My bought cake I waited 20 mins for cane like this. :-(

Very unimpressed for the money spent on a birthday. Standing in line for over 10 minutes with one cashier only. The temp was ridiculously hot the whole time. The music is so loud you can't talk to your child. I tried to order an extra cake for the party, assuming it would be quick since it was pre-made, nope. And it came with the employees finger in the side (see pic) It was not well run at all. Will recommend somewhere else to friends. Upon ending the karts and paying I was told I was upgraded and the foodies bags alone were were $50, I was supposed to spend $8.99 per kid, I was charged $20 and upon arguing with the manager I received $10 off. Please don't have a party here.

There's so much to do that we can easily spend the whole afternoon here. It's great that it's built big enough for adults to climb through and explore with the kids, we always have a blast. It's basically a…read morehuge jungle gym fully padded with mazes going up, down and all around for kids AND their parents (I was shocked I was able to fit through all the climbing holes my toddler was going in and out of). We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones.

Since the older kids are back in school now, there is more space for the littles to run wild. (We grandparents got a workout too!) the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a snack bar and an area to rent scooters and helmets and you can even buy KTR merch. Restrooms are clean and there is a spot to refill water bottles. Consider purchasing the 10 punch pass too. Go and have fun!

If you book a morning party (9-11 am), you're allowed to enter an hour before the venue officially opens at 10 am. This means your kids can enjoy an hour of playtime in a private and quiet setting before others arrive--something I found really thoughtful and enjoyable. KTR offers a spacious, open environment where kids can run around and explore without getting bored. Parents can join in on the fun or simply relax with some snacks and drinks, chatting while the kids burn off their energy. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and staffed with friendly, helpful team members who are happy to answer questions or provide recommendations. If you're looking for a great venue for a birthday party that also keeps kids active and entertained, I highly recommend checking out KTR. They offer various options to suit different group sizes, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone!

Even with free entry, it was immediately clear that the regular price is not justified in any way. The facility is in poor condition. The nets in the main play structure are old, sagging, and torn, which is a basic safety concern. Half the attractions were closed due to not having enough staff to operate or maintain them. The food was not tasty whatsoever, especially considering what families are normally charged here. The most alarming issue was the inflatable slide/jump house, which was not properly aired up. Because of that, a young girl hit her head on the floor while sliding down. Had the equipment been inflated and supervised correctly, this could have been avoided. On top of the safety problems, the staff was extremely rude, making unnecessary comments to my older girls that made them uncomfortable. The overall energy in the building was unwelcoming, and the environment felt disorganized and poorly managed. Additional concerns included: * Outdated and worn-down equipment * Minimal staff presence and oversight * Multiple attractions unavailable * Poor overall maintenance and cleanliness Even though we did not pay, the experience made it clear that the admission price is not worth it whatsoever. Until major safety, staffing, and professionalism issues are addressed, this is not a place I would recommend for any family.

There are benches for parents to sit on, as well as massage chairs for an extra cost if you would like to indulge. The staff have been friendly and I haven't encountered any problems here. They do require grip socks so make sure to bring some or you can buy some at the register. The time that you pay for corresponds to the band color they give your kid and they will announce on the speaker when your time is up. For the most part the area is fairly well maintained. It's an indoor park where lots of kids are running through so a little chaos is not unusual. Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. At our last visit the young woman at the register was very nice and she was such a hard worker, keeping the entire area clean. Kudos to her dedication!

Colorful climbing gyms, great little toddler area, and an arcade. Very clean which I appreciated. My biggest surprise was their pricing structure. Their website could be clearer so that you have a full understanding of the pricing before you arrive. It was $63 for two kids! In my opinion, that is a very steep price for an indoor play place. They charge for any child 6-months and up which I found unique. Additionally, they require you to purchase their grip socks, which was a bit frustrating when I brought my own which were almost identical to theirs. They also charge for adults beyond the free number (you get 1 free with one hour admission and 2 free with all day pass). It very much felt like I was being nickel and dimed. If it wasn't for the pricing structure, I'd probably be a frequent return customer.
