This updated review is long long long overdue!! Since my very first visit here during a birthday celebration, there seems to have been some newly renovations that went on?? Possibly a few new add ons that were not present during my initial visit?? Being that my first experience was 5 years ago, I have since welcomed my very own little monster who loves to frequent this establishment. No, we have not been involved in any birthday invites so I cannot review in that very aspect but coming here for some random fun is always a grand time! Kidtopia is essentially broken down into two parts: the creative zone & main play area. At the creative zone, the sky's the limit when it comes to using your imagination & fully emerging oneself in real life situations. The main play area is great for letting off a whole lotta steam/energy all while toning up their little bodies w/o even realizing it. Pick your poison... The staff is kind, welcoming, and very relaxed!! Nothing uptight and uncomfortable like other places can be. The entire setup is managed like a well oiled machine- making sure to periodically clean/sanitize. 5/5 stars. My kid requests to visit WEEKLY and I'm not mad about it. I'm happy to oblige since Kidtopia is so great all around.

My daughter had her birthday here and I found it pretty reasonable. They replied to my emails in a timely manner and despite it being a weekend with other parties and a lot of kids, they were organized. The room was set up (tablecloths with unlimited utensils, plates included). Staff was attentive and kept us on reminders/called the kids for when it was time to eat and cake time etc. Prices were reasonable $16 for additional kids and $5 for adults. My only annoyance was having to pay for drinks over the 20 included for the big party (20 adults and 20 kids included) because it was overpriced. We extended the time for an additional 2 hrs and it was $150 and could not confirm until a few days before the date. For reference attached are their party rules. I would consider doing another party here. They also had an option to add a party banner and balloon arch for $125.

I love the renovations! My kids always have so much fun here. The only negative was I didn't realize kids from summer camp were gonna be here. Might call ahead next time so check cuz it was packed! I usually go on a weekday to avoid crowds. One camp finished and then there was an hour pause and then another giant camp came. There were a couple smaller camps there as well who hadn't reserved a room to gather in. But love the new toys and renovations.

Such a fun place to take your kiddos to and just let them run wild and have a blast! They also added 2 new big whole body massage recliners, few party rooms to do your child's bday or any party there. Arcade section, you can buy snacks and drinks from them for such a reasonable price. They also sell socks if you forget to bring one for your child. I had my kids bday party there! It was such a blast! Really great customer service from their entire staff! They help you clean up and set up party room for you. Go check them out also their party packages are pretty decent.

This place is different now! They changed the theme and the whole place is so wonderful! It's so amazing! I love the way they set it up the place

WARNING DONT HOST YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! IF I COULD PROVIDE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Spent over $1200 for a LARGE PARTY PACKAGE, had some unexpected guests cancel on me very last minute, KIDTOPIA PROMISED TO REFUND ANY LESS HEADCOUNT, and honor some other accommodations and later on after billing, which took 4 days to close out AFTER our party, WTH, didn't honor any of it! They refunded less than half of what they owed me! And keep in mind during the day of event, such a horrid experience! Customers complaining (including us) of being assigned the wrong party room, QUINN breathing down our necks, their clueless staff (or should I say young staff that can't do much because they aren't giving enough authority), unorganized day of check in process! We will never play or host anything here again! Please spread the word Yelp friends! I was supposed to get about $400 back, and they refunded me less than $200. UNFAIR TREATMENT, SLOW CLOSE OUT PROCESS, LITTLE TIME WINDOW TO PARTY with their PACKAGES , UNRULY STAFF WHO DID LITTLE HELP TO MY EVENT! My partner was carrying 4 party trays of food, not one of them offered to help bring it to the room or offer him a cart. They did force him to try to sign ourselves in while holding the shit! THEY EVEN CHARGE .90 per drink and ONLY THEIR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED! Just so many unnecessary hassles and costs!

Does the place have a cafe? Can I bring food?

There is no cafe but you are able to bring outside food or snacks. We also sell variety of snacks and drinks.

I have a 3.5 yr old and a 9 month old. How much is it for them to play?

it's 14$ for one kid, but 10$ for baby under 1 year old. aduld is free.

    Does this place consider clean?

I'd say one of the cleanest kid indoor playgrounds I've been to.

I have a very small 18-month old. She is mobile, but I'm concerned about her getting steamrolled by much larger kids. Does Kidtopia have a separate play area for toddlers under the age of 2, or toddlers less than a certain height?

Yes, there is a small play area for children under two. However, the bigger kids have access to it and they do go in there. So it is important that you stay with your baby at all times. I had a older kid hit my toddler in that area, but it was taken…

What are the holiday hours? Are they open on Thanksgiving or Friday after TG?

We will be closing on Thanksgiving day and will be open again on Friday with normal business hours.

What are the accommodations like for grown-ups? Are there any tables suitable for a laptop or wifi?

There's benches for the adults and provide free wi-fi

    Are gift cards/certificates available?

    Yes

    What's the age group?

Our play area is suitable kids 12 and under

All the guest had a great time. Fun spot. The only complaint is the heat. It gets really warm. I saw a few fan in the ceiling but that's about it. The kids were running around having fun but with the poor air circulation, they were overheating. Most of them were sweating with super red cheeks. Hoping the owner will fix the air/ or increase AC. Otherwise hot days is not a good time to visit. Overall a very fun spot for kids. Without the AC or improved air circulation, only 3 stars.

My family and I were invited to Hooray Kids Indoor Play Center to celebrate a 3-Rex fun-filled birthday. Located on the upper level of Newpark Mall, the establishment brings a little bit of promise to the dying aura/vibes of the mall. Check in was easy but the 2 Asian females handling registers and check in process could be a lot more friendly, given the fact that their job descriptions deal with families and children. The party room was spacious and some foods/items were already set up. Juice pouches, waters, pizza, pasta, and wings were accounted for except for the fried rice & chicken nuggets. There was a lot of going back and forth regarding what was ordered and what actually arrived. The error ended up being on the businesses part and they offered to get the food within a certain timeframe or allowed for the hosts to cancel. Being that the timeline provided wasn't too bad, they proceeded with the initial food order. The rice and nuggets [which ended up being chicken strips as opposed to actual nuggets] came but a lot later than the estimated time. The party was blocked off from 1pm-3pm and with the delay in food items, eating was pushed out while everyone awaited delivery. The entire food situation was not organized well and the staff had no sense of urgency. The play area is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The ninja warrior course was great for the older kids and the designated area across the way was great for the younger visitors- offering a small ball pit, floor piano mat, soft play area. The trampoline prohibits adult use and the usage has a max capacity of 4 kids. Nobody followed the rules and the staff didn't bother making rounds to ensure safeties. I do appreciate there being one staff member stationed at the front to allow patrons in and out. That is an extra set of eyes to prevent little ones from escaping undetected. I wouldn't come here out of free will but I'd partake should there be another party invite. My advice is keeping an eye on your kids and bring some hand sanitizer because the kiddos visiting here come equipped with runny noses and congested coughs.

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

Pros: - Length of time / it's an all-day camp from 8:30-3:30. - Variety of activities / they stay indoors most of the day either playing in the play structure area or in the party room doing arts and crafts. However, they also have a designated area in the spacious parking lot to do activities as well so the kids do get fresh air outside. - Staff / the camp counselors are AWESOME! Super patient, friendly, and sweet to the kids. Ms. Yadira, Zoe, and Jojo need a raise. They were SO good to the kids! - Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up line / except for the first day of camp, you can use the drive-thru line for the rest of the week. Very convenient, safe, and fast since there's one staff member with the sign-out sheet and another staff member helps with loading or unloading the kids. - Communication / prior to camp, we received a detailed email that included information on timing, activities, and themes for the week. We knew exactly what to expect each day. - Photo privacy / they take photos and videos to post to their social media accounts, but if you want to opt your kids out, they honor that easily. - Snacks / two snacks were provided each day, but you bring your own lunch from home Cons: Can't think of any! This camp may not be right for older kids (the pre-teens), but for the littles, it was very fun. Highly recommend!
