UPDATE- Now the owner claims we stayed for two hours when we weren't even there for a full hour? Again I will never be returning here and I will make sure all my family and friends know. I used to love to take my daughter here but the last two times a child has thrown up which caused us to have to leave because such a large area was either blocked off or not properly cleaned. To add to that they really don't enforce the mask policy which is concerning for multiple reasons. My daughter is 19 months how is it fair that I have to restrict her because they haven't properly cleaned and sanitized. I reached out to management respectfully and just simply asked hey could you at least credit me for my last visit as this is the second time the above has happened and they were very short and offered an adult admission not even one for my daughter ...like what a joke that's terrible customer service. My toddler really loves this place and asks to go almost everyday. As parents we love how much this place has to offer with slides, balloon area, ball pits, lunch area and more! I would love for the staff to disinfect more, we've visited for several times and only one occasion I've seen a cleaning cart but not seen someone disinfecting. I think with variety of ages and touch areas they should definitely disinfect at least every hour, there's usually more than one person there so I definitely think this is reasonable and have been to another near by playground that does this. We've looked at the monthly pass pricing and feel it's a little STEEP in pricing as several theme parks offer a cheaper monthly price. We'll definitely keep visiting with the hopes that they step up on cleaning duties. read more

My son's cousin had her 1st birthday at Kidtopia, our 1st time visiting. We had been wanting to try it out but it's pretty far from us so the party was the perfect time. - Sections for the toddlers, 4 and under and for the older kids. - We went on a Sat, a bunch of parties going on so it was pretty crowded so if you're going for a play date be aware. My son enjoyed himself, especially going down the slides and in the toddler ball bit. - Beware of the older kids, they do not care to watch out for the toddlers. Many parents are not watching their kids and there's no staff supervising so you have to watch your kid like a hawk to make sure they're okay. read more

I had my daughter's 2nd bday party here a couple of days ago and it was such a pleasure. The workers, Kianna and Leo, were so kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our party. Since I brought my own decorations, Kianna was a big help in setting everything up. They both made our time there a pleasant time. My kids and the other kids incited had a fun time. I love how we're able to bring in outside food. Overall, Kidtopia was professional with communication, and great at hosting us there. Brought my cute nephew here for his 1st ever birthday party and I honestly didn't know what to expect as he might hate interacting with other kids or love it. I really liked that they have a small dedicated space for toddlers so the older kids won't run them over or get too rowdy. We went on a weekend so the place was quite crowded but not so bad where there wasn't enough things to play with. My nephew really loved the swings and the ball pit. The employees did a good job keeping older kids of the toddler area as well as keeping the area clean. The location has lots of restrooms and seating for adults who need to rest and can't keep up with their sugar fueled children. Had my sons birthday party at kidtopia today and I was very sad with the service provided. When I entered I asked the staff where I can keep my decoration and food cart and she replied first you sign the waiver and then il guide you where to keep the stuff. I had few bags in my hand and I requested her to provide some space to keep the bags but her reply was first sign the waiver. I did not feel as if their service was welcoming. In previous calls the staff promised me to provide large plates and bowl but I received small and medium plates and no bowls. In the website part page it says one helper will be with you through out the event but no helper was assigned to us. They charge 20% gratitude saying for clean up and for the event helper that was suppose to be with us throughout the party but there was no helper provided to us. Only a person came to cut the cake and she just kept all the cake plates on cake table and left. Later we were expected ti clean everything in the room. I don't know for what they charge 20% gratitude they did not provide any service what the website claims for. Also the washrooms were not clean. Our party was suppose to end at 8:30 pm but the staff came at 8:10 pm saying our party is over. And in middle of party they wanted to settle the bill when we (host) were attending the guest and looking after decor. The customer service is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. But there's nothing like telling your kid that we're going to the playground, then being told at the front desk that we can't go in because there's a private party. This rule was never explained when I bought a membership, and I was never notified there was a private party tonight. Which is awesome, because right now I'm in the parking lot and my kid is upset. Life moves at you pretty fast here at "Kidtopia," you're here for a couple of hours and it whizzes by and you don't know where the time went. For kids, there is a balloon room, a ball pit, fitness mazes, padded gauntlets, corkscrew slides, whirly tunnels, race tracks, basketball and soccer room, play hair salons, costume dressing rooms, doll houses, train tracks, and for the convenience of adults, a host of white benches with back slats. If your kids are over three, you can definitely start to feel free to take your eyes off for a few moments. The youngest and tiny ones though have plenty of designated play areas just for them. Quality socks are given out with admission. Last time, we paid fourteen per child and by the time we were through there was no doubt that it was a great investment for the afternoon. This place is great during the week or any time that is not busy. I had a birthday party for my son on a Tuesday and it was an easy to book and everything went smoothly. The staff was accommodating and responded to all questions promptly. Our guests had a great time and the kids were able to play. Any time I have gone during the week has been a positive experience for the most part. Weekends and school holidays get way too packed to the point that it is overwhelming and unpleasant. Some cons are that big kids enter the toddler area making it unsafe for the little ones and that I always run into kids that are not being supervised. We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party here and everything was smooth. Staff is friendly and answers all your questions. From scheduling to the day of the event, we had a good experience. My major stars are for allowing food from outside, so we were not stuck with just pizza. We also had their team member, Quin, partner with our theme decorator, and she did such an amazing job in making a beautiful balloon garland. Taking off a star as I had to ping staff a few times leading up to the party to get some clarifications. I love this place! It has everything your kid(s) would need. There is a huge jungle gym area in the back while the little kids' area are in front. There are two ball pits, and the whole left side is an open area that have tables, chairs, play kitchen, a bunch of cars and I believe a cute small corner to play dress up in. Behind the open play area, there is a "racing track" that goes behind the jungle gym and comes around on the side then around again to the front. They also have a few of those walker/cars that you can push your baby on. I really like this place because it has everything you need AND it's clean. Everything was wrapped in foam so I wasn't worried about my son falling and bumping his big ass head on things. You have to take off your shoes when you come in, just like all other places. A pair of kid socks was given to me when I paid the entry fee, not sure if that's an on-going thing or a grand-opening special. Either way, make sure you bring socks! If it's your first time, you have to sign a waiver for your kid(s), it's all on a tablet and they don't ask for much information so it was quite easy. I did it with one hand while holding my baby, lol. I haven't had a kids party here so I don't know how accurate all the reviews are, but I do feel like the customer service was very good. While I understand some parents' concern is about the staff's attention to how the kids are playing as well as people following the maximum weight allowed on certain equipments, I still think that's more of a parent's job as opposed to the establishment. Responding to owners response We were there Monday January 7th 2019 at around 1:30. There was an asian lady with a black baseball cap and there was a young girl around 4 years of age next to her behind the counter. I am sure if you review your camera you will see us sitting on the white bench and taking turns to watch our daughters. The vending machine was out of order and purchased a water bottle and same gal went to retrieve it from the machine since it was cold. You had a shipment of boxes upon entrance that said benches and two staff members were moving them in. So hopefully this proves I was there and did not decide to write a review without factual information. All parties are in one space. I have concern to my children's and other kids' safety: - spinning equipments have no controlled access. We had a party for our daughter and it was more than I expected. Firstly, it was very age appropriate for the 2-5 year range, and all the kids seemed to really love being there. Secondly, the hosts were awesome and they really took care of us. They were patient with me answering my questions and fulfilling my requests, they took a lot of the work off of our collective plates, they guided us through the steps on the day of, and they had the things we needed for the day (other than the stuff the guidelines said we'd need to bring). Kidtopia is just like pump it up, bouncarama, etc. It's place you go to for kids birthday parties, probably ages 2-8 around is best age area to throw these parties. We came last weekend for my goddaughters birthday, she turned 3. What happens is, you get play time inside the play structure for a while, I believe at least 1 hour, then they give you a room for 1 hour. A few things I like about Kidtopia over the others. You can bring in your own food and are not forced to buy their food, at least that's what I thought. They also have a walkway of sorts around the play structure so you can search for your kid if you need to without jumping inside the play structures. I highly recommend this place. read more

I love taking my nieces and nephews to KidTopia! The staff are always helpful and go above and beyond. They take your suggestions into consideration with a smile. Every time that I've visited, I've seen staff wiping down the play structures, so you can tell cleanliness is a priority. Hosting a party here was worth every penny and their prices are very reasonable!  The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Kids had a great time and the best part was that their parents even had fun in the playground! There are fees for outside food which is normal for places similar to this.   We had a party on a Saturday and there was plenty of space and options for the kids and guests to play/hang out. Will definitely host another party here but reserve early as they get fully booked a month in advance! Kidtopia is a new-ish indoor playground area for kids located in Fremont. I started seeing their ads on Instagram and found them tabling at a couple community events and was interested in taking my 3 year old son there to play. We ended up finally going on Black Friday and continued our yearly mama and son day. It was raining that morning and we arrived when the place opened at 10am. I guess other parents had the same idea because the place started to get packed shortly after we arrived. It's $14 per child and $10 for crawlers. Adults and babies who can't crawl are free. Mondays to Thursdays, kids get unlimited play. Friday to Sunday, kids get to hours and pay $2 for each additional hour. Socks are included with admission price in case your little one or the parent needs socks. Each kid needs to have a waiver filled out before they can enter the playground. Go ahead and fill it out online if you know you will be going there to save some time. It's a fairly spacious indoor play area with designated play areas depending on your age group. However, it doesn't seem like that's enforced so watch out for the big kids. My son enjoyed playing in the ball pit, climbing, going down the slides, and playing with toys inside the I've cream truck. You can't bring food or drinks in the play area but I guess you can eat in the approved designated areas. There was also a party going on that morning which contributed to the crowdedness. Overall, my son had a good time but I think I'd rather come back during the week when it's less crowded. read more

We just had our son's 3rd birthday here. We booked a medium sized party even though we had much less than the medium size party headcount. Our room was great and the walls were pretty. I'm glad I didn't have to do much decorating. We brought a wagon to bring our things in, but they have 2 level carts for your use which is pretty good. 2.5 hours goes by quickly! The staff is attentive, but I don't see why we have to be charged 20% tip. Maybe I should have done less and made them clean up more! haha The kids had fun. I had fun. I scraped my knee since I was wearing ripped jeans and crawling through the structure running after my 3 year old. It hurts, but it was so much fun! Need an adult version =). read more

My 2-yr. old son had a blast here. We came on a weekday and there were't too much kids, so there's enough space for everyone but also still good enough for some of them to interact. There is a crawler section for the younger ones, slides and balloon room for the older ones. There is a pretend play area with a salon, ice cream truck, and a little freeway for ride on toys. It was $14 for all-day play for 2 y/o and up while there's a fee for $10 for crawlers, and it comes with a free pair of non-skid socks. No re-entry, but if you need to eat, there is a designated dining area since there's no food/drinks allowed in the play structures. If you're new, you'll sign a waiver and they will explain the rules to you. The place was decent, visibly clean and the staff would pick up toys once in a while to keep it orderly. We went here for 2 consecutive days and would be back again soon, for sure. read more

Came here with my nephew on a Monday afternoon. You check in at the counter where you pay admission for the children and pay for socks. The website says it required you to use their socks but I saw plenty of people with their own socks. We went ahead and bought their Kidtopia socks. This place surprisingly quite busy for a weekday. Plenty of kids running around the tubes, slides, and play areas. They had a ball pit, basketball sections, ice cream truck/kitchen, and dress up sections. There are rooms to rent if you want to host a party. There is no food to purchase other than vending machine snacks. So if you want to host a party it looked like people were bringing their own food. The restrooms are clean since the facility is fairly new. There are sinks in the restrooms and well as a few sinks outside the restrooms. I thought this was great since we all need to wash our hands before leaving. My nephew definitely had so much fun that he didn't want to leave! read more

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't packed at all, which is something I like. There's plenty of parking spots as it's located near other commercial buildings. Once you enter there's a place to sign up and sign a waiver for your little one. I believe it's M-Th or maybe Friday, can't remember but it's $14 for unlimited time I think. And it comes with free pair of socks for your child. Pretty big spot. Has a lot of open spades for the adults to sit along with small cubbies to places your shoes and items. They have a big play area for 2-12 year olds, big obstacle course. I love how they have a small marry go round for the kids, a big ball pit area, pretend area with a train set, doll houses, ice cream truck and a salon. I'm sure this places is busy on the weekend but during the week day it's perfect. They have a boy, girl and gender neutral bathrooms and then a big washing sink station that has a step stool for the youngins. You must wear shoes when you enter the bathroom. You're also not allowed to eat or drink food in certain areas so during the week day they opened a "snack room" where you can go to which is smart and convenient. They have a vending machine with drinks and small snack. There's a very small arcade area too(I really don't even want to call this an arcade though cuz it's that small). This place is clean, I give it one star less maybe cuz the customer service. Some of these young ladies rubbed me the wrong way, I get it they're young and all but when they start talking about their weekend plans without engaging with customers in the sign in area, I guess I'm saying there's a time and place for that, maybe when you don't have guests checking in? But, I did see some ladies clean areas in the obstacle areas. I will def come back here, only on the weekdays though. read more

The facilities were great with plenty of options for play and appeared to be relatively clean and well-kept. Took my 2.5 y/o here as an indoor play option on a cold winter morning. Loved the huge climbing structure system as well as the awesome imaginative play area. However, the experience overall is what was lacking for me, and all of it was business model and safety related. Some suggestions in order to right the ship a little bit: -Designated play times for the 3 and under age group are needed. The older children play way more aggressively and don't always understand to be gentle with younger kids also playing in the same space (especially when said older kids are not being actively monitored by their parents). My kid was going down the slide in the ball pit area and 7-8 older boys were pelting him with balls as he came down. No parents in sight. I'd appreciate a 9-10am time designated only for the littles before the big kids come screaming in. -Safety is really lacking. There most certainly needs to be staff stationed at a few points in the play structure to ensure child-to-child safety and that rules are being followed. Even though parents are supposed to be actively monitoring their children, it's difficult for an adult to climb through all of the spaces to follow a small person. If there were an adult stationed up above in a couple key places and I as the parent could follow from below, it would be much safer. Especially to monitor and remind the older, more aggressive kids about the rules of play (which desperately needs addressed). There is also NO adult/child monitoring system for entering and exiting. It was incredibly chaotic when we left, and we walked out the door without anyone addressing us at all. How scary to think how easily someone could be swooped up or wander out the front door, especially given the amount of unmonitored children there were. Even Chuck-E-Cheese has a system for matching kids with parents, and that place is a nightmare. -Switch to a wristband system for an hour of play at a time, or sign up for a designated time online ahead of time. This is not a place that should be a free-for-all, stay all day if you want to, yet it was when were there. There were probably 40-50 families there within the first hour, which is incredibly unsafe, especially given the fact that the vast majority of parents were seated and on their phones, not monitoring their children. read more

Came here for a friend's daughter's party and I think there were 3-5 other large parties going on at the same exact time. Kids screaming and running everywhere! If you're a parent, your attention is always grabbed as soon as you hear a child crying, whether its yours or someone else's, I found my head to be on a constant swivel making sure it wasn't my kid that was crying. Another red flag was that I didn't see anyone cleaning the play structures or equipment, thus germ fest! I've been to other indoor playhouses, and even held my kid's birthday parties at these other establishments. I prefer the other places that I've been to because they're more private and catered to "YOUR" party, you can actually have a conversation with other parents and still have a visual on your child, and they clean everything after every party. They even have your child wash their hands before and after play time. Its all in the details and Kidtopia fall short on many of them. read more

They will advertise a package amount but then charge for "other" things to spoil your mood. - Utensils are included in package but if you take their knife for cake cutting its $3 extra - You can bring your own desert for food , thats included but if its fruit or anything other than their standard definition of desert you'll be charged $10 or $15 - Adults have an upper limit , if any parents come just to drop kid for b'day they will charge them also. - Even if room is empty and available they will not let you get inside till sharp 10 mins before.
