During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

Items seem nice - HORRIBLE customer service. Went in to sell my items and waited with several other people for assistance. Finally a very disorganized employee came by and asked us what we were selling then walked away. Another nice younger employee came up to us and asked us if we had been helped to which the original employee told her from across the isle that she was already helping us. So the younger nice employee started helping the people behind us, had them fill out paperwork and began going through their items with them....... while we stood there and the older lady got a drink of water, looked at some items on the floor and began helping others in the store. After about 15-20 min she came over to us and gave us a piece of paper to fill out. Seriously, I could not have been filling out that piece of paper for the last twenty minutes holding two kids in my arms while you farted around the store, while other employees were busy working. She then attempted to get other employees, who were busy with customers, to try to help her sort through stuff that was "already purchased". Seriously, you have a line of people, literally out the door, really, out the door, and you are going to fart around with stuff that is already bought, then get others to help you fart around while customers are lining up. Once done with the paperwork the lady placed the piece of paper on my items and walked away to sort items that had already been bought. I grabbed my items and my kids and left. I will NEVER, NEVER use that store again, very disorganized, no leadership and HORRIBLE customer service. GO TO ANOTHER KID TO KID. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I would say it was a bad day but this has happened on several different days. You would think the OWNER would know how to relate and understand good customer service sadly I think she is leading this group of workers in poor customer service. I came home and read reviews and honestly wish I had read them before ever going into this place. I think Rude was an adjective used and I would AGREE 100%. Very sad as it could be a great place to shop and share with friends. I however will not be going back to the TATUM AND GREENWAY location. Even though I live nearly next door I will make the drive to the Scottsdale Store just to avoid interacting with the Owner. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES. I am completely taken back by the reviews I see on this page. I have been shopping here for years and I always leave with a good experience. The employees always have a smile on their faces and are very helpful. I also have a great experience reselling my items here. I feel I receive a fair percentage for my items and I always choose in store credit because I always find affordable, gently used clothing items here. I can spend $20 at a department store for one outfit new or I can purchase 5-7 outfits in perfect shape here for the same price. I love shopping here and would recommend this store to anyone! read more

Recently we attended an event called the Spook Tacular Balloon Glow. It was a nice surprise to see the Kid to Kid balloon. We recognized the owner of the Kid to Kid on Tatum because we are customers. She was passing out candy and recognized us as customers. She took the time to interact with our kids. We loved the event and will look for your balloon in the sky and we will continue to shop at your store. read more

Slowly going out of business for a reason ! Guess what?! With other apps like Facebook and Offerup people are actually exchanging/buying/selling kid items and it's not only benefiting on side.
