They offer several party packages, and we chose the "After Hours - Decor" package, which includes up to 15 children and 30 adults. I loved the variety of themes they offer -- we picked the Pink Castle theme, which was perfect for our daughter's "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Two" celebration. For our package, they set up & clean up which makes it less stressful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very responsive during the planning process. They even accommodated special requests like customizing the balloon colors. Everything came together beautifully and made for such a memorable celebration. Had a much better experience this time around. Our second visit last time a couple years ago was not super great because the temperature was way too high inside and it was so stuffy. We just never went back. We decided to take our kids to an indoor play area and wanted to give this another shot. I was surprised it wasn't too crowded for a Friday afternoon but it was great! Check-in wasn't super smooth again - they had issues finding us in the system, so I just started filling out a new waiver again online myself while she struggled to find us on the computer. Finally we got to go inside and the kids had a great time. It was a lot more spacious than last time and they made better use of the play areas. Amazing place for kids to run around and release some energy. I was invited to a kids party over the weekend for a private event. It was nice since it was closed to the public for a few hours. Just family and friends and not have to worry about other parties. There's a jungle gym for the kids to jump around, little kids area for the new beginner crawlers and multiple of play houses for kids to like they are running a business. My nephew was obsessed with the fire station. He put on multiple jackets like he's a firefighter. He definitely enjoyed it. New to the neighborhood and saw this place on yelp, perfect for my toddler who needs to release all their energy. The staff are all very very nice, welcoming and patient. It can be wild with many kids screaming and being out of control but they're able to keep it cool and even interact with them to make sure they are ok. The price is very reasonable and if they're not full, they let you stay beyond 2 hours. They have complementary coffee for the parents (much needed!!). Bathrooms are clean. Lots of activities for different age groups. They also allow bringing food in as long as you eat at the dining area and keep the place clean. They have plenty of seatings for the adults. Been to both enchanted, place is clean and efficient with newer toys. Ramp and ball pits are clean and there are random events here with a teacher or something doing story time or group activities. My boy isn't at that stage, so he ignored the person and went right to the slides. My boy is always beaming smiling leaving here and he is always happy playing with the toys here and being here. Definitely worth the cost and time involved. From what I can tell my first visit the place was packed, second the place was semi packed, expanded and had more toys. Just keep in mind you should always be watching your child, as some of these kids are big and don't mind pushing their weight around. Security is expensive, however sooner or later something is going to occur, be wary of the waver and a really angry parent. I don't think I have once seen an Enchanted employee tell a parent or stopped an aggressive behavior, which is good cause the child and parent needs to learn. But repeat behavior needs to be booted ASAP. This is basically a club for kids, rowdy behavior in clubs get the boot. read more

Wow! What such a fun and exciting place for little ones! Recently discovered this little gem from my husband and mommy friend. My husband works out in the same plaza and was noticing a lot of parents with young kids constantly in and out. Looked Enchanted up online, all stellar reviews, so what better way to validate these reviews than to bring my own toddler in? My daughter is 15 months and can walk very well and is also beginning to run. Everything in here she was able to enjoy. We came on a Wednesday from 10 - 11 AM. The place was filled with kids, had so many play areas and stations, and a very sizable soft indoor playground equipped with two extremely thrilling slides. (This was my daughter's favorite!) Every day during the week there are activities that Enchanted conducts. You can browse what they have going on for the day viewing their calendar on their website. Today was Art Class where the kiddos got to explore with all their senses via painting, play dough, and grains of rice. I've got to admit, for just plain ol rice where my daughter got to pick up pouring into funnels, bowls, and little egg cups she DID NOT want to leave! Something I will be doing at home. Thanks Enchanted! :) I am so happy Elk Grove has this play place for toddlers/preschoolers. Only 10 minutes from our house! On Saturday April 19th while at Enchanted Elk Grove, I heard my 2.5-year-old son screaming. I rushed over to the trampoline area and found a much older and bigger boy--probably 4 or 5 years old--on top of my son, holding him face down in a rear naked choke. My son was being smothered and I had to physically pull the boy off of him. I then found out this boy was the son of one of your employees and had been left unsupervised. This incident scared my son so badly that he didn't want to go near the slides with his sister and instead hid in the infant play area. But even there, the same boy came over and snatched a toy out of his hands. That was the last straw. This is completely unacceptable. Your staff's child should not be left unsupervised, especially if they're physically harming other children. How can I feel safe bringing my kids back to Enchanted after this? My son was choked--by an employee's kid. That's beyond unprofessional! I did my best to keep calm and not lose it in front of my children and other families, but let me be clear--I was furious. Enchanted, you need to do better. This should never happen again. read more

Enchanted cosmos is a new indoor playground on Truxel. Great location as this area needed more kids friendly places. Everything is great at this location. Just be aware that the area is kind of in the hood. I took my son last nite. An it was uncomfortable watching a family go up to a young lady to tell her not to tell their child to not throw things at her child. it was uncomfortable and ridiculous to watch. Especially when the family started cussing and totally not acknowledging they're in a children's place arguing in the middle of the playground. So yea this is a great place to play. Hands-down the best indoor playground I've taken my daughter to! This is the 7th indoor playground I've taken her to in the Sacramento area that caters to under 10 years old, and this definitely seemed to be her favorite one and my favorite as well. She spent nearly three hours here and she would not have left if I didn't make her haha I believe Enchanted Elk Grove replaced the previous indoor playground that was here which was called Imagine Play. Enchanted Elk Grove has totally maximized the space in such a beautiful and better way in my opinion. They have a spacious soft area for infants; a kitchen area with produce, shopping carts, bags, etc; play houses with picnic tables attached to them; toddler bike/motorcycle toys; and the jungle gym for climbing, sliding, and jumping. There is such a variety of things to do for infants and toddlers, yet it doesn't seem chaotic or too messy. I think this place is best for kids ages 0-7. Maybe up to 10 years old max. One of the things that stood out to me was how CLEAN this indoor playground was. I know it's a new business; however, I saw the co-owner, Carrie, spraying the slides and cleaning up toys on the ground while kids were playing this morning. She made sure to clean when the kids were not occupying the area which was nice. I loved seeing that as I rarely see employees cleaning and actually spraying things. It makes sense why it's so clean, she was truly working hard and I appreciated it. The bathrooms and diaper changing table inside were also clean. They even had a small portable standing stool near the toilet in case littles needed to use that in the bathroom. It was so nicely air-conditioned in here too. The previous business that was here did not feel well ventilated to me which is why I didn't have my daughter's birthday party there. I will definitely have my daughter's next birthday party here. They have competitive birthday party packages and a variety of themes. The employees were so nice and personable too which I don't usually experience at the indoor playgrounds I've been to. Price for admission was great. We came on a Monday morning and they had Zumbini from 10:30am-11:15am in the infant soft play area (it was optional and did not cost extra money). It was soo fun and my daughter loved it! The instructor was great and had a variety of props for the littles to use during their dance moves (sticks, drum sets, and scarves). I thought that was so fun and unique, and it was a great bonding experience with my daughter. Lastly, they have a complimentary coffee bar for parents, which includes creamer, sugar, etc on the side. It's good to have a place like this in Elk Grove. I love the different areas and themes within the play zone. The party room is also a good sized room. They also have coffee for the parents, which is a great touch. I've been to other facilities similar to this and they had the staff constantly sanitizing the toys and play areas after use. This place didn't do that. It's not horrible, but i feel like that's definitely preferable as a parent. I took all three of my kids here. They all had a blast. They want me to bring them back soon. They played for a long time and were breaking a sweat which is what they needed. The place is air conditioned, they have seating for the parents. It is spacious and well organized. The place is all new. Super clean walls, floors and equipment. The toys are super clean. The bathrooms are very clean too. They have a cute coffee station. They also have a snack area by the register for you to purchase which was great because I didn't bring anything for kids to snack on. The ladies who helped us were very nice and friendly. They kept the place clean and even changed the bathroom bin very quickly. They consistently kept cleaning and ensured toys were in their designated area. The prices are reasonable. I paid $38 for 3 kids and a pair of socks for myself. Make sure to bring your socks, no shoes allowed. You leave your shoes at the entrance where they have cubbies. Only socks. The baby section is new, clean and soft. My toddler loved it. The indoor playground are recommended for 3-12 year olds, but it was big and spacious enough for me to rescue my children (if needed). I began taking my autistic son to Enchanted's neurodivergent nights at the beginning of 2026. Unfortunately, Enchanted has decided to cancel these nights due to low turnout ("money"). I decided to take my son on Friday nights as it doesn't seem as crowded and they stay open until 8pm. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my membership and I suggest anyone with neurodivergent kids to find somewhere else to take your kids. My son is 4 and looks like a 5-6 year old. Every time we go we have an issue. We've had a parent yell at him to go down the slide because he was taking too long. I, of course, jumped in and yelled back at her he's autistic and can take as long as he wants. Recently we've had kids pushing him, yelling at him and cussing at him. We have stopped going and canceled the membership and won't be returning. If they bring back neurodiverege t nights than we will come back. I don't think this company wants to support the neurodivergent community if it doesn't make it a lot of money. Shame on you! These kiddos need a safe place to play without the judgment and bullying of parents and kids who are not neurodivergent. read more

For the most part me and my family and I love enchanted. We go to both locations regularly and have a membership. Natomas one seems to have kinder, more open-minded staff, unfortunately. During regular business hours, both locations are good. However, during neurodivergent nights, the Elk Grove staff is catty and rude to families. Natomas staff is incredible. I wish that location was easier for me to drive to. But I mostly go to Elk Grove due to the easier commute for me. I should have stopped attending after my first trip there. I arrived 5 minutes before the staff switched to neurodivergent night, and while a staff member was showing someone else how to get ready for the event. Putting out headphones and lowering the lights. I heard her say, "We have to do this for the WEIRD kids." I should have said or written a review then. But I didn't and continued to attend. At the last event that I attended. A group of kids showed up with one volunteer at about 715 with 45 minutes left of neurodivergent night. It was a large number of kids that were loud and blocking slides and not letting kids go down the slide. The entire night, all three workers stayed in the front talking in an unkind manner and not monitoring any of the activities of the kids despite multiple complaints from parents. My son is autistic and goes to multiple weekly events both during regular business hours and neurodivergent times. But this is the only place that feels like he is judged. read more

We celebrated our sons 2nd birthday this past weekend at Enchanted. I booked 6 months in advance, and truly glad I did! The ease of communication made things even better. Any questions I had and sent via email or Instagram were answered promptly. I really appreciated that. We purchased the "Just Show Up" package and it was well worth it. The decor was everything i imagined it would be. We selected the "Oh Twodles" Mickey Mouse theme. There are so many other themes to choose from. These decorations are top notch too!!
