As for the positive, my grand daughter had fun and that is the most important factor. The toys were clean and the carpet/floors/bathrooms were also clean. The negatives. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. So many activity centers, climbing structures, play houses etc where not there. I was very surprised about the lack of toys and climbers. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the female worker. I quickly realized her two children were in the playcenter and thought how nice she is allowed to bring them to work, or she may be the owner. My granddaughter and I were the only people in the play center other than her and her two children to start out. She did not come around to talk to us, show us around or interact with us, which was fine but her son was wanting to be with us and she was not being attentive to him and I found myself having to interact with him and prevent him from accidently hurting my 14 month old grand daughter. When he would get very rambunctious she would call out to him from the other side of the room but not come over. A woman arrived with no child and fast food items, signs on the walls said no outside food or drinks. The worker and this woman started chatting at the front couches and were clearly friends. Another women arrived, also with no child, also bringing in an outside drink, also a friend of the other two women. The three women proceeded to have a visit. Another woman arrived with a child and she joined in with the other 3 women for the chat/visit, I did not see her being checked in or paying the $16.95 fee but maybe she had a membership. I was at the playcenter for almost two hours, the worker never came over to see if we needed anything or to check on us. A few times she got up of the couch to pick up toys or wipe a table but did not interact with us. In fact my granddaughter went over to her as she was picking us some toys and she did not smile at her, talk to her or interact with her. I did not expect her to babysit my grand daughter, I was there to interact and play with her. But I found that she spend the entire 2 hours we were their visiting with her girlfriends. As I left I had to say good bye to the 4 women who were deep in conversation, I think we would have left without the worker saying goodbye if I had not spoken first. The lack of toys, climbers, equipment and the behaviour of the worker was not worth the $16.95 entrance fee. I am happy my grand daughter enjoyed herself but will not be back or recommend to my community.
