Thank goodness it wasn't my kids birthday party. i brought my laptop to work but it turns out that youre not allowed to use the outlets. the manager quickly came over and said that it must be unplugged because it's a "kids place". Despite being tucked away and cord going from the table to the outlet and nothing on the floor. This "kids place" is obviously "OK" to have electrical cords stretched to the walls for the arcade games. I really felt targeted by her and got a real sense of racism from her enforcement. No WiFi. No wristbands to make sure kids don't leave with the wrong adults. I will never come back to this location.

They answered all our questions and offered additional information. We never felt rushed and we never felt pressured into buying anything. We went to department stores in the area and it was just not the same- we barely got any attention and they did not know the answers to our questions, they also did not have a big selection- don't waste your time there, just come to Shower Me with Love!! And ask for Joyce, she's amazing! We then came back on a Sunday for the car seat and got the same experience- so helpful and knowledgeable. They did not have what we needed in stock either time, but they ordered them to the store, called us when they were ready and we came back and picked them up. The best part on ordering strollers, car seats or furniture from them is that they have a promotion where you get 25% back on a gift card to purchase on anything (that isn't furniture, car seats or strollers) to use within 6 months. They also have any/all baby gear you need! Baby blankets, towels, bath toys, stuffed animals, baby carriers, hair bows, baby socks/tights, hats, etc. And they have lots of clothes sized premie to toddler, and all the best brands (The Beaufort Bonnet Company, Kissy Kissy, Magnetic Me, Pink Chicken, etc.). it is definitely the place to go if you need a baby shower gift!! My husband, daughter, and I came here and were initially excited to see an abundance of strollers in the window. Our excitement ended there. When we entered the store, it appeared like no employees were in sight. I grabbed the 2 double strollers I saw and wheeled them around the store to get a feel for them. Of course no price tags are on the products ($$$ ughhh). So, I was waiting around, looking for an employee to ask. I only found one when I went to the checkout area. It was at that time I was informed that the only 2 people qualified to educate and talk to me about strollers were not working that day! No other employee could help. Seriously? So I guess that's why the stroller part of the store was ignored (there were a couple other families there looking lost and wondering were help was). So we left. The good part is, that one of the employees was able to tell me the cost of the stroller I was looking at. He explained each of the 15+ options in detail and helped walk me through the whole process, and he even honored their Black Friday weekend discount when I called back the next day with my Gina decision. Paul was also very communicative around the install -- just a wonderful person to work with and deserves recognition for his kindness! The chair was delivered and installed within three weeks and everything went very smoothly. We are glad they have an automatic 18-month warranty too, just in case (nice that this isn't an extra charge!). I had to call several time to get status information on furniture purchase and when it would be delivered. Dresser was delivered damaged and no one contacted me to replace; I had to call to get information on the replacement. And there are stickers that are impossible to remove on the front/visible sides of the crib and the changing tray. While removing a sticker, part of the paint has peeled off with the sticker on my brand new furniture!
