We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. I came to K1 Speed earlier tonight hoping to have a good time. My wife accompanied me, and…read moreinitially I thought everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, I was informed that the wait time for my first race would be over an hour. I accepted that and decided to order food while I waited. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, the food arrived undercooked and incomplete. I returned it and requested a refund rather than canceling my visit entirely because I still wanted to participate in the races. When I finally got into my first race, there was an issue with my kart. The problem was eventually corrected, and I completed the race. However, during the second race, the kart failed completely. I started the race in a leading position, but my kart stopped functioning and effectively ended my race. At that point, I requested a refund because I do not believe it is acceptable to pay premium prices for an experience where the equipment is not operating properly. The karts should be maintained and race ready, especially in a competitive environment where lap times and performance records are an important part of the experience. I come to K1 Speed because I enjoy racing and competing, not because I want to spend my time dealing with equipment failures. I have spent a significant amount of money with K1 Speed over time and generally enjoy racing on your tracks. That is why I was particularly disappointed with this location. In my experience, other K1 Speed locations maintain a much higher standard. Additionally, the condition of the bathrooms was below expectations. For example, water was coming out of the flush button when it was pressed, which is clearly a maintenance issue that needs attention. I genuinely enjoy K1 Speed and would like to continue visiting. My recommendation is that this location receive additional attention regarding maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment reliability. There appear to be operational issues that need to be addressed. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to bring this location up to the standard I have experienced at other K1 Speed venues.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.
