However, this office is so cramped and lacks the space for parking that it makes it a nightmare trying to visit the place. 85% of the parking lot was for STAFF ONLY. It doesn't make sense when a majority of the people who step in to RCOE are visitors. Please allot more parking slots for your guests. I much prefer the conference center across the street. Other than that, staff is meh. The staff at the conference center is much better! If you're looking for RCOE it's the building with the solar panels in the front!

My son attended the Salvation Army summer program this year, he had a blast. There are always mean kids in the world but it helps calm the situation when the staff is helpful. Thanks Salvation Army for allowing my son to have a safe, inexpensive fun summer. if I could give this school is zero, I would. The Director of nursing is a terrible lead for this…read morenursing program, and will not help you succeed. If you are unable to self, teach your self material then this school is not for you. The administrative staff does nothing to help resolve your concerns. The Director of nursing will also withhold your credits if you complete the program and do not pass their comprehensive exam when you are eligible by law to challenge the LVN board. You will consistently spend money on exit exams, roughly 80$ A test. before you begin this program you should check with the board if there are any past incidents on the nursing license of the Director of nursing and any other instructor that you may be concerned. Many students that have completed the program, but have not been guided or helped to pass. The exit exam did nothing with their LVN credits from clinical and theory and we're never able to further their education or let alone get an LVN license.

I came for an ERWC (Expository Reading and Writing) training per my school district's request and absolutely enjoyed coming here the last couple of months. The receptionist was super polite, she told me who I needed to check-in with when I arrived each morning and did it with a friendly demeanor. Our host Jimmy Gomez was super nice and a true gentleman! The conference center is clean, the parking is accessible, and it feels very modern/urban! I was able to find a tidy restroom on every floor without fail. The first floor is dedicated to staff parking and a cafe ran by RCOE called "Cafe Esquina" which serves tasty breakfast and lunch items! The second and third floors are for visitor parking. Last but not least, the conference rooms and main office are located on the fourth floor. Signage containing the day's scheduled meetings and room numbers are located around the building. I saw some by the elevator, this was particularly helpful! I went to the Citrus conference rooms and was treated to a tasty series of breakfast and lunch sessions during each break! The first and fourth floor both have outdoor patios, I ate lunch out there a couple times!
