Nancy did the final measurements and double checked my previous lenses and what the prescription said. She also addressed the nuanced changes in my progressive lenses too. On the day I bought my frames they had a 20% off sale, which was very helpful in light the price on the frames aren't by any means cheap. One thing they don't take insurance. If your looking for new frames suggest either stopping in or sending an email. I found calling doesn't seem too successful in getting a hold of someone.
