The abuse I suffered here throughout this entire Gymnastics career. I never liked it. I was here for five years and the teachers that I had were really abusive and very rude to me. They were always negative and they would always push you down no matter how bad you cried this is one of the reasons why might both my knees popped out and my hip is also popped out as well. I need an x-ray and I would never recommend this to anyone nor my enemy. This is the worst place ever do not take your children here unless you want them to be abused!!! read more

My daughter started here back in 2019, she was than a level three competitive gymnast. Since then she has been able to grow her skills and is now competing at level six this year. The coaches have been able to help her build her strength, flexibility, and overall understanding of gymnastics. Aside from the friendly staff, the gym is always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. That helps our family feel safe and secure durning the pandemic. The staff is always adhering to most current cdc guidelines and insures the children's safety. My daughter loves attending class and we as a family love watching her grow. read more

My daughter attended the preschool class for several months and had a great experience. The instructor recommended she move up to the beginner class which she was thrilled about. On her first day the instructor was very cruel and made her cry. We decided to give it a second try which was even worse. The coach was mean, yelled at her, asked her "what is wrong with you", and mocked her in front of the entire class. I removed her from the class and spoke to the owner who said they are a "competitive gym." I signed my 6-year-old up for a beginner class. She should be met with kindness and positivity. I would not recommend taking a beginner to this facility. read more

For those who don't like reading long reviews - PROS - Clean, knowledgeable, diverse, friendly children and coaches, growth CONS - Packed, Viewing area, gym seems small when packed, parking lot My daughter has been coming here for over a year. Since the pandemic started, I have been impressed with the cleanliness of the gym. The gym does get packed at certain times with a lot of classes going on at the same time. However, all the coaches seem organized and attentive to their students. I enjoy watching my daughter learn actual gymnastic skills and seems like she does everything with a purpose. Instead of feeling like I am paying for an over priced daycare. I don't like the parent viewing area, it fills up fast and can be hard to see your child depending on their location in the gym. I would say if you want to watch get to the gym early and grab a seat. But if your not too concerned with watching your child's every move then you are golden. The coaches are approachable and are open to updating you on your child's strength and weaknesses, so if you can't watch all the time you can always ask. This may seem petty, however, I feel like the parking lot needs speed bumps. I have seen so many adults driving way too fast in the parking lot either after they drop their child off or picking up. Sadly, I don't think people will slow down until someone gets hurt. So be careful walking to and from your car in the parking lot. read more

I like the programs here! The coaches for the little ones, 2-5 are really sweet and encouraging and patient. All the kids seem to LOVE the classes. For the higher levels, the coaches are a lot more strict, which is what we are looking for. So I'm giving them 5 stars because I think they have something for everyone (Beginners and Advance, no matter what age)! The facility is also nice, clean, and has more than 1 bathroom! Good parking and they are getting more and more classes! We can't wait for Saturday classes! (They are waiting for enough interested people to start Saturday classes, call and have your name added to the list if you're interested!) We've been to 3 other gymnastics places in the Sac/Elk Grove area, and this is our favorite! We'll be staying here! read more

We love Rodina Elite! Any program can have its ups and downs . This gym has an amazing group of moms, the team camaraderie in the upper levels is without compare and everyone is super supportive of each other. My daughter has been going here since January 2019 and now competes on both the Acro and gymnastics team and she loves it. I will say this is a competitive gym if you want your kid to place on the podium consistently and develop proper skills, this is the place. The coaches are straight up and realistic with your kids potential. read more

There is a reason why good gymnasts left this gym. Look at their scores horrible. I was so excited when we first came to this gym. The information that brought me to this gym was false. My kids lost skills and were hurt all the time. This is a recreational gym. It's not worth risking your child's future attending this gym when there are other ones in the area that have produced college athletes. read more

Our child has been coming here and we are very happy with the teacher her name is Tammy. Our child was trained somewhere else and she saw the mistakes our child was doing and retrained her the corrected way for what we are thankful for. read more

I love this gymnastics place. It has a lot of stuff to do when your waiting for your child. It's clean, fun, and pretty cool to watch.

In Jan 2017, when my daughter expressed her desire to join a competitive team, I looked at REGA and another nearby gym in Natomas. She tried both places and without hesitation chose REGA. She excelled quickly from level 3 to 4 within 60 days, and two years later is level 7. When your child is determined and stays focused on attaining a college scholarship, she will maintain a competitive mindset. My girl has become close friends with her teammates, gained so much confidence and constantly expresses her dream to go to the Olympics. This gym is like family to us, including all the gymnasts who encourage each other to exceed their goals and go beyond their fears! Highly recommend for recreational or competitive. read more

Rude AF! Tried calling to get some information for my daughters and before i could even finish asking one question she cut me off an said sorry i don't have no information, BLAH BLAH BLAH. What an asshole. Luckily I found another place. Its more expensive but the ladies i spoke to were very helpful and pleasant to talk to so id rather pay the extra. read more

We checked this place out for my daughter. It's super tight and crowded, with all the people squeezed in the tiny hallways and in the parent waiting room. Overall it just seemed chaotic and unorganized. Another downside was that, none of the staff seemed to speak very good english. We decided not to join Rega. read more

Have been with REGA since shortly after they opened in 2013 and have been totally happy with both the coaches. My daughter is on the Level 6 competitive team this year. It feels like a big family to us. We are happy for that because she spends over 20 hours a week there. It's like a 2nd home. read more

My daughter joined REGA 3 years ago after moving from Oregon. She wanted to be on a team but didn't have a whole lot of experience and ended up being placed in Excel Silver. The training they do in this gym is serious and competitive. That year she was all around State Champion! Did I say the training was serious, haha. The next year she competed in Excel Gold and again did very well. Last year she was placed on a Level 6 team and had another great year. The owners Coach Yulia and Coach Edward really care about their gymnast and really push them to be the best they can be. One of their Acro (Acrobatic gymnastics) teams were National Champions this year, not many gyms can claim that title. I love this gym, yes it can be chaos at times when you have a bunch of kids running around but that too is part of the fun. My daughter is a better gymnast and a more focused teenager thanks to REGA and their awesome coaching staff. read more

I enrolled my daughter here in October. We love Coach Lindsay. She is very patient and kind. The problem I found was with their ability to manage the payments and when they will charge an annual fee. I enrolled in October paid the annual fee and then January comes and they change their rules and want to charge me again for the annual fee. This means I paid for a year and got three months which should have been pro rated. An annual fee means an entire year, not three months! Hopefully they will not do this to future customers and lose them for something they can change. read more

My daughter attended this gym for about 6 months, we had just moved from the roseville/antelope area and didn't know the area too well. When she first started she was very distracted and did not follow instructions too well, coach Gabe was great!! Always had a smile on his face always encouraging his students and had a great attitude towards the little 3 year olds whom are still learning and trying to have fun. However, I had my baby and my daughter attended class with my mom she informed me there was a new coach; WAIT WHAT?! I come back the next week and there's a woman coach in the class. First of all I approached her and asked "where's coach gabe?" Her response "no more coach Gabe" and that was the end of the conversation, no indruction of who she was no nothing. I was bothered by this. ALOT. It doesn't end there though she starts class and she's in this pissy mood towards the girls. At first I was like fine they aren't listening, whatever, then she gets this really nasty attitude with the girls and I lost it, I took my daughter out early and left PISSED. This coach should not be working with toddlers she does NOT I repeat does NOT know how to deal with toddlers. The program is great but in order for them to succeed as a business they need friendlier staff for the little ones who are still learning to listen and to follow direction. I will be back when there is a class with a different coach for my daughter. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place because of the bad experience my child had. The coach doesn't even know how to coach. My child was just basically playing the whole time and i was watching the whole time. Find a different gym you can tell this place just wants your money and not make your kid a good gymnast. read more

I have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl. My daughter is 9, son 8, son 5. I enrolled all of them in classes here after buying a coupon somewhere. I have taken them to places all over Sacramento ( I live in Elk Grove) and this is by far the best place we have ever been. First of all, the facilities are top notch. They have everything you can think of. The staff is very knowledgable. You can tell they were former Champs. Everyone from Coach Eduard, to his wife Yulia and all the other coaches are not only passionate, but amazingly patient. They don't just have your kids there to play, but they are actually learning. The older kids are actually being pushed and encouraged to excel. If you are looking for a place to just kill time and have a babysitter, go somewhere else. If you are looking for somewhere your kids can get a good foundation and be challenged to excel, then this is the place for you. Don't waste your time everywhere else. You might as well save yourself the trouble and start with the best. read more
