We planned our daughter's birthday party here in December 2025 and had such a great experience! They offer several party packages, and we chose the "After Hours - Decor" package, which includes up to 15 children and 30 adults. I loved the variety of themes they offer -- we picked the Pink Castle theme, which was perfect for our daughter's "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Two" celebration. For our package, they set up & clean up which makes it less stressful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very responsive during the planning process. They even accommodated special requests like customizing the balloon colors. Everything came together beautifully and made for such a memorable celebration. I definitely recommend this place for birthday parties for little ones! I just wish we lived closer because they also host so many fun activities and character meet-and-greets.

We have been looking for activities for our grandkids. When they visit, there are only so many movies to take them to see, and that doesn't let them burn up their seemingly inexhaustible energy. Enchanted Elk Grove fits the bill !!! The atmosphere is welcoming for children - our grandson couldn't wait to climb, jump on the trampoline, slide down the slides, and engage with the other children. There are plenty of areas for play, imaginative engagement, and tactile play with clay, paper, and toys. You can pay a walk-in price or there are membership options.

New to the neighborhood and saw this place on yelp, perfect for my toddler who needs to release all their energy. The staff are all very very nice, welcoming and patient. It can be wild with many kids screaming and being out of control but they're able to keep it cool and even interact with them to make sure they are ok. The price is very reasonable and if they're not full, they let you stay beyond 2 hours. They have complementary coffee for the parents (much needed!!). Bathrooms are clean. Lots of activities for different age groups. They also allow bringing food in as long as you eat at the dining area and keep the place clean. They have plenty of seatings for the adults. Obviously my child didn't want to leave lol Will definitely come back and maybe bring some friends too.

I was very nervous to take my son to an indoor play area because last year at this time he was in the hospital with the flu. He really wanted to see Huntrix so I took the chance. I cannot tell you how impressed I was. They have a strict Illness policy with signs posted. All the employees were constantly wiping down things, mopping or vacuuming. It made me feel so at ease. Now I know he could possibly get sick because obviously germs are everywhere but to see the staff constantly cleaning made me feel so much better! You can tell the owners really care about keeping their facility clean!

What a great place for kiddos and parents to hang out! Lots of different options to keep the little ones engaged and using their imagination. Place is pretty good in size, looks clean and well kept. We loved it so much we signed up for a membership. Highly recommended.

Super clean and very well maintained. Staff was so helpful. I was stunned at how well everything is kept together especially for a children's place. Everything is in great condition with lots of safety measures in place. Staff goes around cleaning and sanitizing areas all throughout our stay. Lots of parking space outside. Must Try!

Wow! What such a fun and exciting place for little ones! Recently discovered this little gem from my husband and mommy friend. My husband works out in the same plaza and was noticing a lot of parents with young kids constantly in and out. Looked Enchanted up online, all stellar reviews, so what better way to validate these reviews than to bring my own toddler in? My daughter is 15 months and can walk very well and is also beginning to run. Everything in here she was able to enjoy. We came on a Wednesday from 10 - 11 AM. The place was filled with kids, had so many play areas and stations, and a very sizable soft indoor playground equipped with two extremely thrilling slides. (This was my daughter's favorite!) Every day during the week there are activities that Enchanted conducts. You can browse what they have going on for the day viewing their calendar on their website. Today was Art Class where the kiddos got to explore with all their senses via painting, play dough, and grains of rice. I've got to admit, for just plain ol rice where my daughter got to pick up pouring into funnels, bowls, and little egg cups she DID NOT want to leave! Something I will be doing at home. Thanks Enchanted! :) I am so happy Elk Grove has this play place for toddlers/preschoolers. Only 10 minutes from our house! It's a sure fire way to get them to burn out lots of energy snoozing peacefully through their afternoon nap. We loved Enchanted so much we definitely will be purchasing a membership! Highly recommend for all parents to come check them out.

Cute little place for younger kids. It's a little smaller than I thought but my toddler had the best time here. We went on a random Wednesday afternoon around 12ish and it was busy! Don't forget to bring socks for your little ones and adults. I really appreciate that they have a no shoes rule and they provided sandals for the restroom inside.

Hands-down the best indoor playground I've taken my daughter to! This is the 7th indoor playground I've taken her to in the Sacramento area that caters to under 10 years old, and this definitely seemed to be her favorite one and my favorite as well. She spent nearly three hours here and she would not have left if I didn't make her haha I believe Enchanted Elk Grove replaced the previous indoor playground that was here which was called Imagine Play. Enchanted Elk Grove has totally maximized the space in such a beautiful and better way in my opinion. They have a spacious soft area for infants; a kitchen area with produce, shopping carts, bags, etc; play houses with picnic tables attached to them; toddler bike/motorcycle toys; and the jungle gym for climbing, sliding, and jumping. There is such a variety of things to do for infants and toddlers, yet it doesn't seem chaotic or too messy. I think this place is best for kids ages 0-7. Maybe up to 10 years old max. One of the things that stood out to me was how CLEAN this indoor playground was. I know it's a new business; however, I saw the co-owner, Carrie, spraying the slides and cleaning up toys on the ground while kids were playing this morning. She made sure to clean when the kids were not occupying the area which was nice. I loved seeing that as I rarely see employees cleaning and actually spraying things. It makes sense why it's so clean, she was truly working hard and I appreciated it. The bathrooms and diaper changing table inside were also clean. They even had a small portable standing stool near the toilet in case littles needed to use that in the bathroom. It was so nicely air-conditioned in here too. The previous business that was here did not feel well ventilated to me which is why I didn't have my daughter's birthday party there. I will definitely have my daughter's next birthday party here. They have competitive birthday party packages and a variety of themes. The employees were so nice and personable too which I don't usually experience at the indoor playgrounds I've been to. Price for admission was great. We came on a Monday morning and they had Zumbini from 10:30am-11:15am in the infant soft play area (it was optional and did not cost extra money). It was soo fun and my daughter loved it! The instructor was great and had a variety of props for the littles to use during their dance moves (sticks, drum sets, and scarves). I thought that was so fun and unique, and it was a great bonding experience with my daughter. Lastly, they have a complimentary coffee bar for parents, which includes creamer, sugar, etc on the side. I had the coffee black and it tasted great! Everything was perfection here at Enchanted Elk Grove!

My daughter really enjoyed playing here! We also really liked the 4pm music class on Mondays with Resilient Families. It includes play time at Enchanted before/after class. So fun!! They also have a dining area where you can stop for a break or meal.

I took all three of my kids here. They all had a blast. They want me to bring them back soon. They played for a long time and were breaking a sweat which is what they needed. The place is air conditioned, they have seating for the parents. It is spacious and well organized. The place is all new. Super clean walls, floors and equipment. The toys are super clean. The bathrooms are very clean too. They have a cute coffee station. They also have a snack area by the register for you to purchase which was great because I didn't bring anything for kids to snack on. The ladies who helped us were very nice and friendly. They kept the place clean and even changed the bathroom bin very quickly. They consistently kept cleaning and ensured toys were in their designated area. The prices are reasonable. I paid $38 for 3 kids and a pair of socks for myself. Make sure to bring your socks, no shoes allowed. You leave your shoes at the entrance where they have cubbies. Only socks. The baby section is new, clean and soft. My toddler loved it. The indoor playground are recommended for 3-12 year olds, but it was big and spacious enough for me to rescue my children (if needed). I loved the decorations for their enchanted theme. Thank you! We'll be back!

So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking. The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!
