I told her I wanted to exchange an item and she responded "there's no one in dresses?" Well that was rude. You're standing right here, did I need to go find someone in Dresses?? I'm not sure if these ladies were ready to go home, or overworked, but we were more than 20 minutes from closing time, and at least while I was in the store, it was pretty slow. It's not a nice feeling to feel rushed for one, and that you're a burden to someone who's there to do a job for two. We were assisted by Emily D. and she offered so much help. She gave so much insight on each piece we were considering and it was helpful to know, so we could avoid returning clothes since we are unable to try things on during the pandemic. However, she did offer us a free FedEx label for returns (just in case). She picked out jeans for me with the right size and style I prefer without me ever telling her my preferences! She went above and beyond and it was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, which is rarely said during this crazy time. The team that was working today truly influenced my husband and me to continue to shop with Lucky Brand. Those women truly deserve recognition and I hope they do receive it from the company. She has never seen a Levi's outlet store before and was super excited to try it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. That's always a great feeling. My sister found a ton of jeans to try on. Thankfully she narrowed it down to about 4. Trying on clothes in this store is a totally different experience. Such a positive one. I am irritated I don't remember the ladies name. She was super awesome. My sister came out and asked me if I could get her a different size... she was telling me what she liked and the issues... all while doing that, the lady who was in charge of the dressing room area was already on it! She called someone on the floor to find the size and style... and when I went to turn around, she was handing me the size! I couldn't believe the awesome service we experienced. She rocks. This whole store rocks. Check out was super easy and they also give a 15% discount for students in school! My sister got to use that and that was even better.
