On top of that there are onsite x-rays, and for my partners x-ray that needed a second opinion they were able to use a radiology service rather than sending him over to the ER. He was rough with my mother and very rude when she asked for a second strep test to be sure. He asked her "have you never had a cold before?!" And repeatedly talked over her saying "you don't have strep but okay" and came in after the second test with FOOD IN HIS MOUTH and said "test came back negative. You'll be sick about a week." And walked out. Nothing else and stormed back to his little corner like a 5 year old. Apparently a bunch of whack jobs work here.

They test later than the one in Grovetown and we were happy to hear that. They allowed me to wait in the car with my daughter and called us for the test and then again when the room was ready. The doctor was patient and didn't rush examining my daughter. Only reason for not 5 stars is because they took her temp under her armpit and claimed she had no fever and was reading normal. I got her home and my wife checked and it was 99.5 so while not 101, it's still elevated. If anything, I'd come back here again.

Many friends recommended MedNow so I drove out of my way to go there just for them to be closed because of the holiday. They need to have a specialized voicemail indicating they're closed (they have a generic one that doesn't indicate if they are closed at the moment or just busy/not answering) so I did call and didn't talk to a person, and Google said they were open, so they also need to update Google hours for holidays. I'm not sure I'll ever make that drive again when there are closer options for me that had better communication about their holiday hours. I'm sure MedNow offers good care but I unfortunately didn't get to experience it and it was such an annoying situation I don't plan to try them again.

I like that we can go when it's convenient for us and not be held to a specific appointment time, as it's hit or miss when a senior citizen is up to going to the doctor. It's not only the convenience factor, the care we've received has been very thorough. I appreciate that NP Kline takes time to listen and provides the proper care. The office is very clean and organized. Even as a walk-in, we've never waited long to be called in. Even when the waiting room seemed full at times upon arrival. The location is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces dedicated for handicapped drivers. I appreciate the care both myself and my mom have received at this location. I was seen today at Perfect Health at the Evans location and I was very comfortable with the place…read morefrom the start. Their facility is new and very clean, maximizing efficiency without a lot of unnecessary posh that would drive up the cost of their patient care. I was greeted by two lovely young women at reception who were friendly and obviously there to ensure that the check in process was smooth and as quick as possible. It was only a few minutes to check in as a new patient and there wasn't an over abundance of unnecessary paperwork to contend with prior to being seen by a provider. They were more than happy to bill my insurance and explained to me in detail how their concierge service works in case a person would like to use their facilities as primary care. From check in until the nurse called me back to take my vitals it was only a couple of minutes and the nurse was very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns about the issue I was having and the amount of pain I had been having. My bp was low and she was happy to take it manually after the machine failed to read. I was put in an exam room that was very clean and comfortable with a very informative computer that had information to help patients maximize their general health and well being. After only a few minutes the doctor came in and he was wonderful. Dr. Marley was very obviously concerned about the problem I was having with a stone in my salivary duct and its failure to pass over the weekend. (He saw me in the ER at the MTF a few days previously for this issue by happy accident) He wanted to ensure that I was being treated as I should be but more than that he was worried that I would get the appropriate follow up care and referral, which can be difficult when it has to be routed through military medical due to my insurance. He made absolutely sure I wasn't going to have to endure the pain and problems that have been plaguing me with this issue any longer than absolutely necessary. The entire staff was courteous, thoughtful, and kind, and I felt like I was in good hands and well cared for. The fact that this doctor was very concerned that I receive prompt follow up was very above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank them all enough for the care I was given today. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Having now been seen for a ruptured Achilles' tendon and having both of my children receive care here I'm pleased to say that the care and respect I experienced on my first visit is consistently outstanding across the board. The three of us have been treated by different providers on each visit and happily they have all been top notch. The nursing and reception personnel are kind and friendly and very considerate. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic and the staff. I have and will continue to encourage anyone needing urgent care to choose this office.

I had a unique experience of frostbite before I left on a trip to Macon, GA from Cincinnati. We…read morehad -15 degree weather and I was taking our trash and recyclables and slipped on ice. I grabbed the aluminum bar with bare hands to pull up but my shoulder was hurting and held on too long. I had a business trip to Macon as a Global Market Manager and went on the trip. I noticed in Atlanta my fingers were very swollen and turning purple. I knew I had to go to the emergency room or things could get worse. I went to Atrium in Warmers Robbins and they told me I need to go to Doctors in Augusta. They set everything up and I arrived and had surgery the next day by Dr. Homesombath. The nurses and care was beyond excellent. Dr. Homesombath save my fingers. They are beautiful now. I am a guitar player and needed my fingers. Thank you to everyone for such beautiful care. Mel

On 07/22/2026 (~12:30 PM), I visited Doctors Hospital ER in Evans after a ladder fall causing head…read moretrauma and severe leg injuries. Dr. Todd C. Hanna publicly examined me at the nurse's station, roughly grabbing my head and rotating my injured leg while I screamed in pain. He initially refused imaging, claiming his experience showed no broken bones. After I repeatedly insisted on a head scan, he ordered it but refused to review the results with me, rudely telling staff I "had a hard head." I received zero concussion protocols and was given pediatric discharge papers. This care was dismissive, negligent, and unacceptable.
