We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking.The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!

It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

It's a great place to let your Littles run wild, and play on the various playground equipment. It's a great place to let those tweens skateboard until their hearts content. It's a great place to connect with neighbors! We love the park because we can get our steps in during sunsets, while enjoying the fresh air. I wish corporate would reconsider their policies on bus transportation for after school care. Now that California has public TK, it puts families like ours with an autumn birthday in an odd spot. We are so happy our child is currently in Childtime of Natomas's PreK/TK program, but it sounds like next year when she starts public TK, she will have to wait a year until kindergarten to qualify for bus pickup. That probably means we won't be able to continue with Childtime of Natomas after the summer. It seems like they should close this gap so that families who like the center have an easier time staying with it as kids grow.

Their website has no information regarding classes or fees. They must be happy with their current client base, cause they don't seem to need to respond to inquiring potential members. This leads me to believe their overall customer service must be crap, so it's probably better to learn this before giving them my money.
