My stomach did barrel rolls the rest of the day, and I took many trips to the restroom that evening, and canceled my normal evening plans (gym, walk, etc). I cannot remember the last time I ever had such a direct response to a meal this way, but I wrestle with how a simple meal of beef, potatoes, veggies, and bread could make me as sick as I was.
