Getting into the office was easy. They stuck to my appointment time and were very friendly. The place is just fun for any kid, so much so that I was worried about getting him to go back to the back office. My son threw a bit of fit when it came to leaving the game room. I will say the dental assistant that walked us back was fantastic at helping me distract him. They were great with a little kid. The dentist is super nice and they have the cutest dog that makes her way around the office to all the kids and families. The dentist was very thorough as well. All three of my kids have gone to Kidz-R-Kool their entire lives, and they absolutely LOVE it! We usually see Dr. Morghan, who is wonderful, but Dr. Fatima and Dr. Anna are phenomenal as well. The entire staff is warm, professional, and amazing with kids. At our last visit, Angie cleaned my kids' teeth. She was so gentle, kind, and made them feel completely at ease. I recently visited Kidz-R-Kool Pediatric Dentistry with a friend and her 2-year-old daughter. Since my friend doesn't speak much English, I acted as her interpreter. The lobby was clean and spacious, and I loved the vibrant decorations--it's such a welcoming atmosphere for kids. Though I don't recall the hygienist's name, she was extremely patient and kind with the little one, especially considering it was her first dental visit. The baby was understandably nervous, so I suggested we skip the cleaning and just have a basic checkup. The hygienist agreed and soon after, Dr. Morghan came in to examine her teeth. Our first impression of Dr. Morghan was great. She was warm, professional, and took the time to show my friend how to properly check her daughter's teeth at home, encouraging her to practice twice a day. We can't even begin to say enough good things about Kidz-R-Kool! We had tried a few other pediatric dentists in the area before finding this place, and no other office even compares. I'm not sure exactly how they do it, but Kidz-R-Kool makes going to the dentist fun! Their office is bright and colorful, they have video games, movies and books in the waiting area, and every room is bright, fun and welcoming. My kids love going to the dentist and I'm thrilled to have found an office that both kids love going to. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and very patient. You can tell they love what they do and enjoy being there. They take the time to explain everything to the kids and include them in things like choosing flavors, looking at their X-rays and talking about what they see. It's great to see the kids being talked to and included in their dental experience. Although there are multiple dentists in the office, we have been seeing Dr. Morghan for years. She is the best! She is a board certified pediatric dentist, she is so sweet, and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does! My kids feel very comfortable around her, she engages with the kids (she was high-fiving kids today when they didn't have cavities) and you can somehow see her smiling even when she has a mask on during the exam. She gives off so much positive energy and it makes sense why everyone seems so happy to be there! The owner is lieing that they don't implement the" hand over mouth" They do have methods where they will put their hand over the child's mouth. Which I don't agree with no matter how "gentle" you saw you will be. They Don't allow the parents to be in the room. And then proceed to tell you other offices "have the same procedures" Well I found another office with ease and they are fantastic and they didn't even pull my sons teeth (as recommended by this office) My son is happy and healthy and his teeth are taken care of at another office. And he was able to receive comfort from his father on one occasion and me during the second visit. All while being worked on and the dentist being in his mouth. Do your kid a favor and find another office to go to. Call around. Be your child's advocate. Don't just do it because the office is pressuring you to. read more

My sweet Violet girl who's about to turn 3 had her first appointment today. Everything was absolutely amazing from the time we walked in till our appointment was over. They did a full cleaning, and checked her teeth and I was with her sitting right by her side the whole time! Literally in a dentist chair holding her hand the entire time. Everyone who works here is so warm and welcoming. They take a picture with you and the doctor and your baby and print it out for you to put on a certificate that says "my first dentist visit". I make this post with a heavy heart. While we have enjoyed taking our children to this dentist, I have to strongly encourage parents to not have procedures done here that involve anesthesia. The office uses a dental anesthesiologist group, led by Dr. Matthew Wahl, that has traumatized my daughter and she is now undergoing therapy to get her back to a dentist. Due to legal matters I can not go into detail, but for the sake of your children I would avoid this clinic for that particular procedure. read more

Today my son came home at 4PM with a chipped front tooth; he said it happened at 8AM when school started... I never received a call from the school. I was fuming!!! I immediately called the dentist and they said to come over ASAP, but to also drive safely. This is not my first time coming to Dr. Brenke's office, but today was the clincher; I have to tell you how awesome his office is. The staff is warm and friendly, none of the ladies in the front office have that "I hate my job, I don't care about your teeth, did someone just text me", attitude. They exude kindness and customer service; they are a bunch of sweeties. Dr. Brenke is funny, and he does really great work! Okay, remember my son had a chipped front tooth... see the pics. You can tell he really loves his time in the office. My boys are so excited to go to the dentist, it's not normal. The office its self is really cool, when you walk in there is a giant drill spinning in the middle of the entry, with cracks in the ceiling and neon lights in them, they have a bunch of video games, kids get to wear cool sunglasses while they get their checkups, and the whole place has a theme of Dr. Brenke as a dental super hero thought out the office (sidekicks included), totally awesome. This is about my 4th or 5th visit, during checkups if Dr. Brenke thinks you might want to talk to an orthodontist, he can bring his buddy from the neighboring office to come look at your children's teeth, you stay there and he comes quick. They have all kinds of great equipment that an awesome dentist should have, like a pano machine and nitrous oxide. I really enjoy taking my children to this office (more so when their teeth are not chipped), I will keep coming here until I live too far away to make the trek. Wow my kids experience here was amazing. I had called 3 other dentist before this one and just the vibe of them I didn't like. I also look for reviews. As soon as I called here the lady was so nice and patient with my questions answered everything and was very polite. We went to a emergency appointment since my kid had pain and we meet Dr. Morgan she was so nice made us feel very comfortable. That same week my kid need to get some work done and he needed to get Nitrous I believe it's called to get some work done on his teeth they did amazing. The cleanings were great for my kids. The staff seemed friendly. Until they told me my son needed an extraction and that he needed an ortho consult so his tooth would come down. I ask if his gum could be cut so that his tooth would come down and they told me absolutely not. They also told me the extraction would not be covered under my son's insurance. After visiting the orthodontist, who is related to the referring dentist, and getting a hefty quote to pull down my son's tooth with chains, I decided to get other opinions. It turns out that my son did NOT need the extraction and yes, cutting the gum was a good option (and covered by insurance!) I found a new kids dentist- not quite as fancy with video games, but honest, great with kids and does good work. read more

Without a doubt, the best and only place I will take my kids. Even after we moved out of the area, I keep taking them back for several reasons. 1. My kids are super comfortable with the staff and surroundings. Nobody like to go to the dentist right? Well they have games in the waiting room and the decor inside is very inviting for the kids. 2. The staff, dentists are great. They are gentle with the kids, explain the procedures and are very comforting. 3. Their pricing is way better than anywhere else. With insurance or without. This office is Amazing. I really wana give 5 stars for customer service. Cleanliness. Great enviornment. I really feel like my kids were treated like VIP. I promised to write a great review because it was an overall wonderful experience. However. Im a lil frustrated with the fact that both my children regardless of how I feel never want to return. Ones 7 & other is 16. Both had a bit of work done. One with 2 sessions. I asked them to be careful round two w my oldest. The first time was painful. They didnt numb her. I have great coverage. Cost wasnt the issue. I requested her to be numbed the 2nd visit to avoid discomfort and again. NOTHING. 1st time I get it but 2nd time shame on u. I spoke w the assistant prior to proceeding. My kid still has pain in her mouth and I cant get her to come back because shes afraid of the pain and lack of consideration. Again great office. Great Doctor. However if u ur self have had work done. Dont let them tell u not numbing ur kid is ok. My 16 yr old couldnt get them to stop drilling. She laid there and cried. So in the end. Im alil disappointed. Ull still have my referals. However rethink what u advise ur patients moving forward. Heres my lil man in the quiet room getting ready for his big proceedure. This kid's dentist does not allow a parent to be present during a procedure?? Not only that, on my way out, I was informed of their procedures during a procedure, as if I was actually going to let them do dental work on my kid. If the child is not cooperative ( because they are scared to death), they will use measures as they explained to me. The first method is to tap the kid's chin. There is a second method and I forgot what is was. Then, there is a third method that they call "hand over mouth." I was told, "It sounds worse than it is." There is no way I am leaving my kid and allowing him to have a scary procedure done without me by his side! And, there is no way I am going to allow the staff or dentist to touch my kid in a disciplinarian way! The staff tried to convince me that all children's dentists refuse to allow a parent to be present during a procedure. Bull crap! I found one within five minutes of looking for another dentist for my kid! read more

I have been to kidz R Kool a few times for cleanings and was impressed with the appearance of the office. The staff is/ can be friendly but there are a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. First, I was referred from my family dentist to have my daughter's back molars extracted. We went and had a consult with dr. Brenke and I was very impressed with him, he seemed very nice and professional, allowed me to ask several questions. the next few visits I did not see him at all but the other dentist dr. Matthews I think. They did allow me or my husband to go back with our girls for cleanings and xrays but when they started the exctracting process (laughing gad sedation) they did not. My daughter's procedure was a double extraction (without me) with a space maintainer being put in at another appt. Th ey stated that my daughter did great however she was crying in the car saying it hurt really bad and she was asking for me and they said no. (My daughter is 8, btw) We went back to have the maintainer placed a week later (without me again) and they said my daughter did great and my daughter said she was really nervous and didn't like going there anymore. The space maintainer was put in wrong and was cutting into her gum line causing major discomfort. I called the office and they scheduled her the next morning to fix the problem. This time I was allowed back in the sedation room with her and my daughter started to freak out when they were pulling out the maintainer to place the new one. I'm praying with my daughter and telling her it'll be alright, she calms down. Then they start to pull it off again but it's stuck on her molar and she starts to cry in pain....the assistant then says to my daughter to stop being dramatic and that it doesn't hurt. My daughter was in obvious discomfort! The assistant then says if you don't stop right now, your mommy will have to leave!" What kind of person threatens a child when they're in pain??? That is the last that I will ever go to kidz R kool. Btw, to the other reviewer, I too have found a pediatric dentist that allows parents in the room with procedures. :-) read more

I was reluctant to bring my son for dental work after our family dentist said he would need to see a pediatric dentist. This was because my daughter had to be sedated and have work done by a pediatric dentist too, and it was a horrifying experience which included fingerprint bruises on her shoulders. When his tooth started hurting I began my terrifying search. After many visits and phone calls, I walked into this office unannounced. The staff is amazing. They listened to my concerns, walked me around the whole place, and Dr. Been ke personally introduced himself. My son was sedated yesterday, had 5 cavities filled and an extraction! We had such a great experience at Kids-R-Kool Dentistry. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating but beyond that we felt a true sense of compassion and concern for our children's well-being. We were referred here because they specialize in dealing with children who were anxious about having dental work done. My two daughters came in for extractions and my youngest needed some cavities filled. They both were so nervous but by the end of the day, Kids-R-Kool was their new favorite place. They loved the fun video games in the lobby and the prizes they got at the end. In addition, all of the staff was so great at getting them to relax and laugh and I appreciated that so much. The icing on the cake was our experience with paying the bill. We have no insurance and expected to pay a huge sum out of pocket for the work. After speaking with both the dentist and their payment specialist, we were able to work out payments that were incredibly accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Kids-R-Kool. I would choose a different dentist. I took both of my daughters there for routine cleaning and x-rays. One daughter only needed sealants and we did that with no problem whatsoever. My other daughter needed A crown, but before that could be done The dentist wanted a orthodontist opinion who happens to be one of the dentist father. Went to see the orthodontist the dentist father Dr Davis, that happens to be right next-door in the office called Affiliated Orthodontist, he proceeded to tell us that my daughter needed six teeth pulled that had nothing to do with the initial issue. Only due to "crowding". Two of those six teeth were already loose. So not only did they want to do two crowns on my six year old they wanted to remove six teeth as well that had nothing to do with the problem. Call to make the appointment for the crowns, not pulling teeth that aren't causing an issue. They proceeded to tell me they don't take payment plans or care credit. These people do not care about kids, they care about getting referrals from their dad the orthodontist to get more money and don't offer any kind of payment plan so you can get the care you need for your child's teeth. Not everybody can afford to just drop $1000. read more
