The time that you pay for corresponds to the band color they give your kid and they will announce on the speaker when your time is up. For the most part the area is fairly well maintained. It's an indoor park where lots of kids are running through so a little chaos is not unusual. Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. At our last visit the young woman at the register was very nice and she was such a hard worker, keeping the entire area clean. Kudos to her dedication!

You pay a monthly fee for a specific number of classes and can add on if you choose for an additional feel. The classes are planned out in advance and very organized in transition through each event. Kidstrong offers clinics, summer programs and even birthday party events. Each child has a starting point and they can rank up after a certain amount of classes. They are also offered Coach awards that circle around giving it their all, stewardship to their fellow classmates or just impressing the coach during the class. Most recently Kidstrong came out with a parents app that you can easily track your child's progress, view last classes and monthly challenges.

It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. It was too dark for me to read the book I brought so I naturally decided to write Yelp reviews instead ;) The facility itself seems fairly well maintained. Seating for parents is mainly limited to benches at the food area and scattered around the periphery of the play areas. They seem pretty strict on making kids wear KTR brand socks even if you have your own grip socks- at least my cashier was. As of 2026 they are $5 and come in all your standard sizes. A few of the different areas that I saw: - Toddler area - Climbing wall - Trampoline area - Skateboarding and scooter area Birthday party rooms are on the upper level. Staff seemed pretty good at keeping older kids out of the toddler area when I was here. Food choices offer items such as pizza, chicken tenders, fries, chips, nachos and candy.
