We were in one of the farthest time from the front and wished there was at least a window to watch that side of the bounce house. Our room probably had seating for 48. Cosmo the mascot came out to take pictures in, and parents were more excited to see the fridge stocked with drinks from our host. The package must have come with fun balloon centerpieces as well. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a birthday party here at Fun box and honestly it was so incredible. The process was really smooth. They provide an amazing party room that is private from the rest of the place. You can book a single room or a double room. We've come here both open play and birthday party. Both times our kids had fun. Check in is pretty easy. They have several tablets to sign the waiver and then you pay to enter. They require jump socks and that is not included in your ticket. You get 90 minutes to play around. There are 2 bounce areas, a big open one and smaller closed off one for little kids. The bounce areas are fun for our kids but it can be a little rough. Keep an eye on smaller kids because there a lot of bigger kids running around. When they get bored from jumping, there are a couple of free arcade games to play. The area is decently clean and staff good. We love that the lockers are available and free to use. We finally took our daughters to this location that opened just this year! My eldest had a blast, climbing, doing obstacle course, posing for pics with their inflatables and their arcade was fun! The time includes the kids being able to play in the HUGE bounce area, and there are several video games that are set on free-play. There are a couple of claw machines and a robot cotton candy machine that cost additional money. Make sure to bring your kids sticky socks otherwise you have to pay an additional $3 dollars per pair of socks. The facility and the bathrooms were extremely clean and well up-kept. I hope they continue to maintain the facility to keep it looking fresh. They had multiple party rooms, they were very clean and cutely decorated. My kids had a blast. Great indoor play option to take the kids when the weather isn't that great. Kids under 6 requires a parent with them so you will need to get a ticket for yourself. Adults are allowed to go down the slides. There is a non-jumper ticket option. You won't be able to go into the bounce area but can hang out around the lounge area. There's chairs and tables available. Wristbands are color coded and indicate the time of entry to mark the 90 minute time limit. Once the 90 minutes is up, they will announce which color should exit the bounce area. There's an arcade with free games. There's a small selection including a Transformers, basketball, air hockey, and Batman car, and motorcycle games. They do have some claw machines that require tokens. I paid $69.99 for four of us (socks included), which I think is a great deal. The facility is medium-sized, clean, and colorful. They have free lockers -- just big enough for a small backpack -- which is super convenient. One of the best parts? The arcade is completely free -- a big hit for the older kids! They also have a cotton candy machine that accepts tap-to-pay, around $6 depending on what you choose, which was a fun little extra. You're allowed to bring your own food. One of the other parents brought pizza from next door -- no problem at all. Love that flexibility! The actual jump area is super fun, clean, and well-designed. There are different sections where kids can run, slide, bounce, and just go wild. If you want to join your little ones, you do need to pay for yourself, but it's totally worth it. Playtime lasts 2 hours, which was the perfect amount to wear the kids out -- but not too much. They were tired but already asking to come back! All my kids loved it. This place is CHAOS. Very excited to take my kids here, ages 2 and 4, but probably better for slightly older kids. They had fun, but were definitely done before the 90 min. It's tough for littles because older kids run around and play rough without paying attention to those around them, so my kids often got pushed out the way, climbed over, bumped into/knocked over, etc. We bought the family bundle online before we came, not knowing that our 2 y.o. was free or that our 4 y.o. was $15 instead of $20. Thankfully, they gave us a voucher for our 2 y.o. (Doesn't expire) but now we are forced to come back to use it. We were also charged for socks, so we really didn't save money buying the family pack. So, if you have young children, it's better to just pay when you get there. Also, just wear your own socks. They give colored wristbands to keep track of when you came in/what session you're part of. They make announcements when you're time is up, but I saw a small handful of people stay past their time. They have workers in the bounce/jump area, but they don't say much and most people don't listen to them. I watched them tell more than a few kids that it was time to leave, but the kids just ran past them and they just let them go. I'm sure they can't really do anything because they'd probably get sued for touching anyone, but would be nice if they could figure out like a penalty system for those who continue to break the rules/make it unfair or unsafe for others. The free arcade games consist of a bball game, two racing games and a shooting game. They also have a few claw machines that you have to buy tokens for, a cotton candy machine and Photo Booth for additional costs. Idk how much they cost as I didn't see prices posted, but the cotton candy was quite popular. Free lockers. A small bounce area for smaller kids past the lockers. A decent amount of tables. It's still pretty new, so feels relatively clean. Overall, glad we have the option of someplace like this in the greater Sac area. But, I'm not personally interested in coming back until my kids are older. read more

I'm leaving this review to balance out my crazy relative's 1 star review. She's basing her review on one single point: that she felt her kids didn't get the full 90 minutes (they included check in time and stopped the music to call for the color wristband to leave 2 minutes before the end time), which is accurate but not worthy of a 1 star review and she won't change her mind despite me arguing with her. The facility was clean and well staffed, and all the kids in our group had a great time. It was good seeing that there was staff inside the bounce area making sure kids were being safe. There were a lot of kids on the early Saturday (there were three birthdays going on), but my small 2 and 4 year old had enough space to fully enjoy themselves in the main jump area . Make sure you sign the waiver ahead of time so you don't delay the check in process. You can purchase grippy socks for $4 at the front counter. This establishment was cashless, no cash! Only debit and credit cards accepted. We were the only ones with the 9am reservation, we had the entire place to ourselves! Lockers here were free. Arcades were free! That is a HUGE win for us!!! No other places comes close to offering free arcades! You can bring your own food and drinks. No alcohol. My son and his friends played some arcades, then went into the jump area and played for a bit. This place is huge! There was only one way into the jump area and one way out. So you can keep a close eye on your child. Safety comes first for me! Their party areas were so adorable and decorated with colorful themes and characters! They have 4 party rooms at different sizes to accommodate your party guests. Their bathrooms were clean. They really maintained this place. I saw a gal wiping down tables and chairs.
