Both times the office staff have been excellent and extremely supportive and very quick at handling things. We've seen two dentists and they were both amazing with my young children. All 3 of my kids love going to the office due to the fun video games and warm atmosphere. Very happy with ABC Dentistry.

When we visited Dr. Creech for a check-up and cleaning, I was truly amazed by his patience, warmth, and gentle approach. He took the time to make her feel comfortable, and for the first time, she allowed a dentist to examine her mouth and even brush her teeth without resistance. Perhaps most impressively, he encouraged her to let me brush her teeth every night at home, which she now happily accepts--a breakthrough I honestly never thought possible. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Creech. His beautiful office and wonderful staff only add to the exceptional experience.

Findings of fact say he worked on teeth virgin teeth with no evidence of decay and some ended up needing root canals, he also left open margins on crowns, and patients had nerve damage. License No. D02700 Parents deserve to be aware of this information so they can make informed choices.

Instead of reassurance, the doctor told me he's "running a business". He also suggested I get a second opinion if I wanted. That was discouraging, but what happened afterward was even more upsetting. When I called the next day to schedule the procedure, the staff informed me that the doctor had decided he would "prefer not to do the procedure" and advised me to seek care elsewhere. Looking back, I should have known something was off--the staff rushed us out at the end of the appointment and didn't even print the treatment plan until I specifically asked for it. This office comes highly recommended, but our experience left me feeling that patient care and compassion were treated as less important than business concerns. Parents should be able to ask questions about their child's safety without being dismissed or turned away. If you're an educated mother who asks questions, I would avoid this dental office.

No problems, she took her X-rays, got her teeth cleaned and polished. They showed extreme care in all of us. This is a testament to how loving and kind Dr Brown and ALL the staff are. They make my daughter feel heard and noticed. The staff claimed they had called and texted me beforehand, but I never received any calls, voicemails, or text messages. What was most frustrating was the lack of any apology or empathy. Instead of trying to help or acknowledging the inconvenience, the staff were rude and dismissive. This was also our third visit to this office, so it was especially disappointing that something as basic as insurance verification wasn't handled properly before our appointment. Having two children's appointments canceled after taking the time to get them there was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better communication and customer service from a pediatric dental office. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I can't recommend this practice.

My kids love coming to the dentist office because there's games to play and when they finish their…read moreappointment, they get coins for some prizes. They both do well getting their teeth cleaned and they have tv playing on the ceiling so kids can stay still. All the times I've gone, every hygienist has been friendly and makes sure with the parent if they have any questions.
