I had heard about this place but never been there but I was in the area after a job interview so I stopped by. HANDS DOWN THE MOST ORGANIZED SECOND HAND / CONSIGNMENT STORE I'VE EVER WALKED INTO. THEY HAVE CLOSED TOYS SHOES BABY AND TODDLER EQUIPMENT. Everything. I don't know who I spoke to but by the Guess of it I would assume the owner or a high up manager. I have tried to come to this store twice now and they are always closed early. Even their temporary posted hours are not accurate. the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced from a retail store in AZ. and this isn't just one incident. This is multiple incidences over many years! In fact, I've been a customer for over 20 years however they couldn't care less. Tonight was my last straw. So rude. So derogatory. Disgusting in every way, I'll never step in there again. Be very careful when doing business with them. When they redeem store credit, they do NOT check identification of the person using the credit, just their telephone number. Not checking to verify the true owner of the credit is not protecting their customer's account. I brought up the issue and the manager was defensive, dismissive and downright rude. She argued with me and talked down to me. What happened to good customer service these days? Im shocked at the level of poor customer service. The manager is nice, until you have a complaint or suggestion, then she turns argumentative and hostile. Buyers and sellers beware. read more

Very nice place I love going there very nice people work there I love the fact that I take my son's clothes in and get store credit and I could get him some more clothes in a bigger size also shoes and other stuff that I take and there is always something nice that I could bring home for my son and granddaughter. read more

Great consignment store for kids clothes, equipment (strollers, bikes, car seats, pack and plays) and toys. Very good prices and lots of options. Personally, I just wish I knew the suggested age ranges for the toys or would love to see them sorted by suggested ages. read more

I tried coming into Kid to Kid today after a couple years with a previous bad experience. I called ahead of time to nicely inquire if they were still buying today. The same lady answered questioning me all about the items in a negative tone. I came in to find out the buyer was away and it would be a day or two. That was totally fine with me. She questioned me again again about the items and said they were only giving store credit. I honestly got the same feeling again that they are not customer friendly. I was trying to sell Lulu, Nike pros, Abercrombie kids and other nice brands after my daughter grew out of them. It' was a small bag of clothes and her tone was negative again asking what all items I had before she even looked in the bag. This time I'm not planning on going back again. The younger girl at the counter had much better customer service and communication skills, which I appreciated. read more

Earlier in the summer I had taken in some of my nephews toys and clothes that he had grown out of and had some store credit to use . This was the perfect time to get some back to school pants and we needed navy blue with no buttons and they have such a nice selection that I had no problem finding what I needed.
