We had my nieces birthday party yesterday on 8/30/2026. The staff there were AMAZING. From start to finish, they were so kind, professional, and attentive. Our party host was phenomenal. Some of the staff even took time to come in and compliment me on the homemade panda themed cake I made. The photographer was also amazing! She was great with the kids, took some beautiful photos, and gifted a photo album to my sister of some fun moments! This alone was such a thoughtful gesture and almost had my sister in tears! The staff had the room decorated with the decor we provided ahead of time so all we had to do was show up and enjoy. And if you don't want to decorate a specific theme?? No problem! They decorate the room in their colorful birthday supplies! Oh, and the whole facility was extremely clean and organized. They had everything you could need so if you forgot anything, they had you covered!! They even bring in their mascot (who is massive) and get the kids together for group photos with him. It was so unique and fun, the kids loved it! I've read the other reviews where people are complaining about the staff cleaning up before everyone was gone, but instead of seeing that as a bad thing, I helped them clean up so they could start setting up for the next family. It was the human thing to do. Being kind is free. I wish more people could slow down and show some compassion. My kids are all older now but I wish this place had been around when planning parties in the past. I will definitely recommend FunBox to anyone looking for a stress free and fun birthday party. We had my kids' birthday party here on Friday, 8/21 at 5 PM, and we had SO much fun! This was our first time at this location, and we were so happy we decided to book the party here. The place was clean, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. When we were shown to our party room, I think the manager even mentioned that we had booked a bigger room. I told him I kept inviting people and everyone kept confirming! It ended up being perfect. The kids had an absolute blast. The arcade games were free, and they also had fun activities like tug-of-war and music for the kids to dance to. Even the adults got in on the fun and were jumping around! Fun Box was such a fun outing for the kids! The indoor inflatable setup has a lot of different areas to bounce, climb, and slide, which kept my 3-year-old entertained the entire time. That said, some of the inflatables were a bit worn down and discolored, which made parts of the space look like they could use a refresh. This was a cute little place to take my kids, but unfortunately our wristband was called before the whole 90 minutes were up. I was in the restroom though, and didn't hear it being called. When my daughter found me she let me know and we left a few minutes late. The staff was nice about it, and they were actually very kind the entire time. When we checked our time in the car, we realized we weren't even in there a full 90 minutes. They offered personalized rooms and It looked like a fun place for a birthday party. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a birthday party here at Fun box and honestly it was so incredible. The process was really smooth. They provide an amazing party room that is private from the rest of the place. You can book a single room or a double room. If you do have a larger party, we went with the singular room as it was a smaller event. Staff was absolutely incredible, super accommodating just all around really nice. The set up was so beautiful. They have many packages to choose from depending how many people you would like to get socks and a jumping badge. For the adults, they have the free arcade games that you can play, which honestly are super fun. I had a blast doing basketball. The kiddos love day as well. You got two full hours of bounce time as well as a really special guest appearance by their own mascot, which was super cute. We've come here both open play and birthday party. Both times our kids had fun. Check in is pretty easy. They have several tablets to sign the waiver and then you pay to enter. They require jump socks and that is not included in your ticket. You get 90 minutes to play around. There are 2 bounce areas, a big open one and smaller closed off one for little kids. The bounce areas are fun for our kids but it can be a little rough. Keep an eye on smaller kids because there a lot of bigger kids running around. When they get bored from jumping, there are a couple of free arcade games to play. The area is decently clean and staff good. We love that the lockers are available and free to use. We finally took our daughters to this location that opened just this year! My eldest had a blast, climbing, doing obstacle course, posing for pics with their inflatables and their arcade was fun! Little dude had so much fun at a recent birthday party. Bright colors and neon lights covered the walls. I loved that the arcade was already included in pricing. The staff were very busy at the front desk and monitoring the bouncy area. It didn't smell weird and was surprisingly spacious inside. We were in one of the farthest time from the front and wished there was at least a window to watch that side of the bounce house. Our room probably had seating for 48. Cosmo the mascot came out to take pictures in, and parents were more excited to see the fridge stocked with drinks from our host. The package must have come with fun balloon centerpieces as well. We had a blast! The FUNBOX is a kids entertainment center. It was about $20 per person (younger than 5 is $16 I think) for an hour and a half to use the facility. The time includes the kids being able to play in the HUGE bounce area, and there are several video games that are set on free-play. There are a couple of claw machines and a robot cotton candy machine that cost additional money. Make sure to bring your kids sticky socks otherwise you have to pay an additional $3 dollars per pair of socks. The facility and the bathrooms were extremely clean and well up-kept. I hope they continue to maintain the facility to keep it looking fresh. They had multiple party rooms, they were very clean and cutely decorated. We even saw a couple of characters walking around the area. Unfortunately, this place gets extremely loud. It feels overstimulating. read more

There's tons of fun and colorful obstacles. While on the inflatable playground you will be working those muscle groups to stay balanced while watching your kid have an absolute blast. I definitely enjoyed the bouncing action myself! I came here with just my kid but I saw the private spaces for parties and that's definitely something I'd consider for my kids birthday. Outside of the bouncy area there are some arcade games and a really nifty cotton candy machine! You need those grippy socks btw! My kids had a blast. Great indoor play option to take the kids when the weather isn't that great. Kids under 6 requires a parent with them so you will need to get a ticket for yourself. Adults are allowed to go down the slides. There is a non-jumper ticket option. You won't be able to go into the bounce area but can hang out around the lounge area. There's chairs and tables available. Wristbands are color coded and indicate the time of entry to mark the 90 minute time limit. Once the 90 minutes is up, they will announce which color should exit the bounce area. There's an arcade with free games. There's a small selection including a Transformers, basketball, air hockey, and Batman car, and motorcycle games. They do have some claw machines that require tokens. Fun, Safe, and Worth Every Penny! My son was invited here for a birthday party. I had never heard of the place before, so I came along with the rest of the family -- and I'm so glad we did! I paid $69.99 for four of us (socks included), which I think is a great deal. The facility is medium-sized, clean, and colorful. They have free lockers -- just big enough for a small backpack -- which is super convenient. One of the best parts? The arcade is completely free -- a big hit for the older kids! They also have a cotton candy machine that accepts tap-to-pay, around $6 depending on what you choose, which was a fun little extra. You're allowed to bring your own food. One of the other parents brought pizza from next door -- no problem at all. Love that flexibility! The actual jump area is super fun, clean, and well-designed. There are different sections where kids can run, slide, bounce, and just go wild. If you want to join your little ones, you do need to pay for yourself, but it's totally worth it. Playtime lasts 2 hours, which was the perfect amount to wear the kids out -- but not too much. They were tired but already asking to come back! All my kids loved it. As a parent, I appreciated the safety too. There were a few workers in the play areas, keeping watch and blowing whistles when needed. I had my son's birthday party here, and it was amazing! We've been to all the kid's party places, and this was the best by far. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very clean inside, which was greatly appreciated! The party went so smooth. The staff setup up everything before we arrived, checked in with us the entire time to make sure we had everything we needed, and they cleaned up when we were done. Experience was 10/10. We had a party package so we got our own room. We brought our own food and some of our own decorations. The crew had us drop off the decorations the day before and they had the decor ready by the time we got there for the party I brought my own food, which was nice. The host made it super easy and kept checking up on us. This place is CHAOS. Very excited to take my kids here, ages 2 and 4, but probably better for slightly older kids. They had fun, but were definitely done before the 90 min. It's tough for littles because older kids run around and play rough without paying attention to those around them, so my kids often got pushed out the way, climbed over, bumped into/knocked over, etc. We bought the family bundle online before we came, not knowing that our 2 y.o. was free or that our 4 y.o. was $15 instead of $20. Thankfully, they gave us a voucher for our 2 y.o. (Doesn't expire) but now we are forced to come back to use it. We were also charged for socks, so we really didn't save money buying the family pack. So, if you have young children, it's better to just pay when you get there. Also, just wear your own socks. They give colored wristbands to keep track of when you came in/what session you're part of. They make announcements when you're time is up, but I saw a small handful of people stay past their time. They have workers in the bounce/jump area, but they don't say much and most people don't listen to them. I watched them tell more than a few kids that it was time to leave, but the kids just ran past them and they just let them go. I'm sure they can't really do anything because they'd probably get sued for touching anyone, but would be nice if they could figure out like a penalty system for those who continue to break the rules/make it unfair or unsafe for others. The free arcade games consist of a bball game, two racing games and a shooting game. They also have a few claw machines that you have to buy tokens for, a cotton candy machine and Photo Booth for additional costs. Idk how much they cost as I didn't see prices posted, but the cotton candy was quite popular. Free lockers. A small bounce area for smaller kids past the lockers. A decent amount of tables. It's still pretty new, so feels relatively clean. Overall, glad we have the option of someplace like this in the greater Sac area. But, I'm not personally interested in coming back until my kids are older. read more

I took my eight year old son here for a play date with some friends. Let me tell you we had a blast! Buying tickets online was a breeze and upon arrival we found out that they have free lockers. I like that they enforce 90 minute timed sessions so the inflatable park doesn't feel too crowded. First time guest do get a free socks which is amazing ! This place do monitor the time which is great. Kids have a blast and really cute place for play and pic for the kids. One thing we love about this place they do have arcade and they are very generous! The arcade is free play and doesn't need token except for some of the machine where u can win a prize. But the rest of the games are free. Only a little bit about this place . Even they are indoor but they still kind of hot. Kids constantly come out to drink and sit because it's kind of hot . Good temp if you just sit there without doing anything. For kids running and playing definitely the temp it a little bit warm.They came out with all hair wet like they just came out of the shower.
