doesn't listen. Has NO compassion whatever. Fast forward to 2023 (today), my sister got another MRI done and was FAST TRACKED into getting surgery to fix the three discs (which has been at the same stage since Dr. Rofail has seen her - hasn't worsened, hasn't gotten better). If only Dr. Rofail stopped to LISTEN to my sister, she would have been "fixed" in 2021 and wouldn't have had to miss out on life. When the neurosurgeon saw us, he immediately asked "wtf is wrong with your doctor for not sending you to me earlier?" Hey, Dr. Rofail, that right there should make you want to change how you deal with your patients. Believe the person who comes in to see you. You got into a profession that was suppose to care about people, help them, get them back to feeling like themselves again... but you just made my sister feel worse about herself and her problems. If you care about yourself and your health, avoid this place at all costs.

I caught a really bad stomach virus and I came here a couple of days after I went to a hospital…read morewhere they told me I should be fine but I had my doubts so I came here for a second opinion and Thank God I did. Dr. Rofail handled me with such care and after I told her my symptoms she got right to work to make sure I had nothing severe (did blood tests, urine tests and an ultrasound that very day). Although it wasn't severe something wrong was found in all of those tests (the hospital unsurprisingly missed all of this) and I was put on the proper medication and promptly booked for follow up tests/appointments. I went to the clinic multiple times after that and Dr. Rofail followed up with me until she knew I was fine. Very caring clinic with experience professionals and friendly staff.

They aren't rushing you, just trying to get to a solution quickly. I have been going here for about 6 years now and Dr. Strigler was the doctor I had seen most often and was the only reason I kept going here. After getting an actual family doctor I'm surprised to say I PREFER THE WALK IN. I never felt rushed, I really think Dr. Strigler and the other doctors were always professional and has my best interests at heart. Once when I was there, I had the beginning signs of an asthma attack and they quickly and calmly made sure I got to ER where I was taken care of. They got me through some other serious health concerns and were always quick to follow up. I don't know what else to say... Yes, they are clean. Yes, they are centrally located and close to TTC. Yes, you can pick up prescriptions close by. Yes, there's an elevator. Yes, they can draw blood right on site. Yes, there is a clean bathroom, but you need the key. Yes, you should go here. It's a walk-in doctors office that is better then most.
