It's intended for smaller kids, I'd say under 7 yrs old. Theres a cylinder shaped descending tower that goes from the top level to the bottom with rubber band like cords stretched across each of five levels with a mat at the bottom. My 9 yr old daughter told me it's dangerous so I came to see. I saw another younger child fall thru the last two levels and hit the Matt below. Looks like the gaps between bands are too large in combination with the bands being not stiff enough. Seems dangerous as a kid could easily fall on their head out of control. Loved this place! My 2 year-old son was in heaven from the moment he saw the sign. Check-in was pretty standard with a waiver. They enforce the no-shoe zone more than other similar places we've visited, which I loved because the entire place was SO clean! I followed my little guy through the course a couple times and saw no dirt, dust, or anything. The course itself is huge, but mostly visible from below, which is important with a younger kid. My favorite areas were the mid-course soccer net and the sled hill(?). He also loved the disco area, blocks, cars, and arcade games when he needed a break from running. I passed this place a few times and finally decided to bring my 8 year old son. It was about $20 for admission but you only have to pay for the kids and 2 adults are free with each child. It is in a plaza and parking if free. The cool thing is that once you pay and keep your receipt you can leave and come back as many times as you want throughout the day. This place had a toddler area and bigger kid area. My son had a blast on all of the slides and the obstacle courses. Can't wait to bring him back. The only downside is they don't have food options just overpriced chips, candy, and capris is or rooms for parties but they do have plenty of tables available and ample seating. read more

Truly can't be beat for the price. It's especially clean since it's brand new and about the same price as competitors. I love that you get re entry all day, even though we didn't use it this time we may in the future. They offer lots to do for the kids in the 4-12 (?) age range. There are a few things that look like growing pains and just need some adjustments. Hopefully they figure out the kinks soon. I've been twice and each time it was incredibly over crowded with team members that couldn't care less to be there. Most recently my 4 and 7 yr old were dodging teenagers that were tearing apart equipment and tumbling down the climbing structures. We have been many time but just recently celebrated my son's birthday here. I have a 2 year old and now 4 year old that both LOVE it. There is so much to do and I love that the front gates are locked. It's always seemed clean and the staff is kind. Does this place have potential, yes. On a rainy Sunday? No! There was a huge line 30 minutes after it opened (we waited an additional 30 minutes in line with a toddler) and a sign on the door that said restrooms out of order. How do you have a play place with small children and no working restrooms? There was crunched food all over the floor, less than an hour after opening, which tells me it wasn't from today. If they continue to manage the place like the is it'll be destroyed sooner rather than later. No one monitors the ride on toys so parents and kids run through it while you're trying to ride and it's frustrating. Some parents let their kids go wild so they just stay in the track and take the cars instead of waiting for other kids that have been in line. Maybe we just had awful timing to try today, but it doesn't make me want to come back anytime soon. read more

I had a party booked yesterday for my son. I called to confirm in advance and everything was set and we were told we could arrive at 10am to set up for his party. We arrived at 10am when they open and no one was there. We waited and still at 10.30 (our party time) no one was there. His friends all showed up for his party to a closed building and waiting in 30 degree weather while my husband and I frantically tried to come up with an alternative plan for my sons party. We ended up going to Altitude Trampoline Park and they were amazing and professional. Called back later to speak to someone and everyone has been extremely rude and uncaring. If you go to Kids Empire just go for the slides, crawl spaces, ball pit etc. Do not pay money for the card which allows kids to play games. After spending $30 on a card, the only thing working was the crane to try and get stuff animals and one other game. Of the 4 riding vehicles, only 2 worked so you had to grab it when you could. What a waste of money. The women's bathroom was out of order so you had to try and get in men's when no one in there. Place has really gone downhill. read more

The staff at this place is childish and absolutely terrible. I called the number on the website before I came. I got bounced around the phone system so I just came. I get here and there they tell me there's nothing they can do because they have parties going on. They are over capacity, a guy is leaving with his child he asked if my child can take their place and they still said no. Kids Empire Marietta should be ashamed of themselves, I already submitted my request to a Corporate for my full refund as we paid $369 for a 2-5p birthday package slot just to get gummy bears, (4) 2L bottles of drinks, & late nasty pizzas that came after all our guests were gone at 5:15p & the pizza was still wrong based off what we chose! Feel bad for all 2-3 birthday families that were angry because they lost all their money as well! The only thing good was that all the littles enjoyed themselves, but take it from me! They don't serve food, only snacks. I seen others eating pizza so I asked how can I order pizza. They told me that people bring their own pizzas in since they don't serve food and that I can go get food and bring it back in as long as I got my receipt. When I came back with my food they told me I can't bring outside food in, when I was just told before I left out that I could. Other worker replied and said it's only for parties. I don't like that my child have to watch others eat when she's hungry and I can't bring in food unless I'm apart or having a party. That's bad for business. read more
