NOW 60 days out we are being told otherwise and with absolutely little care. This low on their part is going to cost us thousands of dollars. The front desk worker we spoke to today was so nonchalant and had no clue how to do the very basics of her job. To say I'm pissed is an understatement.

I got a solid performance bike, helmet, tire repair kit and a computer with distance and speed. I was able to install my own radar taillight and Wahoo ELEMNT with no problems. Due to covid, they didn't provide water bottles but I bought a couple from them for a very reasonable price. Drop off was simple and the staff was helpful and friendly.
