I'm giving this place 4 stars bc of their open play. While it's "similar" to Chelsea's Playground, this place is a zillion times better. I'll say that just on the fact that it's kept immaculate and they don't charge adults admission, which is the biggest scam I've heard. Chelsea's playground does that and the place is dirty. The only downside is they have arcade games which you have to pay for. So while it's good for the kids, you the parent get hit up for more and more money to keep your kids occupied. When it's freezing out and there's nothing to do, this place is an option to let the kids run around for a few hours rather then drive you crazy in the house. But, I do not recommend this place for parties. Food was horrendous. read more

We attended a birthday party here. Reading the prior reviews, I was expecting something much different. The reviews compared this establishment to Chelsea Playground. I don't think that is really the case. Kidz Rock has a much larger play structure and video/arcade like machines. The 3 rooms that would be something to compare to Chelsea Playground were run down and really didn't have much substance. That being said, the others area were kept well, clean and the staff was on point. read more

Drove all the way there twice only to find it closed leaving me with one upset little girl. Hours show it open 10-6 MonDay-Friday. Had to neck calendar to see it's actually closed on Monday's. Nothing abt why it would be closed again Tuesday. I won't be going a third time. read more

I dont live in si. I traveled over an hour out of my way to come here so my 2 yr. old could enjoy himself. Both times they were closed for private parties. But when I called to confirm if they're open for OPEN PLAY so I don't drive 90 mins out of my way they specifically said they're open for OPEN PLAY. yet when I got there they tried to justify there lies with saying there's notes everywhere saying only private parties. This place is a bootleg Chelsea playground. So you pay $10 a child to enter and play in rooms that are empty that are trying to create make believe play for children. Hi. I decided to have my daughter's 6th birthday party at Kidz Rock. When booking, the owner encouraged me to upgrade my package to include their frozen themed venue, which I did because it sounded great. On the day of the party,I arrived 30 minutes prior to event,there was still a party going on so I waited patiently knowing I was early. The girls working the party only started cleaning up 5 minutes before my party started, blowing up balloons, straightening up, etc... My guests were arriving as they were still "cleaning up." I was upset by this but decided to move on and not ruin the party for my daughter. The girls running the party were too busy setting up the room, instead of interacting with the kids. They nickle and dime you for everything. I evev bought my own paper goods to match the theme. They even took the extras, including the frozen candels and Elsa and anna action figures I had placed on the cake. The girls took so long to serve the cake to my guests and then rushed the kids to get out of room. Pizza was cold, tasted like reheated old pizza. They provided the favors. At the end, she accused me of taking an extra favor and wouldn't give to a guest that did not receive. I also paid extra money for "Elsa" to attend. The wig was tangled. The girl had a nose ring. The first thing my daughter said, why does she have an earring in her nose. All the parents thought she was ridiculous. She looked high. I'm only complaining to warn others to ask about these things before the book. I didn't. I spent close to $1500 for a 2 hour party. read more

I just had my sons birthday party here. Had a great time, my kids love this place. BUT when I went to pay the price was more than it should be. There is a package price of $429 which includes unlimited pizza, beverages and popcorn for the kids and I was TOLD that for pizza for the adults I could add $5 per adult OR order food from an outside vendor that they use. I decided to order sandwiches and a salad for $160 extra instead of getting pizza for the adults. I go to pay and she says that the $5 fee for the adults is a given and that it is added when they do a head count of the adults. Other food you order is additional. So the whole time there was supposed to be unlimited pizza for the adults. I lost my mind! There were three pies of round pizza that was completely eaten by the kids and no more brought out at all. If that's the case.....WHERE WAS THE UNLIMITED PIZZA FOR THE ADULTS! It's a 2 hr party. They bring the food out for the last hour. Why in the world would I order one 3ft hero, one 6ft hero and a large tray of salad if I was getting unlimited pizza. How much can we eat in one hour! I question.....where is my pizza? She has the nerve to say we must of ate it or I took it! I haven't even left the place yet! I lost my mind again! She says it clearly states it on the website. I didn't look at the website. I know the place. I came straight in and sat with someone to set the date and leave the deposit. And I even said......"I will call you to let you know if I want the pizza for adults or order food. I am gonna see what my husband wants to do". She didn't stop me to say No the pizza is automatically given. When I called to order the sandwiches she said" why so much for 20 adults"? I said because I don't want it to be a set 2 pieces per person. What if someone wants more? She didn't stop to say....WAIT, DONT FORGET YOU HAVE THE PIZZA TOO! There were so many opportunities to tell me the adults were getting pizza no matter what and it was VERY obvious that I must have misunderstood that part. But I was never corrected. Fine. BUT WHERE WAS MY UNLIMITED PIZZA!? I saw the delivery man bring the pizza in the place. HE HAD THREE PIES! The woman who took my deposit when I set the date was extremely kind! But obviously somewhere she dropped the ball and I was looked at like it wasn't possible. I am a VERY kind person....one of those, so kind I am a push over , kind person. I admit that. If I misunderstood I can PROMISE you I would have said "SHIT! I totally misunderstood that" in this case I did not. A final note. If the delivery man brought 3 pies of pizza.....how can the party have unlimited pizza? I thought they made It there but I saw him come in with it. So did everyone else in the room. I've been going to this place for years now..at first I couldn't be happier..then little things happened I noticed little inconsistencies in prices like they made prices by the moment..eh ok no big.. Then I noticed more and more parents complaining of their parties not being as promised ..ok not everyone has the same expectations..no prob , well.. Then came this I've always heard complaints of a little boy who seems to be a relative of the owner who is also bullying and hitting the children who attend open play. I've never experienced this ..until this week. This child I notices was unsupervised for hours and was hitting pushing pinching and bullying all the children In the at area especially my son. As any normal parent would I instructed my child to just stay away from him. After being cornered for the forth time my son push the kid...which any child would.. Then wouldn't you know the kid ran screaming to the owner who I later found out was a relative. This person not only reprimanded my child but tried scolding me as a parent for not "supervising" my child. My mind was blown!! Lady I watched this kid torment my son for hours. I paid $ for my child to play not get bullied by your kid who obviously feels he can do whatever he wants. It's obviously a babysitting service for them and that's fine and all but as owners of a business here's a little advice before you start reprimanding and pointing fingers make sure the customer isn't right ..it's a really bad business call and very unprofessional. I will not ever be back, along with my friends whose children were also bullied. read more
