The entire time made me walk every single card and document to her mind. You the chair that she's sitting in is all the way in the back she's not even walking up to the counter to greet or take paperwork or cards from people she's sitting there on her phone making people walk up to her disgusting, these are the type of people you guys hire to be the face of your business? Yikes . When asked about insurance verification alternatives, no effort was made to provide assistance or solutions. The interaction became further concerning when I briefly took a photo of publicly displayed flyers on the front counter and was immediately met with yelling and aggressive communication from staff. What is going on in this establishment that they are so afraid of cameras recording or anything that has to do with taking a photo inside the establish? That itself is raising red flags. They needs to come inspect this place. First impressions are important, especially in a pediatric healthcare environment. Based on this experience, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I hand them my phone clearly showing that no text, or voicemail was received, and the staff is smug and unhelpful. The gross feeling of self satisfaction from the front office is palpable, to be fair, in 2 out of the 3 women at the front desk. These are people who take pleasure in furthering the frustration of their patients. Waste of time, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Do not trust them with your care.

I came here one time and never returned. The thing that really rubs me the wrong way is when I took my toddler here (2years old), they insisted that I had to do X-rays. I was pregnant at the time and also didn't see a need for x rays considering he is so little and wouldn't sit still anyways. They first told me the paperwork is only in case it was needed. Once we were brought in they proceeded to do the x ray anyways and asked me to step out of the room. My son obviously was throwing a fit upon me leaving. A moment later they let him into my room and said the x rays were done. At no point did they show me the x rays, which means 1. It wasn't done. 2. They exposed my son to x rays without the need or ability to successful obtain it. As a professional, they should have been aware and not even attempt instead of pushing me into it and telling me that the exposure is very low. When the dentist came in she never once showed me the x rays. Instead she gave him exam and prodded around his mouth before telling me he has two cavities because there is a sticky surface and recommended that we fill him. If there was an x ray it should be a dead giveaway. If there was no x ray they should've been honest about it and NOT EVEN TRY if they knew he wouldn't cooperate. Disgusting money grab and 100% unethical. Anyways I didn't feel comfortable and went to get a second opinion. The second office didn't even want to do an x ray and told me they wouldn't recommend it at his age bc unless he is able to sit still and bite down, it would be really hard to do and not worth exposure. Anyways we are 9 months out and still no cavities. Please get a second opinion and stand your ground if you are not comfortable with something the insist needs to be done. I was not going to write a review but they reignited my annoyance when they called me about a billing issue that apparently happened with the insurance and a check not being sent to the right address. Mind you my visit was over 6 months ago. They asked me to call the insurance and have the check resent. I feel like this was a bad experience from beginning to end.

When I finally saw the doctor, the visit felt rushed and dismissive. I came in for a check-up, but she only checked one side, said I had inflammation, and walked away. The assistant stepped in briefly and then left as well. The entire visit lasted less than 10 minutes. I was left sitting and waiting again without anyone explaining what I was waiting for, so I eventually left. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, long wait times, and I did not feel cared for as a patient. I won't be returning.
