Parking is ok. Came on a Saturday at 11:15am. Wasn't crowded. Cost $50 for me and my two kids. Ouch. Compared to other indoor play grounds that's expensive. And the place isnt very big. Go to Kids Empire in Northridge or Candeeland in the Burbank Mall. Those places are bigger, have a cafe, and the kids have way more fun at a cheaper price.

We won't be returning. The place is pretty dirty and run down, the floors are filthy (shoes are allowed in and I saw parents wearing their shoes onto the mats)-- check out the picture of my daughter's socks after. It's also on the more expensive side, which I would gladly pay for if the place was worth it. The parents don't watch the kids very well. These two boys were so rude and bothering other kids. If you have a kid like this, you know how they are and you should be watching them. They are the bullies in school. This place needs a deep cleaning and refresh. I am scared we will all have contracted something in a few days.

Amazing service, communication, cleanliness and assistance! These ladies really know their party planning and helping! It can get stressful and as someone who is super indecisive these ladies were so patient with me til the very end! All the kiddos had an amazing time getting all their energy out. Perfect place for energetic kids.

Dropped by on our way back to SF. This play area is spacious and clean. We visited on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. They also had free coffee for the parents. What more can you ask?! Amazing experience. The kids had a blast! Would 10/10 recommend it again!

Okay so I went here for the first time recently with my two year old & it was 15$ for 1hr. Unpon entering there was one receptionist and I noticed just one other family in there . We were greeted , paid the 15$ and as I approached the play area it was disgusting ! Everything was dirty , I honestly didn't want to touch anything . we already paid so I decided to stay. the toddler area was functional and so very dirty , some of the wall toys were broken , I can't imagine that'd be safe for the littles that put things into their mouth . they have a trampoline , ball pit and climbing thing with two large slides attached alllll dirty! won't be back. The two stars are for the nice lady at the front desk.

Great place to come to checkout with your little. Best ball pit I have been to. We had the whole place to ourselves when we went. A lot of play places have been empty... But it's a great place to come and get some energy out of the little ones. With climbing and different obstacles.

Nice spot to take the kids, more so for younger kids I would say between 1-8 years of age. Clean place and keeps the kids busy for a while.

The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

Not a pleasant experience, especially when you're trying to celebrate a 3-year-old's birthday…read more We called ahead and spoke to the owner Lucine, who told us the soft play area had a private party but the arcade and kart racing were open to the public. We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

A lot of the indoor playgrounds I have been to all seem very similar, but it was nice to see some very different slides and activities here! The tube slide was AWESOME, I just wish there was a way to get the tubes easily up the stairs or back up the ramp so mom's and dad's wouldn't have to schlep them up there. I was SWEATING because of course my son wanted to go again and again! Everything was clean and in relatively good condition. I liked that they had some dress up items for the kiddos. Though it is a more narrow space, there was plenty of space for the kids to climb and explore. I did not love that they had arcade games in the back, specifically one with giant machine guns. Is that appropriate for a children's indoor playground? I brought my kid here to go on slides and bounce on a trampoline, not shoot aliens with a giant machine gun. The whole place is so cute with animals hanging from the ceiling and murals on the walls but the video games take away from that cute and innocent aesthetic. Food for thought for management!
