Fun Box was such a fun outing for the kids! The indoor inflatable setup has a lot of different areas to bounce, climb, and slide, which kept my 3-year-old entertained the entire time. It's a great place for little ones to burn off energy, and the overall atmosphere felt lively and kid-focused. One thing we really appreciated was the included arcade games--it was a nice bonus and gave us a fun little break between jumping sessions. That said, some of the inflatables were a bit worn down and discolored, which made parts of the space look like they could use a refresh. It didn't stop the kids from having fun, but it was noticeable. I also felt the price was a little steep--about $40 for myself, my 3-year-old, and a pair of socks for 90 minutes of jumping. Overall, it was still a really enjoyable experience and my child had a blast, which is what matters most. If the inflatables were updated a bit and the pricing adjusted, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

This was a cute little place to take my kids, but unfortunately our wristband was called before the whole 90 minutes were up. I was in the restroom though, and didn't hear it being called. When my daughter found me she let me know and we left a few minutes late. The staff was nice about it, and they were actually very kind the entire time. When we checked our time in the car, we realized we weren't even in there a full 90 minutes. They offered personalized rooms and It looked like a fun place for a birthday party. Also, If you have really little kids, there is a separate and smaller space for them. Not as fun. This place is ideal for 4-10 year olds. Also, check your time in against time out . Get your moneys worth !

Little dude had so much fun at a recent birthday party. Bright colors and neon lights covered the walls. I loved that the arcade was already included in pricing. The staff were very busy at the front desk and monitoring the bouncy area. It didn't smell weird and was surprisingly spacious inside. We were in one of the farthest time from the front and wished there was at least a window to watch that side of the bounce house. Our room probably had seating for 48. Cosmo the mascot came out to take pictures in, and parents were more excited to see the fridge stocked with drinks from our host. The package must have come with fun balloon centerpieces as well. I didn't see the bathrooms, but overall, would totally consider coming back over the summer.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a birthday party here at Fun box and honestly it was so incredible. The process was really smooth. They provide an amazing party room that is private from the rest of the place. You can book a single room or a double room. If you do have a larger party, we went with the singular room as it was a smaller event. Staff was absolutely incredible, super accommodating just all around really nice. The set up was so beautiful. They have many packages to choose from depending how many people you would like to get socks and a jumping badge. For the adults, they have the free arcade games that you can play, which honestly are super fun. I had a blast doing basketball. The kiddos love day as well. You got two full hours of bounce time as well as a really special guest appearance by their own mascot, which was super cute. I absolutely loved this place because you do not have to do any set up no cleanup. They do take care of everything. Our hose. Lauren was so incredible. Super patient did not rush us at all even though we did a couple of minutes over our allowed time. She was super sweet and patient and really made the event go so smoothly shout out to Lauren.

We've come here both open play and birthday party. Both times our kids had fun. Check in is pretty easy. They have several tablets to sign the waiver and then you pay to enter. They require jump socks and that is not included in your ticket. You get 90 minutes to play around. There are 2 bounce areas, a big open one and smaller closed off one for little kids. The bounce areas are fun for our kids but it can be a little rough. Keep an eye on smaller kids because there a lot of bigger kids running around. When they get bored from jumping, there are a couple of free arcade games to play. The area is decently clean and staff good. We love that the lockers are available and free to use. They have vending machines for drinks. There are also lots of tables to sit around. Several party rooms in the back with fun wall decor. Overall it's a fun place to check out.

Great experience. Inexpensive for the 10 kid party + adults. The staff helped tremendously, from setting up, decorating, cleaning, cutting the cake, the constant asking if we need anything made the party go smooth! Highly recommend!

We finally took our daughters to this location that opened just this year! My eldest had a blast, climbing, doing obstacle course, posing for pics with their inflatables and their arcade was fun! Pricy at about $20 a person for ages 6+, adults pay the same price as kids for 90 min of play. My toddler was free since she's under 3, we just payed for Fun Box Grip Socks! She enjoyed the slides with mama! A lot of older kids were around including on the toddler area, so be cautious mamas! SYOY!

Experience was 10/10. We had a party package so we got our own room. We brought our own food and some of our own decorations. The crew had us drop off the decorations the day before and they had the decor ready by the time we got there for the party I brought my own food, which was nice. The host made it super easy and kept checking up on us. If you wanna avoid the party planning hassle, I would do it here they make it super easy for you as a parent especially providing plates/napkins/ forks/knives. The slot time was about two hours wish it was a little bit longer, but it was still a pleasant experience.

The workers are nice. It's a children's place, it was warm when we entered. Idk how often they clean but my son had a lot of fun. We thought it would've been bigger but irregardless, there's toddler area. A big space for the big kids, party rooms in the back, lockers in the front and a small arcade that requires no tokens. Cotton candy machine and photobooth do require cash. You can bring in outside food. I was allowed to get a drink inside since their vending machine didn't work. I asked my kid what he rates it out of 10 he said 6.

Do you wait to plan your child's birthday last minute like me? If yes This is the place for you and it will go off amazing! I was able to book the party online. Everything was included but favors and food. All the kids and even some of the adults jumped away for almost the whole party. It can get hot and sweaty, stay hydrated my friends! Did I mention they have a cotton candy machine! The host for the party was amazing! Would go back for jumping and partying!

Easiest birthday party ever! We booked, we arrived, we enjoyed. The team at FUNBOX did an amazing job setting up the place. Tables, plates, utensils, balloons, had my sons's name on the screen and all. Easy check in process, all guests felt comfortable and happy, kids had a blast. Highly recommended spot for your kid's birthday.

We had a blast! The FUNBOX is a kids entertainment center. It was about $20 per person (younger than 5 is $16 I think) for an hour and a half to use the facility. The time includes the kids being able to play in the HUGE bounce area, and there are several video games that are set on free-play. There are a couple of claw machines and a robot cotton candy machine that cost additional money. Make sure to bring your kids sticky socks otherwise you have to pay an additional $3 dollars per pair of socks. The facility and the bathrooms were extremely clean and well up-kept. I hope they continue to maintain the facility to keep it looking fresh. They had multiple party rooms, they were very clean and cutely decorated. We even saw a couple of characters walking around the area. Unfortunately, this place gets extremely loud. It feels overstimulating.

We came to FunBox for my niece's birthday party. The younger kids seemed to enjoy themselves, which was great -- but my older kids got bored pretty quickly and didn't have much fun. The biggest downside was the staff -- some of them came across as pretty unprofessional, which made the experience feel a bit chaotic and unorganized. It might be okay for very young kids, but I don't think we'll be back.

Could I buy tickets at the door? If so, how much is it? And am I required to buy socks at the door as well? My kids have the socks we've been plenty. They have plenty of grip socks

They have been selling out almost every day, so it would be ideal to buy tickets online also, during this week it's the grand opening so I believe their socks are actually required to be purchased. This could change after the grand opening but right… Read more

Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

We've been to extravagant light shows, like Luminaria Lights at the Botanical Gardens in Southern Cali, so that was our comparison and we honestly weren't expecting much with Imaginarium. Really happy that we decided to give this a shot! It was held at the Cal Expo so parking is extremely generous. However, we went on a Thursday evening in early December to avoid the crowds and I, for one, absolutely appreciated not having any lines or difficulty going in and out of the parking lot. Hardly anyone was there on a Thursday evening on the first week of December but I can imagine it would've been annoyingly packed if we went during rush season closer to Christmas or weekends. Pretty hilarious how we initially thought the front entrance exhibits and cute little photoshoot setups were it, until we walked past some food vendors to be shocked and awed at the enormous amount of creative setups they had in the main staging area. There was even a little circus act for some entertainment! Enjoy your time with family, walk around to your leisure, and they even had lots of neat room setups to experience. The kids enjoyed the art exhibit the most where they could color in beautifully drawn artistry with chalk! Santa was available for photos towards the exit.m at no charge. Nice! Tipped him, of course, to care for his elves and reindeer. Biggest tip is to be aware of where the restrooms are in case any urgencies arise. We found them to be to the right of the main area once we passed the food vendors thanks to friendly staff and security personnel. Highly recommended for everyone around the Sacramento and Roseville area, near and far! Great for families, dates, solos, and friends. Security is tight since it's Cal Expo so it felt rather safe for our family. Lovely organized event and enjoyed a magical evening surrounded be a wonderment of lights and glamor! (Is wonderment even a word? I don't know, but if fits the bill for Imaginarium for sure)

I visited with friends and we had a great time!…read more We checked in on the digital kiosks and then selected balaclava colors before waiting for our turn. At first I was confused why the wait time was so long when the space seemed almost empty, but we learned quickly that the more runs you do the better deal you get, and racing can be pricey. We opted for two rounds since we were new to it and didn't know how long it would take if we did more. Our first race took some time to be called for (about an hour), but we had much less downtime before our second one. While you wait there is an arcade area and a bar. One thing we noticed is that the staff in areas other than the racetrack are much less engaging- I think they must be bored from the lack of people interacting with them or working on things in other places. The bar was frequently unmanned and we learned that they don't offer tap water, only bottled. We also learned that while some packages come with food, if you don't time it correctly you may have to leave the food at the tables to head down to your race. It might be best to wait until after racing to order any food. While we didn't get food during the visit, we found it odd that a bunch of sliders and other food were just sitting around in the bar area unattended, getting cold. There's gotta be a better system. The team on the racetrack was engaged and nice. They made sure everyone was set up, strapped in, and that the races were organized and safe. I was TERRIBLE, but did get better my second round. Our group ended up having a lot of fun. Some things to note- they do put groups together and fill the extra spots with other racers so your group will be together but you may have different people in each heat (depending on how many rounds they bought and when they arrived). Riding with other groups means you may get bumped into and have people of VERY different skill levels. We definitely had some regulars in our group. When someone spins out or needs help all the karts stop so it can really interrupt the race, but I guess that's part of the experience. Overall it's a lot of fun but there's some room for improvement in their non-racing areas.

The manager was no help and kept saying they were just following rules, when I was clearly being singled out. Not even an apology. Don't take your girls here. This is where little girls sportswomen spirits get destroyed. FYI it's also my birthday today. I left the place in tears. But the manager seemed to think that was funny. He unconditionally supported his biased staff and made comments about me being slow without even knowing what happened, let alone offering to review what happened (I'm sure there are camera). I told the manager he didn't know how being stereotyped feels because he is a white male, and he proudly said "that is a stereotype." Boohoo, I guess that stereotype really hurts compared to what non-white-male people have to go through! What a great manager working in the customer service industry. He refuses any responsibility, offers no sympathy to people's experience of being discriminated and whines about his own being stereotyped experience to a minority woman. (I hope he feels proud of doing that for the rest of his life.) This is just the dose of discrimination boost I needed on my birthday. Anyways, this is the birthday experience you will have here. What can I say, women are told to "move over" for men even at K1 speed to go karting. Great job reinforcing that rotten value when women/girls just want to have fun! It took us a little while to get through the course because of the kids, but it was very enjoyable amd we all had a great time. With it being early February and pretty cold out, alot of the outside attractions were closed. We came right after breakfast on a Sunday, so those could have been factors also. We decided to go inside and play in the arcade. Unfortunately alot of the games were out of order. There were some that we scanned our playcard and took the funds, but didn't start the game. We went to the counter and let them know and they kindly reloaded our cards. It happened a few times and honestly I think they were starting to think we were trying to scam them into recharging our cards. Either that, or we weren't swiping the card correctly. Neither of those were the case and we offered to show them which game it was each time, and offered to demonstrate with our card how it took the money and didn't start. They said that wasn't necessary, and a staff member would walk over with us so they could figure out what was going on and put a sign if necessary. The little photo booths are fun, but again, there are two and only one was working. All in all the facility was very clean and kept up. I noticed there were staff members constantly walking around picking up trash, and forgotten items from other guests. There were even a couple wiping down games and sanitizing them. I appreciate that cause well, you know...kids are gross including my own sometimes lol! Since we had just come from breakfast we didn't eat here, but the snack bar looked decent, expensive, but in a place like this that is to be expected. There were plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your snacks/food and if not being used they were clean. The restrooms were clean, there was a sewage like smell in the women's room, but it wasn't too overpowering. Not worth complaining about. All in all we had a good time here, spent quite a bit of money between the arcade and the mini golf, but the kids had fun so thats what matters most right?

I was locked into what turned out to be an extremely restrictive contract, with no reasonable or clear way to cancel. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company to stop charges for services that were no longer being used or rendered, billing continued. Customer service was difficult to reach and unresponsive, and there was no meaningful resolution offered despite repeated outreach. Being charged for services not received, with no practical cancellation option, feels unfair and misleading. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Golfland Sunsplash carefully review all contract terms and cancellation policies before signing. Based on my experience, once you're in, it's nearly impossible to get out--even when services are not being provided. Kyla was not at all helpful.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

Kids under 12 need a chaperone, and you need to stay together. Went with my 5, 8 and 10 year olds, and the 5 year old could not reach the clips and needed help at every transition. My risk taker 8 year old had the best time and could have stayed for 4 hours. The 10 year old was done after about an hour. The kids cove rope playground is $10 a person and you could easily spend 2 hours there. It is hot! They provide water. TIP: if you want to do the 2 or 4 hour adventure or the ropes course, you need to take their 30 min training course on how to transfer the clips between cables, that happen on the hour and half hour. So you would need to arrive 30 mins before the 2 or 4 hours. Ie - we started the training course at 230 and then did the 2 hour from 3-5.

We had a very disappointing experience at Quarry Park Adventures today…read more First, we were charged the full price even though we were told our time would be less than the standard two hours. The more concerning issue happened in the jump rope play area. My 5-year-old son was trying to get down, but a group of older boys blocked his way. I encouraged my son to politely say "excuse me," but the boys continued standing in his way, which made him scared and uncomfortable. When my spouse and I tried to address the situation, the boys yelled something about it being "self-defense," which felt threatening and escalated the situation unnecessarily. After that, we told our son to stay away from them, but the boys continued antagonizing him. We ultimately decided to leave early because the environment no longer felt safe for our child. When we spoke with the boys' parents, they dismissed the situation and said it was "for all kids to play," but the behavior we witnessed was not play--it was intimidation toward a 5-year-old. Families should feel safe bringing their children to a place like this. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we will not be returning.
