Idk why this place has so many low reviews lol it was very fun and had alot of choices and it wasn't too expensive. We're not that great with claws maybe average and we won 5 toys and just spent $20. Way cheaper than a fair lol and the employees were super sweet to adjust the machines if we asked or if we wanted to trade a toy from the same machine if we wanted another one. I really liked it here and it's worth a shot if you're at the mall! Highly recommend! My kids had so much fun! Thanks!!

You Rock! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the employee who was working today, Thursday, January 22, 2026, around noon. I brought my daughter in, and unfortunately I didn't catch the employee's name, but she was absolutely outstanding in every possible way. She patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to explain how the machines work, how we can trade prizes within the same machine if we like something else, and how trade-ins work for the larger prizes. She even helped stack items in the claw machines to make it easier for my daughter to play and win. I loaded $50 onto our game card, and thanks to her help and encouragement, my daughter had an amazing experience. She was so excited and proud that she was able to win enough prizes to trade in for a big one. Seeing her that happy meant everything to me. We've visited a few times in the past, and no one has ever gone out of their way to help us like this employee did today. She truly went above and beyond, and I hope her manager and leadership team see this message because she deserves recognition. She made our visit memorable and special, and her customer service was phenomenal. Thank you again to whoever was working today, you made my daughter's day and turned a regular visit into an unforgettable experience.

I believe I've been to the Riverside Kawaii Klaws over a dozen times at this point, just in the past year. Because of this, I fear my review will be lengthy but I hope it's helpful for some because overall, I love this place: The store is well-maintained, clean, and has a fun energy. The staff are always welcoming and helpful if needed, and mention any promotions going on. There's a decent number of machines; not a ton but also not too few. Every time I've visited, I've found at least 1-3 machines I wanted to play (sometimes it's nearly all which makes choosing impossible)! A new card is a $2 fee but can be reloaded as many times over, and it's the way to save prizes to your account for their trade-up system. I've kept so many plushies from playing, but I also recently traded up for the first time, and I love the concept. Every time I visit, I can have fun playing, winning a few prizes, and consider adding it to the "bank" or taking home with me. My fiancé and I stop by and usually spend $20-40. We start with $20 first and a few times we were super lucky and walked away with 5-6 prizes. Other times we come up empty-handed, and try another $20 just because that's the lowest loaded amount with bonus credits. Often times, we never spend the full $40 and will save it for our next visit. I've visited on busy weekend nights and random weekdays shortly after open and have found both luck and unlucky visits. Time of day/week doesn't really matter in my opinion, sometimes it's just about machines being close to payout or weight/size/material of the plush. Regardless, the staff are super helpful if you request a reposition of the machine that almost guarantees a win. In terms of selection, I liked what was available closer to when the store opened. Lots of Sanrio, Disney, Pokemon - unlicensed, but the quality is pretty good. Nowadays it's more unbranded plush like capybaras, veggies, animals, etc. They're still very cute, but I'd personally prefer a mix of both. Overall, I enjoy my time every visit I've made so far, and I think it's worth checking out if claws are your thing. It's the perfect middle-ground in my book, and my favorite spot to go to!

We love this place. It's never too crowded and the kids love the stuffed animals they win. The attendants are super helpful when you need them. They usually stock Hello Kitty and Friends and sometimes have Pokémon and Disney. Each play is only $1 which is a good value as you can easily win every few tries and being able to trade up to large ones is fun.

i love playing claw machine games and kawaii klaws has quickly become my favorite chain to go to! ive been to many locations and am so happy that a location close to UCR opened. this location uses a game card, which is different than the other locations i've been to. the game card costs $2. the staff was very kind and accommodating. you can trade within the same machine and ask for a reposition. the claws were pretty strong. the selection varied, there were sanrio, pokemon, disney, etc. very fun activity, i will definitely be back.

Look at all the X-Large plushies!!!!

First timer here and I must say it's pretty fun. The Service 10/5, they explained how it works and gave me a few tips. Selection of plushies is superb they have kirby, pikachu, kaws, and you can trade up! 5/5 for the plushies and trading up. Pricing is fair, we won about 15 plushies spent about $20 bucks lasted about an hour -- definitely will come back to get the bigger plushies!!

Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

Hence, it's easy to drop $70 and only end up with ONE small Kaito plushie from the Round One x Vocaloid collaboration. I realize not all are ready to commit to splurging, but get ready. Especially if you have KIDS! There's a feast to the recreational senses when you enter. I immediately gravitated towards the claw games. Note, the claw games are tough, I had to look up YouTube strategies and I still only ended up with a small prize from a smaller crane. I'll be back soon for Kaito's friends! If you're big on crossovers, Round One is constantly partnering with big names like Holo Live and other anime brands/titles. They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?'
