Celebrated my 4 year olds hello kitty birthday party here. We had it planned to do it at home with a jumper but it was raining so we had to scramble and plan it last minute here. They were so wonderful, very helpful and decorated so beautiful for it being done that same week. I brought my own decorations on top of the ones they did for us, and we brought sandwiches and catered food which they helped me set up. They ordered pizza for the kids. It was 3 hours of pure chaos with all the kids playing, but we all had fun. This is the most affordable place I found. The two ladies helped me out so much, both were very nice. read more

My kids aren't huge fans of this place, but if I really push, they'll go. The main reason I bring them here is that it's just two blocks from our house, and let's be honest--sometimes, as parents, we just don't want to drive far. We get tired, too. I wish I had the same energy as my kids! The price here is $25 for the first child and $20 for the second, which is decent for what it is. The issue is that the space is pretty small, and for the same price, you can find larger indoor playgrounds with more to offer. My kids tend to get bored pretty quickly, but it does serve its purpose of tiring them out and keeping them entertained for an hour or two. Would I recommend it? Eh, if you live nearby and don't want to drive far, sure. But if you're willing to travel, there are definitely better options out there. read more

I wanted to love this place but honestly it's. Dirty, most of the toys are broken and the employee is on her phone most of the time. The other families just let kids take toys away from other kids they could really use some sort of supervision. Revamp the toys and disinfect all the play area for the price you can def go else where. We won't be going back read more

Parking is ok. Came on a Saturday at 11:15am. Wasn't crowded. Cost $50 for me and my two kids. Ouch. Compared to other indoor play grounds that's expensive. And the place isnt very big. Go to Kids Empire in Northridge or Candeeland in the Burbank Mall. Those places are bigger, have a cafe, and the kids have way more fun at a cheaper price. read more

I don't recommend this place. Came in here over the weekend to celebrate a kids birthday party, The place was reserve from 12-4pm When you walk in, you will see the slides and playground. However, the experience we had was not good. Parking sucks. Small place for tables and chairs. The water in the restroom was burning hot! C'mon you have kids and family that needs to wash their hands ALL THE TIME! The staff are rude, it was 2:55pm and they were cleaning up already.. Tsk tsk! not good. We are still eating and enjoying our meal, you cannot just put away our food and start swiping the floor! I'm giving 2 stars just because the kids had fun! read more

Went with a friend to take the kids to play. First time here. This place is so nice inside. So much for the littles to do without getting hurt. Everything is very clean and well padded. No torn equipment. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Free coffee for parents. Little cubbies to keep shoes and jackets in. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit and watch your littles play. I prefer the smaller setting for my 3 yr old. Kids Empire is fun but very dangerous for the little ones, and a work out for the parents. Here, it's small enough that you can sit and let them play , yet they have a big variety of things for them to do. Highly suggest! read more

We won't be returning. The place is pretty dirty and run down, the floors are filthy (shoes are allowed in and I saw parents wearing their shoes onto the mats)-- check out the picture of my daughter's socks after. It's also on the more expensive side, which I would gladly pay for if the place was worth it. The parents don't watch the kids very well. These two boys were so rude and bothering other kids. If you have a kid like this, you know how they are and you should be watching them. They are the bullies in school. This place needs a deep cleaning and refresh. This is fun indoor playground. Its not huge but it's got plenty of fun stuff for little kids to explore and run off some extra energy. The price is fair and on hot summer days this place is far more comfortable than roasting outside at a park . The facility is sparkling clean which is amazing considering that toddlers play here every day. Be sure to wear clean socks and shoes that can easily be taken on and off because the play area is a socks only zone. Don't be like me and wear 14 hole Docs with no zipper (oops!). They don't serve food here but they do sell drinks and snacks - canned sodas and little bags of chips, candy etc - that cost pretty much the same as they would from a vending machine. The location is very close to the 170 freeway and there is plenty of parking in the lot. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but not overcrowded. My 3 year old niece and 7 year old nephew both had a blast and they were very sad when it was time to go. read more

It can get stressful and as someone who is super indecisive these ladies were so patient with me til the very end! All the kiddos had an amazing time getting all their energy out. Dropped by on our way back to SF. This play area is spacious and clean. We visited on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. I just left this place and ran to leave a review. This place isn't clean at all. Kids are running around unsupervised hitting, throwing chairs, balls, bullying, and knocking others down while the parents are chatting on the side. The one worker is just sitting at the front desk on the phone. No one is trying to tame the madness. It is very unsafe for kids under 2 even if you're standing next to them. I even got hit in the face with a ball sitting on the side. I do not recommend this place at all! Definitely a wild unsanitary place, I would watch for hand, mouth, and foot disease! read more

Visited this place for the first time a few days ago. $25 to get in for 1 child which is fair. I also loved the layout and how the chairs/tables are right across the playground. This way parents can sit/work and keep an eye on the kids. They also have drinks/snacks and wifi. read more

Okay so I went here for the first time recently with my two year old & it was 15$ for 1hr. Unpon entering there was one receptionist and I noticed just one other family in there . We were greeted , paid the 15$ and as I approached the play area it was disgusting ! Everything was dirty , I honestly didn't want to touch anything . we already paid so I decided to stay. the toddler area was functional and so very dirty , some of the wall toys were broken , I can't imagine that'd be safe for the littles that put things into their mouth . they have a trampoline , ball pit and climbing thing with two large slides attached alllll dirty! won't be back. I went in here one day and bought the 10 pack. Thinking it's winter break, and my son would use it often. After that first day we left he got VIOLENTLY ILL. I could tell that the place hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. after only using one of the 10 pack I offered to pay for that one time use and get my money back on the 10 pack. Which seems fair to me. Of course they did not agree. So basically, they did not want to give my money back on services they have not even provided. read more

So I spent the last 2 min debating if this place deserves this one star I've marked or none. Oh well .. they just earned it for having a decent sittings area for the parents. Other than that , unless all kids playgrounds indoor/outdoor in L.A County are closed off you should honestly avoid stepping in. Starting with the price/time limit. It's $15 an hour!!! An hour!!! One might think that includes a 10 min foot massage for the exhausted mommies/daddies.., but nope! No food is allowed to be brought in and none is sold on site either , seriously..? Your clients are TODDLERS! the lady working at the desk was literally taking a snack out of my 3 y/o child's hands. And constantly checking the clock ticking for our time to leave as if she had nothing better to do. I can go on and on but to sum up ... just don't waste your time & $$$. read more

Absolutely, the best!!! I brought my kids to an open play day at Kool Kids and was immediately impressed with the indoor playground. So impressed that I decided it was the perfect venue for my son's 1st birthday party. I couldn't be happier with how perfect it turned out. The space is incredible. So many options for kids of all ages. Our little guests ranged from 8 months-14 years old and you could tell that every single one of them enjoyed the time that was spent here. And even more importantly, over 50 adults fit so comfortably here! I don't know too many places that can host a kids party fitting almost 80 people in total, and have so much extra room still available. There was plenty of room remaining for the food table setup, a bar area and a cake table. This place has thought of it all! The owner was so hands on from the moment I made my first phone call to set up an appointment for discussing my vision for the party. Every step of the way, she was along for the ride to ensure that I didn't have to worry about the party at all. That alone is so incredible! From helping with design ideas, to set up of the facility, finding vendors, and being there from start to finish to ensure the entire event runs smoothly, I am so so thankful! It only makes sense that she has such a top-notch staff helping her along the way. So welcoming, so accommodating, and so efficient throughout the day. They are truly one of the reasons that every guest including ourselves, got to enjoy a worry free party!!! Perks include the beautiful backdrop for the cake table that's already set up for you, just spruce it up to your theme.
