I will admit our first class I was still skeptical and a little upset thinking this isn't for her. Could have been because I signed her up for an age range that met her age (2 years) all the way up to 9 years, Mighty Mixers. Gymsters class might've been a more suitable one to start her off with first. It's been 2 months since we've been attending classes and my daughter absolutely LOVES coming here. It's great social interaction for my toddler and it's amazing to see how much more strength and skills she's obtained in a short amount of time. I appreciate the ability to easily switch up your class time, mark absent, and schedule make ups all online. The staff we've encountered so far are all fantastic! They really hone in to each child's personality and skills while still maintaining a way to be fun. And they're so approachable, especially to the shy kiddos. My daughter actually shouts "YAY" when I say we've arrived to My Gym. Talk about having an impact! Can't wait to see where we are with her skills in another few months.

The owner, Robin, and another staff member (I believe her name was Sunny) hosted the party, and they were both incredibly patient, accommodating, easygoing, and brought such great energy and vibes to the entire experience. What I really appreciated was that it wasn't just "free play." They organized a variety of activities that kept kids of all ages engaged and having fun. Our birthday girl turned 4, and we had guests ranging from ages 1 to 12 -- plus the adults even had fun too! Overall, we were beyond impressed and so happy we chose to celebrate here. There was a girl there who was 3-D printing bones of the body and in a hand to help her with her Anatomy class. The gentlemen that showed us around helped teach her some tricks on the 3-D printing and how to do it and he is passionate about creating and helping others be able to use the space or any machine in there just ask and he will show you. SMUD still isn't allowing trailered boats to launch even though the rest of the state relaxed their launching regulations. SMUD even relaxed their mussel restrictions on the upper American, but not this stagnant pond. My son and I used to enjoy fishing here, but since closing the launches and forcing adults to wear life jackets on paddle boat watercraft or threatening to kick us off the water...your time could be spent better elsewhere that doesn't feel like the rest of California telling you what to do.

They also played a huge role in helping us potty train him, and he was fully potty trained within about a month of starting. The teachers are genuinely kind, caring, and deeply invested in the kids. You can tell they put their heart and soul into the activities, projects, and experiences they create every day. We love the creative, play-based approach, while still having enough structure to help kids thrive. One thing that really stands out is the mixed-age environment, which has been a great fit for our son. The space itself is multi-story, and thoughtfully designed. They also make great use of their backyard space, which is impressive for a Midtown location and the pricing is on par with other daycares in the area. The location is convenient, and I've never had an issue finding parking for drop-off or pick-up. I highly recommend Art Beast to any family looking for a creative, nurturing, and well-structured play-based daycare.

They genuinely care for the children, and create a safe place both physically and emotionally. There are so many activities offered throughout the day so the kids never get bored. My initial fear in putting my child into a new environment was quickly quieted once I met all the wonderful teachers. The actual space is beautiful as there are activities designated to different areas of the facility. These include: mud kitchen in the backyard, art on the main floor, dance studio upstairs, fire truck room, and plenty of comfy corners to read a book, just to name a few! If you're on the fence I recommend at least taking a tour of the preschool. You won't find a more inclusive and welcoming space elsewhere. The gift shop mostly contains generic items that don't say Fairytale Town, which don't make for the best of souvenirs. If you've never been here before, you can likely count on your kid enjoying at least a couple of hours here before getting bored. I'd say it's geared more for the younger children...older kids would probably benefit more from visiting the other two nearby attractions.
