I visited this cafe for breakfast on a weekday. Food was mediocre. I can't say it was anything special. The customer service could use improvement. Please don't carry on a conversation with a fellow staff member when you have a customer standing in front of you. It's just not professional and lacks customer service. The noise level is reasonable. I probably won't return here. I don't eat breakfast much and would rather try something new.

We stopped in for breakfast and WOW. Service and food is amazing. Incredibly quiet for a Wednesday morning breakfast. Staff is beyond amazing. Food portions are great and they have their own hot sauce. This place is not to miss. Pet friendly patio. Let's just say our puppy Bug approves.

Breakfast or lunch, quick and easy spot. Staff friendly a knowledgeable. We initially sat outside, but as soon as the food came, so did the hornets! I'd recommend sitting inside. Plenty of room and seating. Table service and food prep is fast and the food tasty!

    Smothered Bacon Burrito to go!

Saturday morning 9:30; I was running way early to an appointment. so decided to stop in at the Miyo cafe to give their smothered Bacon Breakfast burrito a shot. I placed my order and took a seat while it was prepared they brought it out to me a few minutes later and I brought it out to my car where I began the consumption process. Overall, it was a great burrito... I ordered the medium chili for it to be smothered in And that had the right amount of heat to keep this Gringo happy. Overall, a little pricey but One has to consider the neighborhood, rent etc. I will return.

Great spot for breakfast. Friendly staff and lots of gluten free options. Outdoor seating and dog friendly outside only.

Cute Cafe in the castle pines area. I just got a coffee and breakfast taco. The bacon breakfast taco was so delicious and I would order it again. The place is adorable and dog seating outside is available. The service was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to try more bites in this place and I think it would be great for small groups to attend.

Best breakfast burrito and burger in town. The sweet potato fries and cottage cheese are also good.

Nice place for breakfast. Street parking - some spaces are timed and some are not. Two entrances and sections to this restaurant. We sat on the side with the counter. Clean and bright inside. The sun does hit you so choose wisely. Ordered at the counter and they brought the food to me. Huevos rancheros. Funny thing is they forgot the eggs but they did bring it later. It was ok. My friend said his French toast was decadent. So maybe I'll try that another time. Nice neighborhood spot.

Miyo cafe is a favorite breakfast spot of ours. We usually visit on our way down to Colorado Springs when we have to travel down that way. My go-to is the oatmeal with all of the toppings. It's healthy and filling. My son loves the "face pancake" with chocolate chips. The service is usually fast and friendly here. Note, it gets busy quickly on a Saturday morning, so get here early!

I told my wife she could pick whatever she wanted and we would split a medium. After our first visit we learned that the sandwiches are BIG! She ordered a medium BLT Cheese Steak. I was excited when I heard that is what she had decided on. Been a while since I have had a cheese steak sandwich. The woman at the cash register asked if we wanted sweet and/or hot peppers, we went with both! OMG, it could not have been better! Delicious, messy, spicy and BIG! I was so happy she picked that one, it was so darn good. I would order that sandwich again in a heart beat. I had to stop back by the order counter to let them know how super good it was. Love this place! Capriotti's is challenging me against even going to a couple of my favorite burger joints. Always so fresh and delicious! You know we will be back!!

I'll admit, this location is weirdly arranged and kind of small, but gets the job done. We were greeted by the woman behind the counter, placed our order (Hot Italian for me and Wagyu Cheesesteak for him) and within about 10 minutes our food was ready! Each sandwich is made from scratch each order, so the wait was no problem. My hot Italian was decent - would have loved if the bread was toasted, but was tasty, nonetheless. My husband was happy with his sandwich and chips as well. It is kind of pricey - but for the quality of food and today's prices, it's not terrible. Just something to be aware of! One criticism, I don't know if they were understaffed or what, but the entire space was filthy. Crumbs, lettuce, napkins and used cups were all over the tables, floors and counter. Just created a dirty vibe, but one that was quickly overlooked after clearing our own space and eating. Next time, I'll happily eat outside!

They handle a steady stream of walk-in customers along with mobile orders, app pickups, DoorDash, and other delivery services. Despite the constant rush, the staff always does a great job keeping things moving while remaining friendly and professional. The service is consistently fast, the employees are welcoming, and the sandwich selection offers something for just about everyone. In a time when food prices seem to climb every week, Snarf's still delivers quality ingredients and satisfying portions at a reasonable price. I've been a fan since the early Boulder days, so it's great to see Snarf's expand into communities like Castle Rock. There's something comforting about grabbing a hot sandwich made with fresh ingredients and knowing exactly what you're going to get every time. While I'm definitely not a vegetarian, one of my longtime favorites is the Eggplant Parmesan with hot peppers. It's packed with flavor and proof that you don't need meat to make an outstanding sandwich. Another thing I appreciate about this location is the amount of seating available. There's ample space inside along with a nice outdoor patio, so even during busy periods it rarely feels overcrowded. The vibe is relaxed, casual, and unpretentious~exactly what you want from a neighborhood sandwich shop. Grab a hot sandwich, kick back, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a great sandwich, Snarf's Castle Rock is worth the stop. Castle Rock is lucky to have one~I'll definitely be back. My wife and I each started with a glass of wine, and then even though we hadn't planned to get an appetizer, we decided to order a side of bread with oil. The bread was amazing! It was a large order, and both the consistency and flavor were fantastic. There were a few different dishes I was considering, including the halibut, but since this was our first visit, I decided to go with the chicken Marsala, which many on here have raved about. First, it was a big portion with two large chicken breasts. On a future visit, my wife and I could split an appetizer or salad and then one order of the chicken. Next, flavor of everything was wonderful. Unlike a typical Marsala, which can be very heavy and overpowering, this sauce was lighter...in color, consistency, and taste. It was a perfect compliment to the chicken. Asparagus and potatoes were delicious too. My wife got the ravioli with pesto, and she really enjoyed her dish as well. Service was warm, pleasant, there when we needed it, but not overpowering, exactly what you'd hope for and expect from a restaurant of this stature. Very happy we finally got here. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.
