We came up upon A to Z Pediatric Dentistry in Gilbert, AZ. The attention to detail was so far so good. The staff in general communicate the what, how and when's appropriately. Dr Mercer was amazing and you can tell she knows what she is doing. My son had to be medicated for this 45 min process and it all went well. They work like a well oiled machine. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. The facility is small, but is definitely kids friendly and well kept. Clean and organized. Thumbs up! The doctors and staffs are so welcoming and friendly! I always walk in smiling! I've had to many bad experiences in the past with other offices and went to plenty to find the right one for my precious sons. The doctors here care for the kids and walk them threw a very nice and calming process so they're at ease and comfortable. I was more concern with my 6 year old son because he has sensory issues and can't sit still to long but I am at awe and amazed! I trust my sons with them whole heartedly! I don't know how I keep forgetting to write a review on my sons dentist office..... this place is too awesome to forget! I have a feisty little fella, im always concerned when we go to the dentist because I don't think he will let the Dr.'s clean his teeth. His last appointment was a few weeks ago and it went great!!! The office staff is very friendly and the Dr.'s are GREAT with children. We were literally there for maybe 20 minutes! It was nice to show up, go right back, get business taken care of and be sent on our way! Their waiting room is very cool for kids! They have a little play area on top of a video game room.... I may or may not have been in there playing games (I mean watching my son of course) The only time we have ever gone in there was when we had to wait for the Dr. which was the previous visit and that alone was 10 minutes at the max! Everything is kid friendly and nice and clean! I really enjoy the atmosphere, the friendliness and the confident of the Dr.'s at this practice. Finding a good dentist for a child is quite difficult, im glad we started going to the dentist early in my son's life and lucked out finding this office! Dr Matt was awesome he saw and treated all 3 of my kids! He was extra, gentle and patient especially with my youngest and her crazy tongue and opening and closing of her mouth! He was a trooper! I was 20 minutes late to my 3 kids' appointments due to an unexpected circumstance and couldn't reschedule. They still got us in and had a pleasant and friendly attitude the entire time. Even better is that my kids enjoyed being there, including the 2 year old! It's so comfortable for kids and very stress-free for parents. They have your child in and out so quickly, there's no time for anyone (including myself) to get antsy. read more

I called in a panic on Tuesday morning after my son fell and broke his 2 front teeth at recess. Shari was amazing, she calmed me down and fit us right in the schedule. She also told me to put the other parts of the teeth in cold water. When we arrived Dr. Jensen saw my son right way and was very caring. He told him not to worry and that he would fix everything. He did a fantastic job bonding the teeth back and you can't even tell the difference! My kids also come here for checkups and I highly recommend them! I never write reviews, but I know how frustrating it can be to find a great dentist. I brought my kids here for their first dental check-up. Having worked for a dentist for several years myself, I was very pleased with this entire office. The front desk was friendly and prompt and the kids loved the video game room while waiting. We got right back and while one was getting x-rays, the Dr. came and introduced himself. He was personable with my children and had them at ease almost immediately. The Dr. was quick but very thorough and even let the kids "assist" him while they had their teeth cleaned. We had to make another appointment for a filling and they were very accommodating and quick to get us in. Overall, it's a clean office, friendly staff, wonderful doctors, and my kids had a great first experience with the dentist. Thanks A To Z, so glad we found you! read more

I switched to this office when another Pediatric Dentist told me they would have to do IV anesthesia for a few cavities. I wanted a second opinion as I didn't want my child to go through such a major procedure for a cavity. My son is very active and was only 3 1/2 years old. I was worried that they wouldn't consider anything else. The dentist was very patient and was able to get his cavities filled without the IV anesthesia. They were willing to work with us and make a stressful situation bearable. I am happy that I found this office! read more

We had our first visit with Dr. Clark, he did not look at me or even tell me what was going on with my sons teeth, I only heard him talking to the dental assistant and then he literally got up and walked away to the next patient...we scheduled our next visit with Dr. Jensen, who has been PHENOMENAL! We always schedule our six month check ups and any treatment necessary with Dr. Jensen he is very thorough, talks to my child directly and then fills me in completely on what he feels needs to be done. He never does anything unnecessary, and I completely trust his opinions and treatment with my three sons dental care! The practice overall would have 5 stars if it weren't for Dr. Clark and our first experience....The front office staff is also second to none!! read more

Awesome place! My daughter has had a hard time with dental appointments in the past but this place did a great job on her filling.

I have 3 dd and have taken them to see dr. Clark and dr. Jensen several times. Dr Jensen is amazing he was very patient with all 3 of my girls and was amazing when my 3 yr old needed several fillings. Dr Clark was quick and efficient with my 5 yr old crowns however I feel his bedside manner was a little abrasive. I will definitely request dr. Jensen for all our appointments going further. read more

Only dentist my kids have ever seen and we love them. It's important to me that I can go back with my kids and be with them. I like to talk with the dentist and discuss things. I love that I am welcome in any area, even when they need to do a filling. When they were little the dentist would treat them with my child on my lap and knee to knee with the dentist so they could look at their teeth. They are incredible and really patient. They respect me as a parent, and I have always been treated as an important part of the team. Dr. Jensen is amazing!!!! The hygenists are so sweet. I wouldn't take my kids elsewhere, and bonus, I can schedule all of them at the same time (I have quite a few kiddos too) They look forward to their next appointment. read more

I could not believe the amount of unprofessionalism! They called twice to confirm my daughter's appointment. I traveled from Scottsdale all the way to Gilbert because I had seen their reviews and thought it would be a good choice. Then when I showed they were closed, doors locked! I called and only got the answering machine that they were assisting another patient and to leave a message and they would call me back. I left a message and waited 20 min. No one ever showed. We love Dr. Jensen, he always tells me what my options are for my child's teeth and allows me to talk with my husband first before we agree to a plan of action. We always feel welcomed by him and most of the staff, some of the assistants are not as great with my little girls but overall I feel like this place has been awesome for my kids! read more

I brought my son in for the first time and was very impressed. He loved the atmosphere and Dr. Jensen was professional but was still able to help my little boy feel comfortable. Such a wonderful experience! It was so nice not having to wait 2 weeks for and appointment. I called and they fit me right in the following day! I have three kiddos ages 7, 6, and 4 and they each give A to Z Pediatric Dentistry their seal of approval. I was a slacker with getting all of my kids in to ever see a dentist so yesterday was the first experience for all of them. Everyone from the front office to the hygienists to Dr. Clark were so kind and patient. They made them feel comfortable, assured and important. They also made sure that I was included and gave me clear explanations of everything as well so that we all knew exactly what was going on at all times. I had a difficult time deciding where to go and did quite a bit of research in making the decision. Since A to Z lived up to my expectations I just wanted to make sure to throw some stars their way and let everyone know that they are a great office!
